Aquarius Full
Moon Miniscopes

Lightning Mind.

The Full Moon in Aquarius falls at 1º on July 23rd at 10:36 PM PM EST. Early on in Leo Season, we are given the first of two Full Moons in Aquarius. This one falls at 1º, signifying the beginning of something new after the Full Moon’s release. With Aquarian energy so prominent at this Full Moon, we will have our eyes fixated on our hopes, dreams, and wishes – perhaps even our network, community, and friendships. We have to recognize where we are and who we surround ourselves with and see how that impacts the big picture (not only in our lives personally, but also collectively). Aquarius brings truth, unmoved and undeterred, in the pursuit of understanding where we belong in the grand scheme of it all.

Saturn traditionally leads this Full Moon, and it isn’t making any major aspects. This is helpful as Saturn’s influence can feel heavy. What Saturn will ask for is the release of stagnation. Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius, and will also partially lead this lunation – here we see freedom and liberation. With Fixed Air being the central focus, we must find ways to free ourselves from outdated or overly traditional mindsets. If it doesn’t benefit the group or support others, it will not be supported itself. The Mercury/Neptune trine amplifies this feeling of attuning to something bigger at this Full Moon. This beautiful aspect runs deeply as nourishing Cancer meets ethereal Pisces, lending a glimpse of hope and adding softness to this Full Moon. However, it may be hard to maintain a realistic perspective.

Venus will oppose Jupiter, making us a little overzealous. We may not fully understand a situation or may lack judgement. Venus, now in Virgo, wants us to keep our feet on the ground, but Jupiter (still in Pisces) wants our heads in the clouds. If we can find the common place, understanding that it doesn’t have to be a choice, we can then use this Full Moon to our greatest advantage. Mercury and Neptune will really swoop in to keep the energy feeling dreamy, nurturing the possibility of the future that Aquarius is so set on looking toward. Don’t give up on something you feel passionate about, but do know that sometimes things take longer to achieve than we realize. The gifts of Aquarius are connection and idealism. Keeping that in mind means that as we pursue our goals, we make sure we have people around us that want to see us succeed, and that help us arrive there.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 27º to 29º or 0º to 5º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Fixed placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Aries, we stand here in the light of the first Full Moon in Leo Season. I say first, because there will be two Full Moons this Leo Season. Where Leo Season may be all about the fun and excitement for you, this Full Moon is a reminder to connect. We find this lunation sitting in your 11th House of networks, friends, associations – but also of hopes, dreams and wishes. Here you may find that you are being asked to focus on the people that surround you, your support system. Who are they? What do they mean to you? Given the more relaxed nature of this Full Moon, it seems that you may have support coming to you in ways you had not considered before. You may be invited somewhere to connect with like-minded people. You could even simply just be asked to spend time with friends. I would recommend keeping those lines of communication open. The 11th House has a nice way of showing you how others can help you in your future visions. If you haven’t heard from some people in a while, start reaching out! Saturn leads this Full Moon, falling in Aquarius as well. It will show you the stability you have in your network. Alternatively, you could be asked to make more tangible plans. Because the 11th House rules future ideas and hopes/dreams, start considering where you want to go. What do your next steps look like? Mercury is in trine to Neptune at this lunation, bringing you around family or loved ones. Mercury seems to have people buzzing and wanting to get in touch with you. Just know that if you are feeling a little overstimulated, it is ok to take some time for yourself. Neptune is transiting your 12th House. In addition, Venus and Jupiter sit at an opposition. You may feel pulled between work and play or rest. Venus is in your 6th House placing emphasis on your body, health and work. You could be trying to find a better sense of routine. Just make sure that you carve out time to take care of your needs. The through line of the 6th/12th Houses would be service. How are you of service to your body? How are you of service to your soul? Use this Full Moon to bring friends, connections and your network into focus. You could be launching a website, open to meeting new people or simply just trying to stay connected with those in your circle. Take a few minutes to set intentions and write out some goals for the future. Saturn will thank you.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Here we are in a brand new season with an immediate entrance to a bright Full Moon. It can’t get more Leo Season than this. This Full Moon sits at the pinnacle of your chart, highlighting your 10th House. There is an awareness that your career has been influx, evolving or shifting since Saturn’s entrance in Aquarius late last year. Now, we are looking at the first Full Moon that will ask for you to release or let go of something surrounding your work or life direction. This may not be as hard for you as you think though. This is the partnering lunation to the Aquarius New Moon we had back in February. What has happened in the last 5-6 months with work? How have things changed? If you are doing something that you don’t enjoy, then consider now your chance to make that change. Alternatively, you could be up for a promotion, or simply just getting recognition and attention from higher ups or for your work. Whatever it is, you are a little more public now. You could be reaching a peak in your career life. If you feel stagnant, know that Saturn (the leader of this Full Moon) is asking for you to make wise and tangible changes to promote growth. Saturn is in Aquarius, and in this transit, we see that the obstacles but rewards you may receive will be related to 10th House matters. Now is the time to be your own advocate for a job well done. Mercury and Neptune dance around one another at this Full Moon. This is a positive interaction given that they are in trine to one another. Mercury is in your 3rd House and Neptune is in your 11th. Your intuition is on fire now, and you are picking up on more than you have in the past. The subtle shifts feel like glaringly obvious realizations. Mercury is asking you to trust that instinct. Venus, your ruler, is opposed to Jupiter at this Full Moon too. This opposition is more checking in on your priorities. Venus in Virgo is wanting you to pay attention to what makes you happy vs trying to appease everyone. This is highlighting how you can express yourself and listen to the ways that you can choose joy, even when people get to be demanding. Use this Full Moon to focus on your career and life direction. Are you happy where you are? How can you grow? Where do you want to go? Journal about these questions and then start thinking of how you can take action.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

With a Full Moon in a fellow Air Sign, there isn’t much you can’t enjoy. This will be the first of two Full Moons that fall in Aquarius during Leo Season. This one pushes you to focus on your growth, expansion and beliefs, as it falls in your 9th House. The 9th House is an interesting one – there is a rulership of higher education, publication, travel and culture. Each of these are just pieces that can help you see the world, and yourself, in a new way. Some of you may be traveling around this Full Moon or simply just reading something that shifts your perspective. Here in this space, education is experiential and worldly. We can find ways to evolve and leave behind outdated beliefs and pursue goals that leave us inspired for more. Saturn has been touring this House since late last year, so the path to growth hasn’t always been easy. Instead, there have been obstacles. Now, at this Full Moon, you are asked to reflect and choose what to take with you and what to leave behind. If you have been looking to pursue a program, certificate or go back to school, a decision may need to be made or information may be given to you regarding this. To use this lunation to its fullest, try setting goals for yourself that are achievable but still a little challenging. Saturn does lead this Full Moon, and although it isn’t in aspect, it doesn’t mean that we should not honor this wise giant. Hard work brings reward, or so Saturn says. Mercury, your ruler, is in trine to Neptune, creating a beautiful connection between your 2nd and 10th Houses. Here, we see that there could be an opportunity for money, signing a contract or additional income. You may be called for a promotion or take on new work (or a new client). Just read everything thoroughly. Venus will be opposed to Jupiter, making us a little overzealous! Venus is currently traveling through your 4th House, and is Jupiter on its last few days in your 10th. Know that if you were to take on a new role, that you would need to see how that would impact your home life. Alternatively, you may find that you are being asked to step up and be seen, even though a part of you is feeling more shy to do so. Use this Full Moon to push you in the direction of growth. Find what stands in your way and knock it down or reach beyond. The 9th House shows endless possibilities, and with a little faith, we can go far. Now is your chance to take a leap, even if you aren’t sure where it will take you just yet.

