Taurus Full Moon Eclipse Miniscopes

Taurus Full Moon
Eclipse Miniscopes

Grounding Through Change.

The Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus falls at 27º on November 19th at 3:57 AM EST. As we begin our ascent from the depths of Scorpio Season and head into Sagittarius Season, we are given a Full Moon in Taurus to bring us back to Earth - the place between Heaven and Hell. This Full Moon will be an eclipse, one that illuminates everything we have been through over the last few weeks. Changes have been made, directions have been altered, and perspectives shifted. Taurus now wants us to get to work. We can use all we have gained to work toward a steady outcome.

Eclipses bring things to light, especially Full Moon eclipses. There is little say in what happens, but a strong flow of energy that sweeps in to give us the answers we seek. The accumulation and potency of eclipses are so powerful that they can be felt a month to the day before or even after the actual eclipse begins. It is wise to not make any sweeping final choices at this time, but to sit back and let the whirlwind of energy unfold before deciding. Taurus is patient, and we have to exercise that skill before we act.

Luckily, the Moon in its exalted state will prepare us. The Sun in Scorpio shines its light on the Moon in Taurus, where we find the power in these polarities – ownership. You are called to reclaim your power and stand your ground. With Pluto intercepting the Sun/Moon opposition, this is found through the transformation that we have undergone this season. Power resides in our ability to hold space for ourselves as much as someone else – to know our limits with another and not become obsessed or enmeshed in their ups and downs. Jupiter’s square to the Sun and Moon tells us the growth happens but not in the extremes. We can’t keep being pulled in two different directions. You are called to return home, back to you and the garden you have long neglected. It is time to till the soil again.

Venus leads this eclipse, this time with a loving energy toward Uranus (who caused havoc at the last lunation). We are inspired again, reclaiming the energy we thought we lost. We feel pulled toward making room, finding that freedom in our own self-confidence. Venus graces the arms of its cosmic lover, Mars — to bring motivation to our heart’s desires. Spontaneity is encouraged and helps to pull you out of ruts.

Try something new on a whim and go to a place you have never been. Explore the earth and feel the ground beneath you. Walk paths in the woods to find clarity in nature.

Mercury chats with Neptune and Pluto, keeping us in a dream state and bringing more out of the darkness from the New Moon prior. Conversation is important and deep. Anything less won’t interest Mercury enough to hold its attention. Mercury teaches us to listen to our inner calling, the voice within telling us that which we already know. Speak your magick and power into existence and watch as the spell unfolds from your exhales into the air — your breath, like ghosts escaping from your lips. It isn’t that you are just speaking, but you are witnessing.

Mars will have finished its opposition to Uranus. This brings up memories from the New Moon’s jolt. Perhaps now is the time to resolve or make moves based on what has been presented to you. You may surprise others with your actions, but sometimes we need this to reignite flames that have burnt out.

Change is how we grow and shed old skin. With this as the start of eclipse season, we know that it is a means for stability later.

Re-engage with your senses this Full Moon and get back to the Earth. We are rising out of the shadows and into the clouds, but we must first touch the ground again. This is only the beginning of what’s to come.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 23º to 29º or 0º to 2º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Fixed placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Keyword: Ownership

We are now fully in the embrace of Eclipse Season. Eclipses are like cosmic dustpans and brooms, they come in to shake things up and then clean up. This is to rattle any complacency and stagnation. They create a swell of energy. Full Moon eclipses in particular, like this one, are very illuminating. They shine a light on problem areas or things that need to be addressed. Perhaps something is coming to a climax. This eclipse starts a new series— one that focuses on your resource sector.

Over the next 18 months or so, you may find that you have changes to your values, self-worth, resources, or assets. There can be a call to open yourself up more but also to find stable ground to stand on. This first one brings an awareness to your 2nd House of ownership, income, value, and worth. It may be time to visit the values and traditions you hold. Do they still align with you personally? Have you outgrown certain views? This is ok.

