Virgo Solar Eclipse Miniscopes

Virgo Solar
Eclipse Miniscopes

The End.

The Solar Eclipse in Virgo 29º falls on September 21st at 3:54 PM ET.

The end.

A simple statement that reinforces the message of this Solar Eclipse in Virgo. Falling one the final full day of Virgo Season, at the final degree, and is the only Solar Eclipse in the Pisces/Virgo series. This eclipse brings endings. Closure. But with that closure comes new beginnings.

This is a South Node eclipse, a period of cutting out the excess. Virgo can be quite efficient in their ability to process and remove. A good reminder to know your limits. It may be helpful to consider where we are taking on too much. What responsibilities have become burdensome? Which ones are filling up too much time? Where have you said yes out of guilt, fear, or worry? Sometimes with Virgo energy fear, shame, and guilt are motivators — but we are repatterning that behavior now.

Saturn opposes the eclipse. Through Saturn, we find maturity, grace, and understanding. Saturn speaks the language of time. A requirement at this eclipse is patience, knowing that nothing will happen right away. We will need to be slow with ourselves and others, while trying not to control anything around us. Remember, eclipses can feel swirling, so we may feel that we lack control in general.

The most important part of this eclipse is knowing that we need to get serious, more focused. Saturn is a taskmaster, telling us to commit to what is important — but that doesn’t mean responsibility. Saturn is in Pisces teaching us the wisdom and lessons of finding ease in our everyday life and unchaining ourselves from overinflated sense of duty. We can’t escape into the details to avoid what needs attention in our lives like Virgo may want. We have to face the biggest questions.

With Saturn arresting the Sun and Moon, we may feel confined, restrained, and restricted. Perhaps the things that end come with heavy feelings. A testament to the fact that endings are not easy, but they don’t have to be forever — even if they feel like they are. We could be disappointed by something in the moment or asked to look at where we have been keeping an iron grip. We can discern the difference between surrender and sacrifice. They are not the same. To sacrifice is release out of obligation or fear. There is a sense that we are being forced to let go. But with surrender, we are at peace. We relinquish control over the ending and allow it to be what it needs to be. We keep an open mind, open heart, and open doors.

Hope is a good reminder to hold onto during this eclipse. Hope is the space where dreaming can come to life. A gift that Virgo can give us during this is tangibility. A gift of Pisces is the dream itself. So, how do we live in our desires, hopes, and dreams? How do we make them tanigble?

No matter what this eclipse brings your way, allow it to show what is real. Reality requires honesty. Honesty gives us truth. And through that truth, we align and embody. This is the start of something new.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 25º to 29º or 0º to 5º , you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Mutable placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

Some of you may be busier than you have been over the last few weeks, and now you are starting a new phase in your work. So, be mindful of your work/life balance. If you have had a health scare pop up, make sure that you are taking care of yourself. Get all the appointments you need. If you have had some work issues or chaos ensues, try working out the kinks to have things run smoother. There is actually a lot of positive energy around this lunation, so even in the busyness, there seem to be golden moments. It is likely there will be changes or growth to your work environments or responsibilities. Many of you may be making lateral moves, taking on new projects or clients, and/or changing your working situation overall in some way.

Saturn sits close to this New Moon in opposition and acts as a grounding force. It is allowing us to finalize or sew up some of what we’ve been working on in the last few years. Between now and the start of 2026, you will find yourself in a transition of something ending and something else beginning anew. This eclipse is the facilitator of that. You will pushed outside of your comfort zone and forced to reckon with self-sabotaging tendencies. Things that were once hidden will become more clear, and nothing will be out of your view. Know that whatever you are calling to a close will not be easy BUT it will be best in the long-run.

Use this New Moon to turn your attention to your work, health, and everyday life. If you need to make a change or want more flexibility, make it happen! You could be looking to make updates to your job, impact your lifestyle habits, or shake up your routines. This is all about being grounded in what is happening in the present. Slow down and be more intentional.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

It is time to explore the fun in life, perhaps even your sexy or playful side! This New Moon is in a fellow Earth sign, and this beautiful alignment gifts you with endless possibilities. It is time to tap into your creative reserves and let loose.

It will fall in your 5th House of love, creativity, children, and pleasure. So, now is a time to connect with your child self and find new ways to have fun! This is about taking risks for yourself in new ways. Sometimes, for you, taking risks can be hard. Saturn makes sure that you are committed to finding your pleasure. The energy around this eclipse is arduous. It tests where you have been cut off from your joy. What keeps you from feeling alive? What dampens your happiness? With the 5th House being impacted, you need to learn that the world is your oyster, and you can manifest your heart’s desires. But that is the thing, it must be from the HEART. You have to be confident and bold in your intentions and actions!