Cancer & Cancer Rising

Slow it down a bit. After a fun, flowing and busy Cancer Season, we have now entered Leo Season. You will be taking ownership of what you value, and right off the bat, there is a Full Moon to have you ask yourself just that. This Full Moon in Aquarius is in your 8th House of intimacy, shared resources, healing and cycles. If there have been power struggles in the past, you may find that you are choosing to seek resolution. This may not always be with others, it could even be an internal conflict. You are being asked to release and let go of fears and inhibitions that hold you back. But this may take some work. Not everything is so forthright. The 8th House is a mysterious one that signifies the depths. So, there is a need to dive deep in order to unearth and understand. This same House also rules debts, credits, mortgages and money outside of income. So, you may have some news related to these areas of your life pop up! More than anything though, this Full Moon will bring to light what you value vs what others value. You may be placed in a position where you have to choose and stand in your own power – reminding people of what you believe in. Don’t back down. They will respect you if you stand up for yourself. Mercury is in your sign reaching out to Neptune. This dreamy, watery connection allows you to use your voice in a way that commands attention. However, this isn’t harsh – instead it is in flow. Magnetic. You are feeling profoundly psychic these days and your dreams are bringing so much clarity for you. The messages are reminding you to be motivated toward your own growth. Venus will oppose Jupiter, however. So, be mindful of what you agree to. Venus in your 3rd House wants to get to work, while Jupiter wants to fantasize. We could make some promises that we can’t keep. Use this Full Moon to reflect on what you value and what is worth sharing. Get intimate with yourself and others, opening up and being vulnerable. Release fears that stand in your way and find resolutions to old conflicts or power dynamics. Don’t be afraid to dive a little deeper. There is much to be explored and found in the shadows.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

Leo it is officially your season, and how fitting that it starts off with a bright Full Moon! We are coming off Cancer Season, where you were collecting, gathering and finishing – although significant changes were probably started. Now, the light is shining on you! Time to take center stage a bit, especially as the Sun, your ruler, passes through your sign. As I mentioned, just one day into Leo Season, and there is a Full Moon. This Full Moon falls in your polarity (opposite sign) of Aquarius. Your relationships are coming into focus now. It seems that you are placing emphasis on others and how you interact or work with them. You may find yourself looking to take a relationship to the next level, starting a new partnership (business or romantic), or even thinking about ending your relationship. Alternatively, some of you may be signing contracts and agreements. This lunation falls in your 7th House – the House of partnerships, others, agreements and unions. You may be faced with questions regarding how you relate to people around you. Are you giving up too much time or energy to someone? Are you not creating equity in your relationships? How can you grow your bond or focus on the balance? Saturn leads this Full Moon, and it has been sitting in this same area of your chart since December of last year. You have had some obstacles or ups and downs with other people in the last 6 months, and you know that your perspective on relationships may be changing. If you are looking to make a commitment or get out there to meet someone, this Full Moon and the next one (Aug 22) are perfect opportunities. Saturn will make sure that whatever you agree to will have longevity. Just be mindful of what it is you are exactly agreeing to. Saturn wants the full picture. Mercury in your 12th House is in trine to Neptune in your 8th House. So, there could be a sense that you are withholding information from someone or that maybe you are working to finish details on a project or contract. If you are trying to land a new client or job, there could be some negotiations, but it seems that there is a bonus or additional benefits to this work. Mercury is still encouraging rest, so don’t be afraid to find time to quiet down. Venus, now in your 2nd House, is opposing Jupiter in your 8th. Money may also be on the mind at this Full Moon. Thinking back to contracts, if you are not happy with the offer, then don’t be afraid to name your price and value. Venus will help you steer conversations around money and income. Alternatively, some of you may find that money is coming in and out. Venus will want you to save as much as you can. Use this Full Moon to create better foundations in your relationships. Understand where you fit in the picture and how to build a balance. If you want to start a new partnership, know that whatever you begin will have lasting power.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

There are a lot of questions around how you care for yourself, and this Full Moon wants you to start acting on that. The Full Moon in Aquarius falls in your 6th House, a House that you understand very well (as it's your natural ruling House). Here, we see health, work, boundaries, diet, routines and daily life come into focus. This Full Moon may be asking for you to take control of your health. If you have a habit you want to kick, then now is the time to work through that. If you want to start a new exercise or diet routine or even take on a new client, this Full Moon can help you too. You may also need to seek service of some kind – whether that is from healthcare professionals or otherwise. Work could be busy now, and you may be trying to load too much up on your plate. Know your limits. There is a reason why this House also rules boundaries. Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, and it has been hanging out in this House for about 6-7 months. You may be restructuring your or reprioritizing your work and work/life balance. You could be going through some health-related matters or even just trying to build a better routine. Saturn is here to push you. Anything that has been ignored, will now feel like pressure. Mercury, your ruler, will sit in trine to Neptune in your 7th House. Communication is to key in your relationships right now (especially with Venus in opposition to Jupiter). Don’t be afraid to rely on your network and talk to people. It is not a burden. People want to help you. This connection is a gift, showing you that others are coming through for you in ways you had not imagined. Venus, who is transiting your sign, is opposed to Jupiter now. So, you may be balancing your needs vs the needs of others. You could be feeling overwhelmed, as you may have committed too much. Again, know your limits. Jupiter will have us just say yes, but that will leave you exhausted. Especially when Venus wants you to care for yourself. Don’t get bogged down by what everyone else “expects”. Use this Full Moon to listen and tune into your body. Find ways to create a work/life balance and honor your routines. If you are feeling burnt out or overworked, take time to rest. Give your health and yourself the attention it deserves.

Libra & Libra Rising

It’s time for a little fun in your life. Let loose, unwind and relax. You have exited a busy time for your work and career life (doesn’t mean it's completely over yet). However, you know you can’t be all work and no play. This fresh Full Moon early on in Leo Season is urging you to find what makes you happy. It falls in your 5th House of creativity, love, fun, joy, children and self-expression. As all Full Moons bring, there may be a release on expectation. Maybe you are trying to navigate the waters of “what brings me joy” and trying to make time for what creatively fuels you. Some of you may have kids on the brain, know that this Full Moon and the next one (Aug 22nd) are excellent for conception. If you are trying to get out and meet people, this Full Moon can help you too! However, the major theme here is knowing where and how to give yourself a break. Now is the time to connect with your heart and your inner child. Make time for play. Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon and has been transiting this area for about 7 months now. You could be super focused on the idea of happiness. Am I happy? What brings me joy? Is this where I want to be? Am I doing what I want to do? Saturn is teaching you the lesson of passion. What strikes that match and lights that fire? You feel like you have to give up what you love, but that isn’t the case. Instead, Saturn is urging you to CHOOSE what you love above all else. Don’t limit the concept of pure happiness by saying you don’t deserve it. Mercury is in your 10th House working well with Neptune in your 6th. In some ways, you are being witnessed and recognized at work. Neptune is asking for work/life balance while Mercury is pushing you to communicate your needs. Mercury could present you with an opportunity to get real and vulnerable at work. Venus, now in your 12th House, is opposed to Jupiter also in your 6th House. So, there is this dichotomy between work and rest. Jupiter is having you take on too much at the expense of your own well-being. Saying no isn’t a bad thing. It is enforcing your boundaries. Your health may be compromised if you don’t slow down. Venus finds pleasure in the quiet right now. You may be bringing something to an end soon. Use this Full Moon to do what you love and find joy. You can reignite old passions and lead with your heart. Conception may be at the forefront of your mind – whether that’s children, projects or romance.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Inner security is huge for you. You are a very private person, after all. Not everything is given away so easily. There is nothing wrong with that either. Leo Season can be dramatic for some, and for you, it often signifies work or career matters. However, early on, your mind may be more focused on family or your home – your foundations. You feel the need to withdraw a little more than normal. As a fixed sign, you have sort of been under a microscope the last few months with Uranus opposed to your sign and Saturn squaring it (even Venus and Mars throwing a wrench into things). So, you are just tired. The Full Moon falls in your 4th House. We are refilling our cup. Take time to spend with family, chosen or otherwise, and give yourself space to enjoy your home. You could be dealing with real estate or moving, as well. Usually a Full Moon signals release, so something may be let go in regards to home and family. Alternatively, you may be trying to just reconnect with yourself. Transits to the 4th House can be good for tuning into your emotions. Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, transiting this same House. You may have had complications with domestic or familial life in the past 7 months or so. Saturn is teaching you the value of stability and structure here. Even if your family isn’t ideal, then maybe it is time to choose a new family? Others may be changing the foundations of their families or home. Some of you may even be trying to forge stronger relationships with your kin. Mercury is in trine to Neptune at this lunation, both in Water signs like yours. This creates a beautiful atmosphere for you. Neptune has been teaching you the value of letting go and just expressing pure joy. Mercury has your mind craving to learn, grow and understand. If you are looking to get into a program or gain a certificate, Mercury can help you. You may also be planning a trip or looking for a little escape! Go for it, with precautions and within reason of course. Mercury and Neptune will ensure you will have a good time. Venus, now in your 11th House, is opposed to Jupiter in your 5th. You may feel pushed and pulled between the expectations of the group and your own desires. It doesn’t have to be a choice. Don’t overcommit to someone or something, when you know you don’t have the space for it. Your friends are often a support system for you, but don’t allow that to keep you from experiencing your own happiness. Don’t let there be any pressure from outside sources. Do what feels right to you. Use this Full Moon to withdraw and go within. You could be buying, selling or renting a property, or even just redecorating. You can also use this lunation to restructure or reconnect with family.