With the 2nd House, we stabilize our identity from the 1st House, thus we have to be ok with evolving our view on the world and everything around us. You alternatively could have changes to your income, financial picture, or need to address what you truly have ownership over in your life. The eclipse will highlight where you could improve. This may come as a result of some valuable insight(s) you receive from Pluto’s positive reception to this eclipse. Pluto has been in your 10th House, and you may finally be coming to terms with something in your career that can impact how you make money or what you value in your life overall.

There is a lot of activity around this eclipse, but to keep things simple we should focus a little on Venus, the ruler of this lunation. Venus will be well-positioned to Uranus and Mars at this time. In fact, it will be exactly trine to Uranus. There can be very positive or surprising outcomes as a result of the eclipse (expect them to unfold over the next few weeks or months). Mars and Uranus will be fighting, but Venus intersects this well. It ensures that even during what feels like jolting or uncertain times, that you have  ground to stand on, or a soft place to land. Venus will protect you. If you have money going out or a debt to pay, know that you could receive a sum to cover that. It is almost like a loss with a recovery right afterward. Divine timing, if you will. Either way, it is best not to act around an eclipse and just let things unfold before you. Once the dust settles, everything will be more clear.

Use this eclipse to reflect on your values, morals, beliefs. Also, take stock in what you own and your financial picture. See what could use changing, re-budgeting or refocusing. You will be making major changes to how you handle personal and shared resources in the coming future.

Keyword: Being

You are in the spotlight in a way that you have not been in a long time. This upcoming Full Moon is an eclipse, and that changes the way the energy is conducted. Eclipses are full of evolution and shake ups, but they come with resolve and definitive answers in the end. So, what may feel like chaos is temporary. In all reality, the eclipse ends up being a guiding light. With this one being a Full Moon eclipse, it is likely that there will be a bright light shining on something in your life that may need changing, reflecting, or refocusing. This will start an 18 month journey for you–– where you focus on your boundaries, autonomy, and possibly even relationships.

Your 1st House is fully lit up at this lunation, which rules the self, the identity, and your motivations. Here, you will be staring at who you are, what you want, and what drives you. This isn’t always easy, especially if you have been in a complacent or stagnant phase. You may have to find peace in discomfort as you know that things around you are changing, and you will be asked to step out of your cocoon–– to transform yourself and the world around you. The spotlight from this lunation will have you questioning yourself, your boundaries, your goals, and really anything that is personal to you. This could bleed into your relationships, because as you change, so will they.

Pluto will be at a good angle for this eclipse, which is helpful. Pluto has been sitting in your 9th House showing you different perspectives, and seeing the world in a new way. Perhaps you are understanding the value in seeing beyond the current moment and starting to witness the big picture and how the pieces play into that. It could shift how you move about your life and your goals overall. Some of you may decide that it is time to take steps to be more spontaneous, adventurous, or focus on improving your life/situation. Almost as if roadblocks are no longer a problem, and you can only see achievement. Now, this won’t mean that the new journey or pathway that you start on will be easy. It just means that you are more ready than you ever have been.

Venus softens this eclipse quite a bit, even with the swirling activity. It leads this lunation and intercepts the harsh Mars/Uranus opposition. Mars and Uranus will be creating tensions with relationships or others in your life. So, you could have an argument, fight, or potentially even a relationship breakdown. Keep in mind, this isn’t just romantic. If there is already a problem with this relationship, the eclipse will bring into full view. Think of this as a cosmic dustpan and broom. If you do break a relationship, know that something better is on its way — especially with Venus working to ease the blow. You already seem ready to let this person go, and Venus is there to guide you to seeing how it will benefit you (and possibly them) in the long run. The important thing is knowing the boundaries you have created and not easing up to appease.

Use this eclipse to work on yourself and focus on your needs. See what needs to be adjusted or refined. Where could you benefit from being more gentle with yourself? Where could you be more disciplined? How can you see yourself more clearly? You can make great strides in standing out and allowing yourself to be seen and heard. You are a path toward really making shifts in your identity and overall life.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Keyword: Solitude

We are now submerged into eclipse season, and with this comes a full wave of activity. However, for you, things are a bit different. You are craving peace, serenity, and solitude. Eclipses can note an ending of sorts, and this couldn’t be more true as this one falls in your 12th House. However, not all endings are bad. Given the power of an eclipse, it may not be comfortable but it will be for the best. This is the start of a new ecliptic cycle, and one that we will have for 18 months or so. You will have to reckon with your life in its intricacies, routines, grand visions, and the ways in which you may escape. Care and service will be top of mind.