Saturn opposes the Sun and Moon at this lunation. As it finishes its time in Pisces, it will allow you to finalize and seek closure. It is reforming and reimagining who you keep around you and your idea of community. There may be a friend that upsets you or feels contentious. You could be put between a rock and a hard place with someone you care about as well — or even in terms of a hope or dream. Whatever it is, the feelings are heavier. You may have to let go for a future goal for now. Any disappointment you may have is very real, if even only temporary. Try not to get lost in the disconnect or discontentment. Instead, be realistic and find where you can build long-term foundations.

Use this New Moon to embrace your inner child and make room for play and joy. Seek creativity and happiness. Listen to your heart more and let loose. You have a chance to express yourself in a new way. Don’t hide pieces of who you are. Ease up a bit more and really just take things one step at a time. It feels like brighter days are around you right now.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Home, foundation, roots. These are words that are going to be echoing and true for you, especially around this New Moon in Virgo. The Sun and Moon are working together to help you in finding your dream home or connecting with your own family/lineage. It seems that you are moving, renovating, buying/selling a home or even establishing stronger ties to your family (or chosen family). Whatever it is, it is will require effort.

It feels like a literal homecoming for you in some way. You may be looking to nourish your emotional well-being more than normal, and the practices you begin will create beautiful foundations for the future. This is a call to root yourself a bit and explore your emotional nature. Family, home, and ancestral connections are all part of this journey. Work through the past and leave behind the memories that haunt you. Take time to nourish your inner foundations. This is especially true as the New Moon lights up your 4th House. Even if you aren’t moving, you are definitely making your house a home. Venus and Neptune are suggesting that you are looking to expand or grow your family or space — and there could be gifts waiting for you as you do.

With Saturn opposite the eclipse, everything feels a bit skewed right now. You could feel weighted and even a bit more depressed right now. Know that these feelings are temporary. Saturn says that it is time to redefine your idea of visibility and achievement. This New Moon reminds you what Saturn may have rebuilt or reformed for you in the last two years or so. Your long-term vision and future planning will need some reinvention. You career life is more busy than normal too. Don’t overwhelm yourself with yes’s when you really just need a break. Be honest with yourself about what you can handle and do not take on any more.

Use this New Moon to focus on your rest. Pull yourself in and withdraw a bit. Reflect on the past and make peace with your journey. Reach out to your family (given and/or chosen) or loved ones. Update your space or make changes to your living situation. Your home is your heart right now. Good things are coming from it.

Cancer & cancer Rising

Words have power, and your ideas are on fire. Your mind could be rapidly moving from one idea to the next, and you are working through so many exciting new projects. There is a stellium of planets and points in your 3rd House of communication. So no matter what, sharing what is on your mind is important.

You are more shy to speak up, but this New Moon is encouraging you to do it. You have to be willing to open up and let whatever is going on in your head be known. You will be recognized and elevated as a result. Neptune will you have psychically sensing the world around you, as it hits the critical degree in your 10th House. In the sign of Aries, it is trying to get you to take action. There is a feeling that the local community will be important, too. So with whom are you connecting? What are people saying about you? This is about perception — but more about how you are telling your own story. At this New Moon, consider what pieces of your story need to be shared more openly. Touch base with people who can give you new ideas or help to adjust your perspective. If it is encouragement that you need, it is there waiting for you. Ask for it. Seek it. Validation isn’t always a bad thing — it reinforces what you know to be true.

The New Moon is held by Saturn in an opposition. You have been dealing with lessons around growth and how to commit to your aspirations. In some ways, you may have had to deal with the slow progression of something you desired. But Saturn tells us that good things take time. As it beseeches the Sun and Moon, it will point to how those aspirations have built into something else. Soon, you will be witnessing immense growth in your career, work, and public self. You will have built solid and stable foundations of what you want to be known for. This New Moon is just the start, but it may also require you to know when to let go or reimagine whatever it is that has been holding you back.

Use this New Moon to practice what you preach and balance. Ask for advice and chat about your ideas. Reach out to people in your life to connect. Reprioritize what you are doing and create less “busyness” in your life. Your words hold power. Community is important. Learn, adapt, and integrate.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

Money is on the mind more than it has been in a long time. The last few months may have been tough for you, but now we are turning a new leaf. This New Moon opens financial opportunities for you — although it will require effort. Meaning, that what you start now will bring in a greater sense of wealth and abundance in the long term. This could also be a call to pay attention to where you are spending: your time, your money, and your resources.