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

You understand more than most that the key to growth lies in understanding – understanding the world around you, the people you connect with and most importantly, yourself. We enter Leo Season, where the Sun travels through a fellow Fire sign igniting a fire in you. However, just a mere day into Leo Season, we are given a Full Moon in Aquarius. This Full Moon falls in your 3rd House, an area where communication is the pinnacle above all else. Here, this Full Moon rushes in to remind you that your voice is your power and a tool to exercise your needs and desires. You often like to learn through experience, but right now you’re being asked to learn through interaction. Conversations will be important and influential for you. If you have been feeling stuck, reach out to those around you to talk. The 3rd House rules the local community, siblings, cousins and people in your daily life. So, these are the people that will help you. You could be having rapid fire ideas around this lunation but find it hard to start or focus. Alternatively, some of you may be looking to put pen to paper (whether through contract or simple writing). Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, and it has been here in your 3rd House for about 7 months steadily. The lessons we are learning all surround communication. You are being asked to create structure to your ideas and thoughts and also stop limiting how you express yourself. Maybe there is a need to find foundations in a new community or actually say what you think. Sagittarius usually doesn’t have issues with being blunt, but maybe it's how you word things more than what you say. No matter what, Saturn is teaching you to master communication and change the way you think. Mercury is sitting in your 8th House reaching out to Neptune in your 4th. It seems that family or home will be a big deal around this Full Moon, but not in a bad way. You could be settling into a new space or environment. Alternatively, you could just be looking to rest and enjoy time with family and friends. It seems that if you are battling a decision, you can rely on those close to you to help you. Venus, now in your 10th House, is opposed to Jupiter also in your 4th House. So, although you are trying to find solace at home, it seems that work is becoming a little more demanding. You could be battling your ideas of security. You are being forced to look at the big picture and find the balance between home and career life. You can’t give too much to one or the other, but that means something has got to give. If you have been hoping for career changes or advancement, that will likely be coming in the next few months. Use this Full Moon to work on your ideas and plan ahead. Strategy is helpful, but so is interaction. Use your voice as a tool and a position of power. Don’t limit what you think or try to hold everything in. There is healing in talking things through.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

It is Leo Season, an energy that can feel neutral for you sometimes. We have exited Cancer Season, where you had to focus on yourself and your relationships. Now, the energy changes (mostly) to stability, value and reliance. The Full Moon in Aquarius that we are experiencing early into Leo Season, will make sure that you have money on the mind. This is a Full Moon that comes as a pairing to the New Moon in February. So, if you have made changes to your income since then, this will be under review. If you have not, maybe now is the time to consider doing so. This Full Moon will place emphasis on your earning potential, your value and self-worth. If you are looking for a raise or promotion, you have to be your own advocate. Now is a chance to make changes to how you bring in money, and the next Full Moon will be too (Aug 22nd). Alternatively, there could be questions around your own self-reliance or what you value. This Full Moon could be bringing to light outdated ideas or mentalities that need to be challenged. Saturn, your ruler, is the leader of this Full Moon. It has been traveling through this area of your chart for about 7 months steadily. So, this idea of growth of security isn’t new. This Full Moon is just a reinforcement – a check in. You could be searching for a new job, bringing on new clients or just trying to boost your worth. Saturn teaches us lessons, and the biggest one here is not to undervalue yourself. Mercury is reaching out to Neptune at this lunation. Mercury is dancing along in your 7th House, giving you space to really connect with your partner or a close friend in an intimate way. Neptune will make this feel magical for you and allow you to open up emotionally. Neptune is hanging out in your 3rd House, gifting you with added intuition. Venus is now in Virgo in your 9th House. So, you could feel an itch to explore, travel and learn. You may be pulled between dreaming and reality a bit for you. Don’t get so caught up in the details that you forget to see the big picture. Use this Full Moon to realign your self-worth and focus on your goals. Change your relationships with materialism and money and perhaps even take a leap to bring something else into your life for more stability. You are being asked to create solid foundations. You can’t expect it to come from anyone else.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

The spotlight isn’t always for you. You would rather be a part of something bigger, rather than take up space. Your willingness to see all sides is a gift and choosing the humanitarian cause is what makes you triumphant. However, it is ok to shine a little, too. You don’t have to dim that light for fear of taking away from the idea or the cause. This Leo Season, you will be focusing on you vs others, especially at the two Full Moons in your sign. The idea of identity has been a big topic for you over the last year or so. You have made significant changes in your life. Right now, this Full Moon in your sign is asking you to re-evaluate you. What do you want? What motivates you? Where do you want to go? Leo Season may be about compromise for you, but this Full Moon is a reminder to stand in your power. It is time to let go of the old you – outdated parts of yourself that hold you back. You get a chance to shift how you see yourself (and in turn how others see you). Your view on the world is ever-changing, so why can’t you change with it? Now is your time to shine. Stand out. Take a chance on what you want and follow your passions. Saturn has been touring your sign more consistently in the last 7 months. The foundations you thought you knew are being dismantled to make new structures. You are creating a new identity in some ways. Saturn is teaching you the lesson of independence, autonomy and self-pursuit. It isn’t selfish to care about yourself or to choose yourself every once in a while. Saturn wants you to take a stand and show people who you are. Mercury is touring your 6th House and will reach out to Neptune in your 2nd House at this lunation. You may be signing a contract for work or taking on a new client. It seems that you are a little busier in the day to day than you have been in the past. Neptune can bring in money through creative pursuits. Venus, now in Virgo, is touring your 8th House and opposing Jupiter in your 2nd House. You may be sitting at the intersection of values – how do you value yourself vs how do you think others value you. This opposition may put you in a position of negotiation or make you feel like you aren’t getting what you deserve. Jupiter is trying to help you grow your confidence and independence (especially as it will move back into Aquarius soon). If a work opportunity comes your way, know that you can ask for the pay that reflects your skills. Use this Full Moon to take up a little space. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. You are being noticed and standing in the limelight. Even if you don’t want to be witnessed, you are. So, go with it. Take your motivations and use that as fuel for your passions.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Cancer Season was fun, enlightening and brought you back to what makes you happy. Now, we enter Leo Season, where we have to get to work. However, this doesn’t mean all work and no play, of course. We can’t ignore the lessons we learned last month. It is no secret that life will get busier over the next few weeks, but that doesn’t make you can’t take time to recharge. In fact, a mere day into Leo Season we are given a Full Moon in Aquarius sitting in your 12th House. The 12th House is your natural rulership, where you feel comfortable. This the first of two Full Moons that will fall here. This one is asking for a release or at least a consideration of release. You should focus on rest, restoration and taking time for yourself. You may have been very active around Cancer Season, and now you are feeling a little tired. Your energy may be lower than normal, but that is ok. Go with the flow. The 12th House also rules endings. So, you could be considering that it's time to end something – or end it as you know it. You could be tying up loose ends on a project, closing the door on a part of your life or even just releasing internal anxieties. Whatever it is, there is a sense that you are completing something. Another piece of the 12th House is faith. How can you have more faith in yourself or turn in something when you don’t see it? Seeing isn’t always believing. This Full Moon may bring you closer to your spiritual practices or heighten your intuition. Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon and has been traveling through this area of your chart for about 7 months. You could be restructuring your idea of what you believe in or trying to build foundations in your spiritual practice – grounding your intuition. You could also feel a bit isolated with Saturn in the 12th House. Have you been walling yourself away? Hermiting? You may know that significant endings are afoot, and that you have to work out the details behind the scenes. Honor yourself enough to know when you need space but don’t become so isolated that you imprison yourself. Mercury in Cancer is reaching out to Neptune in your sign in a beautiful trine. Mercury has your mind still on discovering happiness. This nourishes and cleanses you. Neptune has been going over your sign since 2011, having you travel through the fog – navigating with your heart. The incredible thing about Neptune is that it is the dreamer. It brings clarity to you in ways that you may not have expected. So instead of fighting, lean in and let go. Venus is opposed to Jupiter in your sign, so there does seem to be a bit of a choice that you feel you are making – you vs someone or something else. But why does it have to be a choice? Why must you sacrifice yourself for someone else or disregard them for the sake of you. You can stand strong in your space and still allow others in. It just takes boundaries. Venus’s transit in Virgo will gently push you to own your boundaries. Use this Full Moon to restore, rest and recharge. It is a time of quiet contemplation. Bring something to a close and make space for what's to come. You are on the precipice of bigger changes.

Cancer New
Moon Miniscopes

Nourishing Waters.

