This New Moon is on January 13th at 12:02 AM EST, and it falls in Capricorn at 23º. New Moons signal a new opportunity or pathway. We enter 2021 with a release from the Full Moon in Cancer on 12/29/20. Now, we get the opportunity to start something new. The Sun and Moon align in Capricorn focusing on structure and the changes we want to make in the coming year and beyond. Happy New Moon, everyone! This is the first New Moon of the year! It comes hand-in-hand with Pluto, giving us a chance to transform our internal and external structures. Saturn is the ruling planet for this lunation, but it squares Mars. Tensions can run high. We are being asked to put action behind our words. Talk is cheap. Venus is trine Uranus, giving us a space to see the reward when we approach things in a grounded manner. We have to be realistic and see the long term impact of our decisions on both a collective and personal level.