If you are looking for a job, this New Moon will have offers ready for you or show you new positions that opened up. If you work for yourself, clients will be coming in or new financial relationships are formed. On top of this, you are really coming to terms with what wealth means to you. Are you emotionally and spiritually wealthy? Where does your self-worth tie into this? Is your value in what you own and what you make? Is it outside of that? Now, you can decide. This is yours and yours alone. With your 2nd House being highlighted, anything that involves ownership and value holds power. This is about feeling self-reliant and strong in who you are and what you have. Don’t let money rule your life, but find a place where you can feel comfortable.

The New Moon is captured by Saturn. You have been dealing with lessons around intimacy, sharing your resources, and calling back your power. Now, you are ready to realize them and possibly even embody what you have learned. This New Moon ushers us into the next and shows us precursors of what Saturn in Aries may bring when it ingresses next February for the long-term. You will become more serious about your growth, your goals, and your aspirations. What once felt too big can be realized, if you are willing to work for it. Self-doubt will be your greatest inhibitor. For now, Saturn is set to clear up any “debts” you have been dealing with in the last two years. Just know, transformation is inevitable.

Use this New Moon to focus on your self-worth and your resources. Change how you see value in what you do. Ask for what you deserve and provide yourself a seat at the table. Own up to your talents and be proud of how far you have come. You are secure.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

A new moon, a new cycle, a new chance. This New Moon is promises a fresh start, telling you that really there is nothing you can’t do. Sure, it may require work, but you are challenged to be committed to that work. Know that you are standing out, standing up, and being as bright as can be.

With a New Moon in your 1st House, you are focusing on yourself for the first time in a long time. Your identity, your needs, your confidence, and your ability to be bold. This is a new era for you, so take a stand and do what inspires you most. Whatever you create will be a pure success if you allow for it to be. Take advantage of this New Moon and put yourself first, please. It is a once-a-year opportunity to be in the limelight. This is about your independence, drive, motivations, identity, and things that set you apart from others. You are asked to take up space — to no longer sit like a wallflower waiting your turn. You are invited to take a seat at the table, but more host that damn dinner! Consider this your power moment, where anything your heart desires can be yours with a little motivation! Don’t shy away from opportunities that come up. Take the lead. Take initiative. Run with newfound confidence toward your goals.

Saturn will sit in a close opposition to this New Moon. It will be finishing its time in Pisces (your polarity) in the coming months, so there is a sense of tying up loose ends or deepening your bonds now. This New Moon will signal much of what Saturn in Pisces may have shown you in the last few years. Relationships may have come and gone, with new ones emerging. You have to be realistic about who you invite in and why. Boundaries will be tested around this time, but do not lose sight. Some of you may, alternatively, decide to take your relationships to the next level. This energy is supportive of long-term promises and decisions.

Use this New Moon to fully focus on yourself and your growth. Leverage your resilience, your softness, your grace, and your strength. Find what fuels you and drives you forward. Listen to your heart and make room for your passions. Desire can take you far. You can walk into the spotlight now. It is time to be seen.

Libra & Libra Rising

Libra, it is time to turn in a bit more. This New Moon comes to remind you that rest is important, and now is the time to tie up loose ends. This lunation will impact your 12th House, where the Sun, Moon, Venus, and South Node are all sitting. What awaits you in the quiet moments?

The 12th House rules solitude, rest, endings, and spirituality. During this time, you can finish up the projects you are working on behind the scenes and focus on restoration. This New Moon is meant to help you prepare for the new cycle that will begin as the Sun will move into your sign (or rising sign) the day after thisl eclipse. The pile-up in Virgo will be a good one for you as you tap into your intuition more and let go of what is no longer serving you. You can begin a new spiritual path or open the doors to a new understanding outside of yourself. Feelings can come to the surface — and your dreams may be more prophetic than usual. The thing about this area of the chart, is that it also rules finality. You, more than most, will be tasked with experiencing a big ending. This could be in materality or in your inner world. Now is the time to close out a bad habit, self-sabotaging behaviors, or old patterns that keep you stuck.

Since 2023, Saturn has been helping you restructure and reform your daily life, work, and your routines. It sits closely to this lunation in an opposition, and allows you to see how everything is coming together in this area of your life. It will make things a bit harder around this eclipse. Yet, it also alludes to the growth and building you will be doing in your relationships in the coming years. Commitment will be strong, but this is about committing to the evolution of something, not the fixed perception of what it is now. Saturn will help you see the importance of moving beyond the barriers that have been set in place.