The New Moon in Cancer falls at 18º on July 9th at 9:16 PM EST. The Moon comes home, back to its position where it feels comforted and nourished by the soft energy of Cancer. The Moon in Cancer is always a powerful time, and this being a New Moon is no different. This is the first New Moon we have after eclipse season, where we can begin our work to start fresh. At the Full Moon in Capricorn, we broke barriers and dissolved limitations. Now, we can let the Cancerian water rush in to cleanse the space and wash away what was left behind. This is a baptism of sorts. We are renewed.

We watch the Moon itself closely as it is the leader of this lunation. Just as the Moon goes dark, we, too, turn inward to reorganize our inner world. The Moon touches the Sun, where they meet in a warm embrace. This energy is one of new beginnings and a reorientation of both our internal and external worlds. We are focused on our nest and our comforts, perhaps seeking to make more room in our homes. We are taking stock of our emotional natures and trying to ensure that our needs are being met before we venture out into the world.

The Moon in Cancer is a time to work with our vulnerability and our careful, intimate natures. We hold the softest parts of ourselves closely and honor the home we’ve built. Here, the Moon works well with Uranus, compared to the harsh square that was formed with Saturn when the Moon was Full. So, instead of forcing our freedoms, we can approach them more naturally. We understand why we had to let go of the past, and feel more inspired to approach our future.

Uranus brings a whirlwind of change and excitement at this lunation. It will not only touch the Moon, but also the Sun! So, this sense of liberation is coming from the inside out. We can feel electric or motivated. There is a huge alignment and shift within us and how we approach life in general. Optimism comes to mind. The message here is reinforced by the Venus and Mars conjunction, both falling in the solar sign of Leo. Our heart is moved by action and passion, a spark being lit by Uranus, that sets ablaze our need to create. Mars will push us to move and assert the space we inhabit, while Venus will soften this, ensuring that there is room for everyone. Leo may like to shine, but it is generous. The warmth is radiant, magnetic, and inclusive.

Venus will square Uranus, which is our wildcard at this New Moon. So, our values may be in question. It seems as though our need to forge ahead is being fought by our need to keep our safety net. We fear losing what we have because the future is still unknown. When we strike a balance and realize that home provides us the stability to roam, then we are no longer limited by this internal struggle. At the end of the day, the Moon swoops in to nurture us. We have much we can learn from the Moon itself. It is ever-changing — and yet always the same. It is feral — yet familiar. If it can exist in both, so can we.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 14º to 22º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

We are coming off a tension astrological week, and there has been a lot going on. This New Moon rushes in to pour water over the burns and soften the dynamic. For you Aries, it is time to come home. You may have been feeling unsettled at best, and this lunation will have you focused on taking a respite. Your family, home life and emotional well-being are coming into focus more clearly. This is a time to protect yourself and those you love – keeping them close. The New Moon will fall in your 4th House, highlighting your need to be more private. The Moon, itself, actually leads this New Moon and is at home in Cancer. So, the energy is much more natural and not forced. You may be starting a new direction around your family dynamic or even in your home life (buying, selling, redecorating, renting, etc). New Moons are opportunities to begin again, and if you have been unhappy with something, then now is the time to change it. The Sun and Moon are widely sextile Uranus. This is helpful as Uranus has been creating some tension lately. This can add some levity and surprise around this New Moon. Venus squares Uranus, however, so be patient for outcomes. You may feel limited financially to do some of the things you want to do. Alternatively, you could just generally be feeling more down about yourself, as you haven’t been as confident. Consider finding small ways to take time and create. Venus will have a nice conjunction to Mars (your ruler), and these cosmic lovers will be moving closer toward an embrace. Both are poised in your 5th House. So, soon you may find renewed sense of being – looking to express yourself unashamedly and creating joy just because you can and deserve it. If you have been thinking about children, this Venus/Mars conjunction may be good for that. If you have been looking to concept/start a new project or idea – this conjunction will help there too. Use this New Moon to withdraw a bit and go within. Release pieces of the past to make way for a brighter future. Allow your happiness to shine through, no matter what anyone tells you. If you have been feeling overworked, then try to slow down and rest. Allow the New Moon to nourish you.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

You are a Fixed sign, and in the last week, Fixed energy has been going through it a bit. There has been many ups and downs through Mars opposing Saturn and squaring off with Uranus in your sign. However, this New Moon in Cancer comes in to nourish and heal. It will fall in your 3rd House, so communication and dialogue will be extremely important. This is really not a time to mince your words or hold back. Instead, you have to be more open with saying what’s on your mind and heart – and more so, also be receptive to what others have to say. The Moon leads this New Moon, ensuring that emotions are brought to awareness. Anything that may have been subconscious, now creeps up out of the dark and is placed in the forefront of our minds. This can be helpful, especially if you are trying to create connections. Conversations can feel stimulating, exciting and eventful, especially as the Sun and Moon have a wide connection to Uranus. Your mind may be abuzz with new ideas and ways in which you can make steady and unique changes in your life. You may feel more inspired for independence and ready to tell people what you are thinking. Venus (your ruler) does square Uranus, however. So, this can create a little tension. You may hold yourself back a bit based on fear. Maybe you are worried about being “less private”. Your family could also be creating a little tension now, too. Maybe you aren’t being heard or witnessed the way you need to. This is why the idea of communication is so important now. If issues have been cropping up with your physical home, know that it will be resolved soon. Venus is also moving closer toward a conjunction with Mars. This will align heart, action, will and connection. Venus will add diplomacy and tact to Mars energy, as these cosmic lovers enjoy embracing more than anything else. This can calm the waters in your family and domestic life and make things easier around the home in general. It will be an ideal time to start thinking about renovations or decoration, especially as we move closer to Leo season! Use this New Moon to find your voice and create active and open dialogue with yourself and others.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

You have been in the hot seat the last few weeks, and since Cancer Season there has been more clarity and doors opening. The Full Moon had your mind on others, shared resources and debt – but now this New Moon will change that. You will be more focused on self-reliance and your earning power. The New Moon falls in your 2nd House, where income, material possession, self-worth, value and critical self-understanding lie. Here, we take a stand. This New Moon is ruled by the Moon itself, because of its placement in Cancer. If you are looking for new sources of income or a promotion, this could be a good lunation for you to do so. I would also encourage you to think about what you value and why. What is important to you and how does that impact your daily life? Understanding your self-worth and your morals are helpful as you navigate all of the changes that have been occurring. You can’t be caught up in the ambiguity anymore. The Sun and Moon harmoniously reach out to Uranus at this New Moon. So, you could have a surprise ending that brings a greater sense of confidence into your life, especially if you didn’t have the heart to end things yourself. You may also find that you are being asked to listen to your intuition more, lean into what you know and how you can have more self-trust. Venus will be square Uranus, however, making things a bit sticky. You may be allowing anxiety or fear control you more than you need to. Especially surrounding conversations that need to happen. Waiting isn’t going to help anything. Instead, it will likely make things worse. Luckily, Mars will help Venus, as they move closer toward a conjunction. You may find the courage to speak up and say what you need to, instead of avoiding a problem. Conflict resolution is important. Stop evading. Use this New Moon to think about what you own and who you are. What do you believe in? If you want to find new sources of income or bring more abundance into your life, this lunation will help you!

Cancer & Cancer Rising

You were working so hard behind the scenes and now we are reaching a breakout moment. A New Moon is always a good time to start something, but when it falls in your sign, it is a whole new cycle that sets you up for a year. This New Moon falls in your 1st House turning your attention toward your individuality, motivations, identity and self. What keeps you going? Who are you and how do you show that to others? These are good questions to ask yourself, because you are now in a place where you can change perceptions. This is a time for show and tell – show them who you are, and if they don’t understand, tell them. Make no mistake, you have the floor. You ruler, the Moon, leads this New Moon, so your emotions may be heightened. Yet, there is such a natural energy around this lunation for you. You feel so comfortable here. Both the Sun and Moon are working well with Uranus adding some excitement into your life. Your support system and friends are showing up for you big time. Your dreams are big, and you don’t have to limit the scope of what you believe is a possibility. Venus will square Uranus, so don’t allow yourself to lose confidence in who you are and what you value. If you feel you are questioning your worth based on anyone else, then it’s time to examine who those people are. You can put yourself and your needs first and know that you are not selfish for it. Luckily, Mars and Venus, the cosmic lovers, will be move closer toward a conjunction. Mars will inspire you to act on what you know you deserve. Both can have your mind on money, and there is a chance that you could be opening up a new source of income or potential for receiving money into your life. Just note, Mars can also have you spending just as quickly as you receive. So, be mindful of your budget. Take control. You can form better habits and really renew your sense of worthiness, if you just allow yourself to. Use this New Moon to begin something new for yourself, first and foremost. You are undergoing positive changes that will set you up for a year. Like the Moon, these are all influx. So, don’t feel pressured to have it all figured out. You will have chances to re-evaluate and course correct. Until then, don’t be afraid to leap!

