Beginning Again.
The New Moon in Pisces 28º falls on March 18th at 9:23 PM ET.
This is a Pisces New Moon, where we will think about our hopes and inner desires. We can consider this a time to ask ourselves what we are of service to and what we sacrifice to be of that service. The archetype of Pisces is both the savior and the victim. Perhaps we don’t always need to save others, and, similarly so, we don’t always need to be saved. The recognition of our vulnerability is a strength, not a crutch, which keeps us from falling into martyrdom.
Our intuition will be heightened during this lunation, especially with Mercury backtracking through Pisces and aligning with the North Node. Together they are asking us to be guided by the unseen and follow our threads of inspiration and insight. We may not have all of the information yet, but that shouldn’t stop us from trusting the process.
Jupiter leads this New Moon and squares off with Venus. It is a call to expand and grow beyond our outdated values. Relationships need room right now. We are craving openness. This is especially true now that Jupiter will be supported by Mars, as well. Mars and Jupiter ask that we take risks, knowing that going through uncharted territory is where we are rewarded. They push us to see beyond the surface. In many ways, Jupiter and Mars will ask us what it will take to make our dreams come to life. With both in Water signs, we act from a place of inner knowing. Trust your feelings.
To add to the surreality of this New Moon, we find ourselves needing to be spontaneous and embody a level of whimsy. The Sun and Moon work well with Uranus, asking us to be bigger, bolder, more liberated. Uranus will push us outside of our comfort zones, and it is for the best. This is the final New Moon of the Astrological Year and the lunation that closes out eclipse season. Watch what pieces of you have rotted away or are starting to decompose. Life comes from death — and what you leave behind sets the groundwork for what is to come.

This Retrograde Masterclass will be where we learn about the ins and outs of this planetary event.