Use this New Moon to unwind, open up, and release. You are beginning again, and this is the last leg of the year for you. Consider what doesn’t deserve your time and energy anymore. Close those doors and make space for what the future holds. The best is yet to come.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

People have your back, but you have to believe it! This New Moon is an excellent reminder that your friends and colleagues are there to help you. You are not alone, and you never have been. There are people coming to your aid and making sure that whatever you seek will come to fruition.

There are a host of planets in your 11th House of friendships, hopes and dreams. The future is on your mind, and it is looking a little different. You are called to be realistic now about your goals and how you want things in your life to shake out. This is a wonderful time to reconnect with friends and loved ones, but also notice which ones may require stronger boundaries. The eclipse is here to make you dream a little bigger, as well. There is a feeling that perhaps you need to be more open or receptive to the ways in which you can receive personal blessings. You are worthy of good fortune…good things. The 11th House tells us that we are connected: to people, places, ideas, and the greater world around us — even the unseen. You can’t lose that connection, for you may lose hope. Quite literally, your future is in your hands.

Saturn opposes this New Moon and acts as a grounding force — for better or for worse. It has spent the last few years redefining what makes you happy and helping you build more sturdy foundations with what or whom your heart desires. Allow this to be a point of finality or closure here. It is time to move on and move forward — steep yourself in your happiness and find reward in the same risks you take. Even if other poeple do not agree with what makes you happy. Soon, Saturn will soon enter your 6th House in February 2026, so this New Moon will act as a prelude of what is to come in the next few years (and what the Summer this year brought forward). For some, this will look like a reformation of your daily work, routines, and health — for others this could be a time of hard work overall.

Use this New Moon to chat with friends, start an organization or join a networking group (even virtually)! It seems like there is no end in sight to what you can achieve and the potential you possess. The last few weeks have been very tough for you. Now, you have a breath of fresh air. Just don’t be afraid to ask for help. Speak up, speak out, and watch for unexpected surprises!

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

Where do you want to be? What does a career mean to you? This New Moon will bring to focus your work and your profession, potentially even your life direction. If you want to make changes to your job, this New Moon will wholly support you. Really this is setting the stage for a new cycle in your life.

There are 4 planets/points in your House of career and visibility, 10th House — and you have so much work to do! The South Node will make sure that whatever you are working toward is a point of recognition, just don’t get blinded by the energy of the job or overcommit to it. Venus, luckily, will be there to rescue you and keep you from getting caught in the fog. If you want to work for yourself, you have everything you need at your fingertips. Just make sure to read over ANY contract you have to sign VERY closely. If you get a promotion or a new job, this is even more so reinforced. Venus will also prompt you to re-evaluate how you are seen by the “public” or those around you. There is something to be said about emerging with a new look, image, or even branding. If you work for others, you may find this to be a turning point in your career this year — alluding to what the next few years may bring to you.

Saturn opposes the New Moon, puts it under pressure. You have been dealing with lessons around family, your home and environment, and your emotional foundations. Now, you are ready to see some closure here and possibly get ready to turn your focus to other things. But this isn’t without some sort od need to surrender. You have to be realistic and look at this different. Family life is not the easiest currently, but it won’t be like this forever. This New Moon ushers us into the next and shows us precursors of what Saturn in Aries may bring when it ingresses fully in February 2026. By then, you will become more serious about your creative pursuits, what brings you joy, and how you express yourself. What once felt out of the question can be realized, and you will learn to love the messiness of the creative process.

Use this New Moon to get ahead and find a job or direction in life that inspires you and makes you happy. Dreams do come true. If you are self-employed, this New Moon will be amazing for you. Venus will give you a gift or a beautiful opportunity. Be open to what comes your way and watch how the unexpected unfolds into something more meaningful.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

The ways you grow, expand and change are fruitful and worthy of your attention. There is beauty in your everyday life, and you get to take hold of all that you have created and push past every limitation that may stand in your way now. How do you allow yourself to see that possibilities are endless? How can you cultivate more faith in where you are going?

This New Moon falls in your 9th House of exploration, expansion, education, and growth. You are no longer in a stalemate. The doors are starting to open, the light is shining, and you get to take that leap of faith. Even if it feels scary. You have not experienced this energy in quite a while. So, whatever you want to go for — now is the time (even in the small and gentle ways). You can connect with people of all different cultures and challenge your own beliefs to change your perspective on life. If you want to go for a certificate or schooling, you have the support now. If you feel that something is a bit risky, maybe it is more plausible than you realize. Some of you may travel around this time, while others are deepening their spiritual practices. It seems that you are a bit more insatiable when it comes to learning, perfecting, mastering and exploring. Consider this your reminder that the sky's the limit.