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

It is time to rest, Leo! The Full Moon a few weeks ago had you busy, and the last few weeks of aspects weighed heavily on you. Especially as most of the energy fell in tension to Mars in Leo. Now is you chance to slow down, as this New Moon comes sweeping in to cool things off. The New Moon falls in your 12th House, where you mind will be on completion. You may be working on wrapping up a project or bringing something to an end. You could also be plugging away behind the scenes or simply just feeling a bit run down. Whatever it is, the 12th House invites us to rest. There is a need here to let go and release tension and anything outside of our control. The Moon leads this New Moon, emphasizing the Cancerian qualities and the need for reflection for you. The ulna d Moon will reach out harmoniously to Uranus, who has been a troubled player the last week or so. Now, tensions subside and there may be surprising positive developments in your work or career life. It is seems that the project you are working on is directly correlated to you receiving recognition for your efforts. Venus does square Uranus, however. So be mindful of what is being presented to you. Venus is in your sign, so you have to know your worth. If you are being presented with an offer, make sure it is a reflection of your talents. Don’t be afraid to ask for your value. Mars will boost Venus over the next few days ensuring that you keep that momentum and confidence up! These cosmic lovers don’t meet often, so when they do it is a beautiful union. Mars is making you bold, while Venus is giving you tact. You have more leverage than you realize. Use this New Moon to bring something to a close and tie up those loose ends. You are taking a little time away before it is your season and time to shine!

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Building a community can be important, as it reminds you that you are not alone. Those around you have been there to build you up and help you when you need it most — even if you are afraid to ask. The New Moon in Cancer comes in to show you that your friends have your back. This is a time for mutual support. The best thing you can do is allow people into your life, and to connect and converse. The 11th House, where this lunation falls, also rules your hopes, dreams and wishes. So, a theme of this New Moon is about dreaming big and now allowing that to die. If you have a vision of what tomorrow can bring, use that to motivate you toward your future. The Moon leads this New Moon, reinforcing this message but also reminding you to connect with you emotional nature. Nurture feelings of optimism and blend that with your innate realism. The Sun and Moon reach out to Uranus, keeping that inspiring energy strong. It is because of the people around you that you can achieve your goals. You are constantly growing and surprising yourself along the way. There is no shortage of possibility now. You just have to keep hope. Venus will square Uranus, trying to create tension and maybe bringing your energy down a bit. You may not have clarity on whether or not your intuition is right or misleading. Know that fear and intuition are two different things. Intuition is a warm knowing. That is what you need to trust. Not listening to it can limit you. Luckily, Mars comes to align with Venus over the next few days, renewing your confidence and pushing you to trust yourself. We all have self-doubt, but don’t let that hold you back. You could be working hard on projects that people don’t see. It may not be the right time to launch anything yet, but it is coming. Use this New Moon to renew your hope and revisit your dreams — ensuring that they don’t die. Connect with people around you and look for inspiration in unexpected places!

Libra & Libra Rising

The Sun and Moon get a boost from Uranus, keeping us on our toes. If you do accept a new position, it may come with benefits that you had not considered or known about. It may be that you are also getting intimate with the idea of change in your life and possibly even taking control of debts. Venus (your ruler) squares Uranus, adding a little tension. You may feel that people you had considered friends are showing their true colors. You could also be feeling a struggle between connection and intimacy — possibly even your future and your current situation. You will have to let go in order to move on. Luckily, Mars helps Venus in your 11th, invigorating you to invite the changes and keeping you inspired to see what comes next. SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

You have come so far, and last month was a wild ride for you! The eclipses have been falling between your sign and polarity (Gemini). So the intensity has been magnified for you. Cancer Season has your mind turn toward some healing, slowing down and focusing on what’s here in front of you. This New Moon reinforces that message. It falls in your 8th House, this is puts attention on shedding old skin, releasing and unearthing. You could be undoing the past few years and witnessing how far you have come in the last 6-12 months. Your life has completely transformed. This New Moon is asking for you to get intimate. Focus on your emotional well-being, but also share your depths with those you are close to. It could be a great New Moon for exploring interests and opening yourself up to the unknown. Alternatively, some of you may have past issue that crop up and need your attention. Because the 8th House is such a psychological house, it is wise to bounce things off of another (whether that be a partner, therapist, friend, etc). It touches us to see something in a new way. The Moon is the leader at this Lunation, creating a conjunction to the Sun and a positive aspect to Uranus. You be may feeling ready to shake the shackles off and find more freedom in your routines. If you had been applying for a job, there may be some surprising news that comes up — if not work, then maybe some health related news. Venus will be in square to Uranus, so some of the news may not be what you wanted. There may be a financial component involved that may have you worried. It could also be that you will be more busy if you accept the new role, and you are not sure if the responsibility is worth the value. Think carefully. Mars will come in to boost up Venus, reminding you that pleasure and playtime are just as important as working. Use this New Moon to open yourself and let go. You are like a snake, constantly shedding skin.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

2017 to 2020 were pivotal years for you, and now you are coming over that hill. This year, all of the heaviness you had, is being transmuted into strength and will. You may have had changes to your partnerships and relationships with others. This New Moon in Cancer will highlight those changes and the new beginnings that have resulted. Your 7th House is being illuminated right now, which places focus on the “others” in our lives. You could be thinking about boundaries, connection and how you fit into said relationship. Now, keep in mind, this isn’t always a romantic relationship. This is about a union of any kind — business partner, close friendship, etc. The energy feels more positive this time around than it has in the last 2-3 years. You may be more willing with the give and take — and they may be as well. If you are single, this is a great New Moon to get out there and meet someone. If you are attached and happy, you may want to take things to the next level. Now, here’s the thing about 7th House transits, if you are UNHAPPY, then know that the new beginning may be sparked by and ending (but of course it will be for the best in the end). Only you know the intricacies of this relationship. The Moon will lead, reaching out to Uranus adding some surprise fun and flavor to this New Moon. This would be an ideal time to remind yourself of the fun in life and let loose a little too. Venus will square Uranus, however. This may be having you question what makes you happy truly. Don’t get washed away by doubt or guilt. Instead, focus your energy on make positive changes in your life. Limitations can be broken down and transformed. You may be relying on others a little more than normal for help and clarity. Opening up and being a little more vulnerable with those you trust is a testament to your growth. Use this New Moon to focus on the relationships in your life. Nurture the ones that deserve your attention and release the ones that don’t. You only have so much space within you, and you can’t carry it all.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

You are getting into the groove. You have been making changes to your daily routine and your life, in general. But it seems that the day to day operations are what are making the most impact. You are looking to take more ownership and control of your daily affairs. You maybe finding your way in a new job or simply just settling into a new routine. This New Moon falls in your 6th House, and all of this lies here. In addition, health could be a focus, too. You may be trying to do better and be better to your body. A New Moon in your 6th House is an excellent time to look for work and to start routines that you want to carry with you into the long term. The Moon rules this lunation, so you have to feel emotionally aligned with whatever it is that you are starting. There has to be a connection. So, don’t do something just because it sounds right. Instead, do it because it feels right. The Moon will reach out to your modern ruler, Uranus, bringing an element of surprise! It could be that you have recently moved or are changing things around in the home. That seems to be a direct impact to how your daily life is being run. Part of settling into that routine will be tending to your home and family. Venus will square Uranus, however. So this is creating a little tension. It could be that there are financial arguments with loved ones. It could also point to feeling undervalued in a relationship or maybe your partner opening up and telling you something that may surprise you. Don’t fret, it is good to have it out in the open. Control your reactions. If it is financially related, know that Mars will help Venus out a bit. So there will be resolution. If you are looking for a potential partner or to make a business more official, this New Moon will perfect for that. Mars and Venus, the cosmic lovers, are meeting up to create union. Use this New Moon to reset your routines and rituals. Finding new work can be inspiring, and you may be welcoming changes into your daily life or health!

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Gemini Season was rough on you, as it was for all Mutable signs. Cancer Season sort of flipped that narrative with reminders of what it means to focus on your own joy. Now, we have a New Moon in Cancer, that is just nourishing this. With a New Moon in a fellow Water sign, the energy is so natural and receptive. You can easily accept whatever comes, as it is a reflection of your own element. This lunation falls in your 5th House, so your mind will be on creativity, joy, happiness, creation, and possibly even love. You may get a wind of inspiration that rolls through and empowers you. You may be starting new creative endeavors or on the up-and-up, in general. You know that your happiness is essential, and now that is more clear than ever. What this New Moon invites you to do is reflect on what brings you peace and play in life. You have to connect with that inner child and open yourself up to the fun in life. Let loose a little and relax your shoulders. If you have kids, this would be an ideal New Moon to connect with them. If you are looking to conceive, this New Moon is good for that, too. Of course, this isn’t just conception of human life, but also a conception of an idea or even a romance! The 5th House rules creation, and that is creation of all kinds. The Moon rules this lunation, so emotions may be heightened, but you are no stranger to this. This is a push to listen to your inner knowing, your compass, to guide you in the direction you need to go. The Moon will play well with Uranus, exciting and delighting you with flashes of ideas. You could have rapid fire thoughts and seek to share them with those close to you. Communication is important, especially as Venus squares off with Uranus. You may be lacking a little confidence at work or undervaluing your worth. The Venus/Uranus square will bring a financial awareness. If you have accepted a new position or have a new client, don’t be afraid to negotiate. Mars will boost you up to make sure you get what you are looking for (or at least closer to it). Mars and Venus will be moving toward an alignment in Leo in your 6th House. Your health, work, routines and daily affairs will come into focus. Once Leo Season hits, your life is about to get busier. Use this New Moon to have some fun and let that hair down. Start a creative project and just genuinely allow yourself time to play.

Capricorn full
Moon Miniscopes

Creating Stability.

The Full Moon in Capricorn falls at 3º on June 24th at 2:39 PM EST. When we build our fortresses, do we lock ourselves in? When does a structure become too rigid, too restrictive? This Full Moon emphasizes the things we have built in our lives and the limitations we face. As all Full Moons do, there is a need to release and let go. The Sun shines in nourishing Cancer, asking us not to lock our hearts away. We must open the doors and let that light in to fill the dark corners of the room. With the Full Moon in Capricorn, we are asked to rise to the occasion and, with great respect to ourselves, release the burdens that hold us back most. We have finished the eclipses, and now we have work to do.

Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, where it redefines, restructures, and rebuilds all that has come into focus over the last few weeks. We know that path isn’t always easy, but through hard work, comes reward – every time. Saturn isn’t just the ruler of obstacles but also the ruler of reaching a pinnacle. We have ascended up the mountain and made it to the peak, but we have a different perspective on life from up there. So, to rest peacefully on top of that mountain, we must be willing to let some things go. Saturn squares Uranus, creating seismic activity, perhaps shaking us a bit to see if our foundations are strong enough to withstand the pressure. Luckily, we don’t have our fall from grace. Instead, even if certain pieces crumble, we are still sturdy – standing whole in our place. We are immovable, unshakeable, everlasting.

This Full Moon comes with Jupiter’s touch and Venusian undertones, so from those uncertain moments, we grow. Jupiter, now in Pisces, sends beams of light to both the Sun and Moon, creating a diversion and interception to their opposition. We aren’t struggling – but wholly aligned. We see all sides and work to remain open, compassionate, and expansive. There is a sense that we are being reminded of our own gifts that we have in this life. It doesn’t stop there though.

It is what we do with those gifts and how we use them in the world that is being brought to our immediate attention. Jupiter is being cleansed by the deep waters of Pisces, and the Sun is brightly shining from the depths in Cancer. This interaction is one of the most beneficial transits we can experience, as we have access to ‘belief’: belief in action, belief in self, belief in possibility. And although we have Venus being pulled in two directions, its trine to Neptune will be what reinforces the message that Jupiter is trying to convey. There is endless potential. Nothing is impossible when we have faith.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 29º to 7º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Eclipse Season is now over, and with that comes clarity, resolution and new beginnings. We are just days into Cancer Season and Mercury moving direction motion, and we are gifted a Full Moon. This Full Moon is in formidable and grounded Capricorn, hitting the peak of your chart in your 10th House. With this Full Moon lighting up the top of your chart, you may have your attention on work, career and life direction. Maybe you are trying to balance your own work/life situation and figure out your needs when it comes to your career. Have you been putting too much into work and not enough at home? Have you been ignoring things that need your attention? This lunation is a reminder that there is some work to do, but it isn’t all bad. Jupiter is very helpful to the Sun and Moon now. It is expanding your 12th House, reminding you that important endings are around the corner. You may have to complete a project or way of living or thinking in order to find the balance you seek. Jupiter is asking you to trust your intuition and know that if something does come to an end, it will bring a new beginning with it. Mercury’s newly direct motion may also have you reflecting on what has happened over the past few weeks. If you have been waiting for a contract, phone call or some sort of communication, it will come around or after this Full Moon. Really pay attention to your output, recognize where you need to make changes in your work life and open yourself up to possibility. Sometimes, release and letting go can help us. Focus your energy on cultivating more balance between work and home.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Taurus, welcome to Cancer Season! We have walked out of Eclipse season, and now we need to recognize everything that has come out of the last few weeks. So much has happened recently and now you can focus on your areas of growth. Last couple of days has had Jupiter doing retrograde, Mercury coming out of retrograde and now a Full Moon in your 9th House. The 9th House points to expansion and reaching beyond the horizon. You can start to remove the blockades that have been limiting you and open up to the possibilities that await. Sometimes that means people, events, jobs or ideas. Take time to get your life organized. Figure out what you need and what you don’t. Jupiter will be very helpful to this Full Moon from your 2nd House. Money may be on the way. If you have had financial stress, that could be what’s getting resolved. Alternatively, you could be ending one job to start another. Jupiter is expanding your idea of what money is and what it means to you. That changes what you do and how you act, as well. What do you really value in life? Where can you take more ownership? Jupiter will also be reaching out to the Sun in your 6th House inspiring new creative projects or helping you find work that aligns with your values and passions. You just have to put yourself out there more. Speaking of creativity, Mercury had been retrograde for weeks in your 5th House. You may have not felt as inspired as you had before. You may have been asked to revisit old projects or reconnect with your own inner child. Now, it is direct. You can start see that you juices are flowing and that you see the potential in the ideas you have. You could be looking to get pregnant, start a new project or really looking to bring more fun into your life. Mercury’s direct motion wants you to find your own sense of happiness again, but the Full Moon reminds you that this happens after you rest. Use this energy to take things slow and tie up loose ends. Release what isn’t working for you anymore and make room for new opportunity. The New Moon on July 9th can bring about work prospects for you!

Pisces & Pisces Rising

You have been so focused on your home, family and your inner world the last few weeks, that you are now starting to break out of your shell more. You are clearing a path for yourself to expand and grow in personal ways. You see that people are directly coming to support you and that is spurring your creativity in ways you had never seen before. Gemini New
Moon Eclipse Miniscopes

Flying High.

The New Moon Eclipse in Gemini falls at 19º on June 10th at 6:52 AM EST. With a gust of wind, the doors are swung open wide, waiting for you to walk through. This New Moon is an eclipse, and with it comes a host of opportunities! Where Full Moon eclipses push us to release, New Moon eclipses can be catalysts for significant change in our lives. They have the surmounting power of 2-3 New Moons in one. The Gemini energy surrounding this eclipse shows us that words hold power, and with that, we can speak our realities into existence. Like the Magician, we create our futures by integrating and amalgamating into our lives – everything we have learned up to this moment. This is the only New Moon eclipse in Gemini of the current series, so the potency of its possibilities feels endless, but nothing is real until we breathe life into it. We float on the exhale of every word and wrap ourselves around our ideas, nurturing them as they take flight. Altogether, we rise higher and higher while maintaining control of our path.

Mercury is the leader of this New Moon, emphasizing the need to communicate, express, and speak. We change everything with a single word. Mercury conjuncts the Sun and Moon, putting our hearts in line with our heads. Although, this is internal with Mercury still in retrograde. We lack the clarity to speak openly with confidence, so we remain spinning our wheels. Neptune squares Mercury, almost making the fog too thick to see through. We are walking, what feels like aimlessly with one hand outstretched to feel what’s right in front of us. We get flashes of insight, like a lightning bolt as Uranus clashes with Saturn, sending electrifying energy down to the Earth. With every jolt, we can see through this fog more and more. As with all eclipses, action is not best taken right away. Mars’ opposition to Pluto will almost force us to wait. The constant back and forth between these two powerhouses can have us unsure of which direction to take, especially as multiple paths open around us.