Saturn will sit close to this New Moon in an opposition, adding a bit of weighty energy. At the final degrees of Pisces, it is allowing you to finalize or sew up some of what we’ve been working on in the last few years. If something has been delayed, you can start to experience a breakthrough. Between now and February 2026, you will find yourself in a place of transition. You will be preparing for a new cycle of settling and rooting yourself into a new space or ideation around family/home life. Know thought that this isn’t an immediate start at all — it actually will be years in the making. This eclipse is only the start of building out your own traditions, sanctuary, and sense of home/legacy — but first you have to make room for all that is to come. Know that flexibility is the greatest lesson you will learn and integrate.

Use this New Moon to see that life holds endless possibilities. There are no limitations when you choose to expand beyond every horizon and know that the future lies in your hands. Re-ignite lost inspiration and know you are fully supported when you risk it all for your growth. Try not to hold onto old patterns or ways of doing things. Open yourself up to what could and will be.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

You may be facing your fears now. This New Moon in Virgo will fall in your 8th House, so whatever you will or have uncovered, will bring to light what has been holding you back. For many, it will be fears of loss, loneliness, and/or intimacy. However, it seems that this is bringing a breakthrough for you. You no longer want to be limited by your fears. Instead, you want to see the world in a new way and heal. You are regenerating your own internal energy and rising up stronger than ever. This is especially true as four planets travel this area of your chart.

You are seeing the talents and strengths that have not always been obvious to you. The 8th House also rules money outside of income. So, you may receive a surprise aid, financial gift, or bonus that you were not expecting right now. Understand the terms of the money that shows up. If you are looking for additional resources, Venus will help you in gaining that. This could come in terms of a loan, tax refund, credit, investment, etc. Alternatively, this New Moon can bring a chance for you to explore your ideas around intimacy, sexuality and your own innate power — perhaps how you share these things and what you keep for yourself. So, as the Sun and Moon connect in your 8th House, just remember who you are and what you are made of.

Saturn does oppose this eclipse though, creating a heaviness. Money is feeling like a bit of an obligation and finances are becoming a responsibility. Luckily, Saturn has been helping you restructure and reform your resources and valuation/worth in the last two years. You have come a long way and started to find some stability. As Saturn finishes its time in Pisces in the next 5 months, you may still have some work to do with resources in general. As this period comes to a close, know that the next phase will require you to be more flexible. Soon, Saturn will help you see the importance of moving beyond the barriers that have been set in place and learn that your voice is your more valuable resource you have.

Use this lunation to focus on getting intimate with yourself or a partner. Work on shedding old skin and recuperation. Find alternative resources that could be available to you. Heal the wounds that hold you back. Share in ways that nourish you. Remind yourself of your power. Rebirth comes as we let old pieces of ourselves die. Nothing lasts forever, but on the other side of this comes a brand new cycle — a brand-new adventure.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

This New Moon opposes your sign, highlighting you and others, your relationships and understanding of the world outside of you. This heavy influence of Virgo energy can be helpful to push you to be more realistic of those you keep close. You may find yourself or others to be more critical, or that you need to be more discerning now.

With this lunation falling in your 7th House, some of you may get engaged, married, or make a stronger commitment. Others of you may end a relationship, but it only reinforces your ability to love yourself more. Just know that a one-on-one relationship is coming into a strong focus. This New Moon could simply even impact a close friendship or business partnership. You are being uplifted by some and bound by obligation to others. You have to know where and with whom to put your care and energy. If you are attached, use this energy to get closer to someone. You could be tasked with reinforcing boundaries, keeping connections alive, or recognizing how your actions impact those around you. This is a social New Moon for you, too. So reach out to those you trust! Connection is at the heart of everything over the next few weeks.

Saturn opposes the Sun and Moon closely at this lunation. As it finishes its time in your sign, it will allow you to bring something important to you to a close. It is time to redefine your identity, what inspires you, and your sense of self. It can also push you outside of your comfort zone and get more clear about the company you keep. You will feel some pressure now, as Saturn is compressing the aura of this lunation. It is very likely that you are dealing with a difficult personality. Know that it is only temporary. Don’t let someone take advantage of you. You can also consider the energy now to be an allusion. Once Saturn enters your 2nd House in February 2026, your finances, value, and self-worth will become more of a focal point. You will see yourself restructure and re-evaluate your resources. But first, you must feel more convicted in who you are and what you bring to the table.

Use this New Moon to build and establish boundaries in your relationships. Also, work on cultivating stronger foundations in those relationships. This is an ideal time for coupling, committing, and/or communing. See how things flow. Share where you can. You can truly mirror and reflect the power in yourself to others. Tell people who you are– and listen when they tell you.