The outburst will lay themselves to rest over the next few days, and we will regain more clarity once Mercury turns direct in a few weeks. Rework, reassess and realize. With eclipses, the doorways remain open for as long as we keep them open. We have choice; oftentimes we forget that. Lean into the Gemini nature of flexibility and adaptability at this New Moon. We can be where we are needed instead of forcing ourselves where we don’t belong. If you feel overwhelmed, take a minute to breathe and feel yourself lifting up as the air fills your lungs. Just don’t lose sight of the ground.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 14º to 24º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Mutable placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

How are you feeling post eclipse hangover? The Full Moon in Sagittarius highlighted areas in your life that you needed to grow. Now, the pairing to that eclipse will show you were you can adapt, change and learn. Where you were reaching beyond the limits, now you are engaging with the world around you. This New Moon comes highlighting your 3rd House of communication and local community. You may find that you are welcoming back parts of your life that you had once mourned the loss of. However, this may look different now. Mercury is the leader of this New Moon, but it is in retrograde. So, you can go back and rework, recycle and reconnect. You may find yourself reconnecting with people or bringing old ideas to the forefront of your mind. You may be ready to tackle what you had left on the back burner. Mercury will be in square to Neptune, so clarity is lacking. You may have thought that you lied something to rest, but it is coming back up now. When we re-enter the past, that means that the unresolved will be begging for closure. You will have to discern if whatever is presented to you needs your attention or not. Neptune is asking you to trust your intuition. I would be mindful of signing any contracts around this New Moon, as Neptune may have us glaze over fine print, couple that with Mercury retrograde, and that can spell missteps and misunderstandings. If you do have to submit a contract or sign something, please be mindful and do your due diligence. Your ruler Mars will be in a wide opposition to Pluto. This energy is a release more than anything. We are bringing an end and finding a resolution to a home or family related matter. There are real opportunities to move forward. During this eclipse, it may be hard to see what the future may hold or where we need direction. Give it time and let the dust settle. Answers will be coming shortly. Use this time to revisit old ideas and work on communication. Your words hold more weight than normal.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Taurus, this eclipse is going to bring a slew of questions around your worthiness and self-understanding to the surface. This is a pairing to the Full Moon eclipse we had a few weeks ago where you were asked to face your fears and confront old issues/traumas. Now, you are re-emerging like a butterfly out of the cocoon. You get to define your values, standards and your worth above all else. This eclipse will also have you needing to take control of your finances and your expenditures. Watch where your money goes and work on budgeting. In addition, you may be rethinking how you make money. Mercury is the leader of this New Moon and will be retrograde in your 2nd House. You may be trying to figure out your next steps financially or with work. If you have applied for a job a while ago, you may hear back now. Alternatively, you may be second-guessing your current situation. Put your feelers out and apply, but don’t make a solid decision just yet! Neptune will be in square to Mercury, clouding perception and making the waters more murky. It may be hard to see which direction is the right one. Know that it will come out in the wash (Neptune reference), once the eclipse passes. Until then, know that a big part of Neptune will ask you to reach out for support, in every sense of the word, especially if it means achieving your dreams. So, if you are questioning yourself, it is time to revisit your innate talents and start having better relationship with yourself. Stop the negative self-talk. Mars will be widely opposing Pluto at this New Moon, so old power struggles may emerge now. Really, this is pointing to a need for resolution. If there is an important conversation that needs to be had with someone, this will be coming to light. You can’t avoid what needs to be said. It is limiting you from growth. No matter the reaction, know it is important that you air your truth. Use this New Moon energy to focus on your self-worth and get a tighter hold on your financial picture. Perhaps start scouting for new jobs if you are unhappy, but don’t undersell yourself.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

You are on fire right now! This New Moon comes in shining a bright light on you in a big way! The pairing to this eclipse asked you to release issues surrounding your boundaries and a partnership. Now, you get to fully embrace yourself and start living your life for you and you alone. This is about your being, your body, your motivations. You may not know exactly how to do this, but give it time, answers are coming. Mercury, your ruler, leads this New Moon and is highlighting a need for you to rethink how you present yourself and what you want out of your own life. Mercury is retrograde now, so you will have to dig a bit and reflect on your own direction. Neptune in your 10th House will be in square to Mercury, making things even more murky for you. Work may be littered with misunderstandings, or you may not be seeing something clearly that has been right in front of you all along! Neptune is asking you to change your perception of your career and your life. Maybe it is time for a new beginning, or re-evaluation is in order in general. Mars will be opposed Pluto, widely, at this New Moon. This energy is pushing its release point, asking you to let go of past negativity that has been holding you back in a big way. Mars is in your 2nd House, which rules your income and self-worth. So, this is more about you not allowing other people to control what you do and how you see yourself. You don’t need to waste your resources on those that don’t give you the time of day. Pluto is transforming your 8th House, asking you to rise above it all and show your resilience. Use this New Moon to fuel you and bring passion back into your life. If there are power struggles with money, make yourself clear on what you deserve. Allow yourself to rediscover pieces of what you love most about you and examine where you want to go. You are the maker of your own destiny.

Cancer & Cancer Rising

This eclipse is in your 12th House, where we tie up loose ends. The pairing to this eclipse that we had a few weeks ago was in your 6th, asking you to enact stronger boundaries and release bad habits that have been holding you back. Now, you get to move ahead feeling stronger than before. But before you do, there is still work to do. An ending is near, but not in the way you think. This New Moon will highlight what in your life you need to bring closure to. If you have been avoiding a situation, this New Moon will ask for conflict resolution, not avoidance. Your intuition likely has already been pinging you asking for your attention to this matter. You may also feel a bit lower energy around this eclipse, because you know you need to rest. You are not quite ready to step out into the world, but you are preparing for what is to come. Mercury leads this New Moon, where a decision may need to be made. You have to consciously choose if you want to continue on or make changes for your future. Mercury is retrograde, however, so you may be lost a bit in the past. Neptune isn’t making things any easier by squaring Mercury. Don’t suffocate in the memory and idealize what was. Instead, you have to put your energy into what matters. Your growth should be top of mind, because your world is about to open up in a new way. Mars, in your sign, is opposing Pluto. So, any power struggle or relationship issues you may have will need to be confronted. This may be what the ending is for you. It may not be an end in totality, but instead a restructure or a need for resolution. It is the end of how things have been going as you know it. But with that, comes opportunity. Mars will ask you to stand your ground and know what you deserve. It is ok to keep those boundaries strong. You don’t have to back down in the face of fear. Use this New Moon to tie up the loose ends in your life and prep for a new cycle that is coming your way. July 9th will bring a New Moon in your sign that is just what you need.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

A time to lean into to your support and reach for your aspirations and dreams. This eclipse is powerful for actualizing your goals. You spent the last eclipse focusing on your happiness and your ability to manifest your desires into reality. Now, we can take that apply it to something bigger than ourselves. You may have people coming to your aid, more than you have in the past. You are getting a boost. Don’t be afraid to accept the help. It isn’t weak, it is empowering. You are being asked to participate and work with others. There is strength in numbers. Mercury leads this New Moon, and it will be retrograde. So, you may be reconnecting with old friends. People from the past are resurfacing. In addition, you could be revisiting old ideas, dreams and goals. If you had plans that were put on the back burner, they are coming back around now. The eclipse is opening a door for you. However, don’t jump on a decision just yet; Neptune is making it hard to see if what is presented is too good to be true or not. Pay close attention. Also know, that some people were left in the past for a reason. You can be reminded of the past, but you can’t live there. Neptune’s dream-like energy can pull you in, but you have to break through the fog. In addition, Mars and Pluto will be opposing at this New Moon, bringing up a power dynamic at work that needs to be addressed. You may be trying to bring closure to a work situation or job, itself, and there seems to be something that is getting in your way. Give it a little time. Mars will move into your sign the next day, helping you with a surge of energy. So, don’t bow down just yet. Focus on the end game and come to a resolution now. Use this New Moon to ask for help and network. Allow friends to show up for you and don’t let dreams die – especially if they mean the world to you.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Virgo, this New Moon will highlight the hard work you have been putting in. You are no stranger to putting in the effort to make things come to fruition. The last eclipse we had a few weeks ago had you focused on your home and family life, perhaps evening finally putting something to rest that has been looming over you for quite some time. Now, you can start fresh but more in your career and life direction! This eclipse will highlight what needs changing and different paths that you can embrace in your work. This doesn’t mean it will be completely easy, though! There may be issues with work or self-doubt that crops up around this New Moon. Mercury is the leader of this lunation and will be retrograde. So you may be rethinking the steps you have taken in your career. Alternatively, you may have to go back and rework some projects that you once thought were completed. Pay attention to the fine print, however. Neptune will be squaring Mercury at this New Moon making information less clear and people seem too good to be true for you. Neptune is hanging out in your 7th House, so this can signal not seeing partnerships and close relationships the way you should. You may learn a harsh truth about someone you trusted or may feel let down when the clouds lift. Be careful not to idolize people around you. This could be someone at work, a romantic partner or even a close friend. Try to remain levelheaded. More importantly, state your boundaries now too. Neptune and Mercury are both in very mutable signs, so we tend to lose ourselves in the liminal. It is wise to maintain perspective. Mars and Pluto are working toward a resolution from their opposition a few days earlier. You may have recognized that there has been a power struggle or internal issue surrounding your happiness and your desires vs other’s expectations of you. What Pluto is asking you to do is dig deep and really get to the root of what is causing this anxiety. It is time to face your fears and live your life for you, and solely you. You deserve to be happy! Use this New Moon to make headway in your career and see what opportunities arise. If you want to apply for new jobs, go for it! If you are interviewing, be very clear about what you want! This is your chance to start a new cycle in your life direction.

If you are looking to go back to school, this eclipse could bring opportunity. If you are simply trying to just expand your horizons in life and branch out, this New Moon is amazing to do that! Really, the sky is sort of the limit for you. Maintaining realistic perspective will be important, though. Mercury is the leader of this New Moon and is currently retrograde. So, not everything is as it appears to be. You may not fully see a situation as you need to or maybe your goals are in flux. You don’t know where to leap and where to land. This is amplified by the fact that Neptune is squaring Mercury. Neptune is in your 6th House, so there could be a health issue that temporarily pops up or maybe a misdiagnosis that is getting cleared up. Additionally, you may find that you feel limited by your routines or daily life, may even by busy life that you have been putting yourself into. Work is getting in the way, or maybe you just need to view things differently. Work-life balance is important. Use this time to reflect on and look to ways to change your routines. Neptune will cleanse what it touches, so there is a chance to make strong impacts even if they feel subtle. What do you really want out of your health and your day to day? On top of this, Mars and Pluto will be opposed, but this is a carryover from a few days prior. Now, we are seeking resolution. Mars is in your 10th House creating a struggle with work/career matters. Pluto might be asking for you to see things a bit differently. Are you inching back into familiarity or choosing the ways in which you can grow and transform? Pluto may also be creating an odd push and pull between work and home. Now is a time to get anything resolved. If you need to have tough conversations with people, you can’t avoid it any longer. Use this New Moon to choose grow and expansion. If you want to go back to school or make changes to your life goal, you can do so! Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

This is a time for healing and taking time away. You have been quietly working through some inner emotions and coming to terms with recent problems that have surfaced. The New Moon will fall in your 8th House, asking for you to transform where the pain resides. You are no stranger to this place, because you are the sign of transformation, itself. You know that you have a resilience that is unmatched by any other. The eclipse we had a few weeks ago asked you to stand up for yourself and make your value known. There may have been repercussions around this, but you don’t regret what you’ve gained as a result. Now, you can make headway in how you choose to grow. Mercury will lead this New Moon, but will be retrograde. There can be a lack of clarity on your own feelings or perhaps you are overanalyzing a situation that has passed. Why choose to sit in the dark? You can descend but don’t forget to come up for air. Neptune makes things a bit harder too. It is squaring Mercury from your 5th House, asking you to choose your own happiness. Neptune makes it difficult to know if you are making the right choices, though. This is more about a feeling and knowing than it is about what you think is right. Neptune will push you to trust your incredible instincts and listen to what your heart is telling you. Know that if there was something that was eclipsed out of your life, it is only making room for you to create and sustain your own joy. Positively, Neptune will be inspiring your creative side. Take that leap further into your own creativity. Mars and Pluto, both your rulers, will be separating from an opposition at this New Moon. You may have to watch your words right now. Pluto is asking you to resolve an issue through thoughtful communication and perhaps just releasing it from your mind space. Mars is looking for growth and expansion, ways to change and push past limitation. If you have been having negative self-talk, it is time to end it. Don’t allow you or anyone else around you to undervalue your ideas.

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

Take a minute right now and reflect. Reflect on all the things you have done up until this moment. The last year to two years had immense changes. You have seen shifts in the dynamics you have with other people and in how you relate to yourself. You have been learning to put yourself first where it is warranted most. This New Moon will have you now looking to create and establish strong bonds with others, as it falls in your 7th House. Pay attention to your close relationships and cultivate the ones that deserve your attention. The eclipse we had a few weeks ago made you choose yourself. Now, the doors open to bring better people into your life as a result, especially those that respect your boundaries. Mercury will be the leader of this New Moon, and it will be retrograde. You may find that you are being asked to see things differently in how you approach your relationships with other people. Are you making expectations clear? Neptune is creating more issues in this area, as well. You may not be getting in touch with your emotions like you should be. Neptune is in your 4th House. It seems like now the relationships that need work are family ones. Neptune has use looking to escape or evade, but Mercury wants conversation. What has happened in the past needs to be rectified. In addition, Mars and Pluto are opposed, creating tension, but seeking resolution. This is between your healing and your worth. This is something that has been a theme for you since 2018-2020. Although it isn’t as intense now, you can break cycles that need to be broken. Conflict resolution above all else. If someone is looming over you or if there are power issues coming up, don’t sleep on this. Eclipses bring about new information so that you can change direction. Now is a time to be flexible while still sticking to your guns. Tension will subside over time. Now is your chance to really work through the relationships you have with others.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

Capricorn, take it easy! This eclipse will bring work and busyness into your life. So, you should seek to find that balance. This New Moon will fall in your 6th House. So, this is your chance to make changes with your health, work and well-being. The eclipse will highlight what isn’t working for you, so that you can effectively change your schedule to fit your needs. If you have meant to take control of your health, then now is the time to do this. You can’t ignore your body any longer. Make appointments, get your check ups, etc. Mercury is the leader of this New Moon, and you may be a little overwhelmed with your workload or day to day. It is retrograde, so you could be working to finish up projects or have to rework things that have been completed. Don’t rush through. Take your time. Neptune will be square this from your 3rd House. You could have trouble clarifying your thoughts or saying what you mean. Neptune makes our perception cloudy and because the 3rd House rules communication, you could have a hard time formulating thoughts and ideas. Neptune can also bring bouts of inspiration. So, when you FEEL pulled to do something or say something, act on it. If you are starting a new job or signing any sort of contract, read the fine print. Don’t just leap. Neptune will make us glaze over the details. Mars and Pluto are also up to no good, but this is more of an overlap from a few days earlier. Mars is in your 7th House, so there can be arguments in a close relationship or with a partner that could be causing you to feel powerless. Don’t back down but be realistic. Mars/Pluto oppositions ask us to dig deep and uncover what really makes us tick. You may need to have a breakthrough conversation with someone close to you and lay down ground rules. This aspect is seeking resolution. It is time to put things to rest once and for all. Pluto will make sure you have the strength to see anything through. You are resilient. Don’t be afraid to say how you really feel.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

Eclipse season is always a tough one as energy is constantly swirling around. These are falling in Air and Fire signs, so they are a bit easier than perhaps Water and Earth signs would be, but it doesn’t make it any less chaotic. Where the eclipse a few weeks ago was focused on release around old friends, hopes or community, this one opens doors for joy and playfulness. Now, you can get to focus on what makes you happy and what makes you tick. This lunation will spur all sorts of creative ideas and open your heart wide. If you are looking to have a child, you may be surprised with the news that arises around this eclipse! Alternatively, if you have been looking to birth a new concept or idea, this eclipse will fuel you! Mercury will retrograde and the leader of this New Moon. So, it is best to rework or think of old ideas that can be brought back up. This is the time to reconnect with your own inner child or your actual children, if you have any. Old relationships or lovers may surface, but be careful. Watch their role and the lessons that come with them. Neptune will square Mercury, clouding judgment. Make sure you are seeing people or ideas clearly. Take a step back and really ask yourself what is being presented to you and what you can do with it. Neptune wants you to focus more on your self-sufficiency. Maybe you aren’t giving yourself enough credit. You could also be needing to lean into your own natural talents. There is a disconnect between your output/creativity and the way that you are earning money. Stop doubting your work and just put yourself out there. Neptune is inspiring you to make financial changes. Mars and Pluto are separating from an opposition. So, you may be trying to close doors on the past and welcoming a new line of work or daily routine. The ways in which you have approached work or health in the past must change and you have to make strides to bring more flexibility. You are not a slave to who you once where. Pluto is seeking transformation through endings. Mars is asking for action and self-reliance. If you want to work for yourself, Mars will help you. Alternatively, Mars can bring about a renewed sense of confidence at work or with your health. Whatever it is, you are leaving something behind that has been holding you back. With Saturn in your sign all year, you are building stronger foundations for your future.

In addition, if you are moving, Neptune will ask you to read all of the fine print. Look for water damage or mold in the home. Also, it could have some things feel like they are too good to be true.