Service is a word you may not actively think about, but it is one that holds value. Service is not always to another person––it can be to yourself, your body, your heart, mind, or soul. You need not always sacrifice to care for yourself. This eclipse will highlight where you could use more balance, rest and realignment.

Of course, that may come with something being let go or being tied up, but that leaves more room for you. If you have been on a one way train to burnout, it is time to slow that train and take active steps toward recovery. The eclipse falling in your 12th House will have you asking yourself the bigger questions in life, which could include how you find respite, faith, and how you engage in any sort of spirituality. This is a House of healing and suffering — perhaps it is time to end the things that bring you suffering, grief or pain. Make room in the waters for you to swim more freely.

Pluto aids this Full Moon from your 8th House, so it seems you have been gradually considering who can help you and what needs to be addressed. This is a point of rebirth, breaking cycles, and owning your power. You have been reclaiming yourself for years, and with this eclipse activating Pluto, it's time to put it to the test. Pluto asks for you to dig deep, uncover the hidden potential below the surface and embrace your humanity and your soul. Sharing yourself intimately is part of that. As you close a chapter, you will be insulating yourself more, cutting some people out, but you will also have to find those that you trust and share more deeply with them. Asking for help or space is not selfish, especially through change.

Venus leads this lunation where it will come between Mars and Uranus in their fight for freedom. There can be tensions internally and externally that are driving you to be unsure or feel pulled in different directions. As much as you crave rest, life seems to be getting busier. You have to give yourself grace. Mars and Uranus both are very dynamic and erratic when at their worst. However, with Venus being so positively aspected to both, you will be able to adjust and find moments for reflection and healing. Venus grants you care and peace in the quiet moments, and reminds you that you are not alone.

Use this Full Moon to focus on the places that you escape or choose to ignore. See what needs to come to a close and what needs to be expanded. Make peace in the quiet. Find power in resolution. Explore new areas of faith, belief, and spirituality — but also be ok with not knowing or having answers. You are on the precipice of closing a chapter and starting a whole new one. What is needed to fully walk through that door?

Keyword: Visions

The future can feel so far away, but we forget that it is unfolding even in this present moment. In layman’s terms, the future is now. And this feeling couldn’t be captured more perfectly than with this eclipse on the 19th of November. This will start a new cycle for you where you are looking at taking more risks and seeking more attention–– but also balancing this with how all of this works with your visions and goals. You will be finding your space in a community. There is a desire to create but also to ensure that the output or outcome not only benefits you, but everyone around you. Some things will have to change in order to make this happen, and part of that may be a readjustment of your plans or goals.

This eclipse will shine a light on your 11th House, where you are reflecting on your friendships, network, hopes, and goals. Because it is a Full Moon eclipse, something may be eclipsed out of your life or need to be refined. Because you are ruled by the Moon, you could feel especially sensitive or heightened at this time. You may have to come to terms with a friendship or community that needs to be addressed. Perhaps you are ready to approach the relationship differently. Alternatively, you may be changing and shifting your outlook on your future self — learning how to better seek support to make dreams a reality. You asking for help or leaning on others doesn’t make you weak. It is a reminder that you can be filled and nourished by others, as much you may nourish them.

Pluto is especially helpful at this Full Moon, so one relationship in particular is deepening. There is a transformation and a stronger connection happening. Pluto has been creating waves in the 7th House for years, pushing to compromise at times or rise up and fight during other moments. You know what you expect now from your important relationships, and at this eclipse you feel more assured than ever. Pluto gives way to intimacy and true healing between you and others, finally bringing to rest an old, outdated dynamic or power struggle that may have been a past narrative. There is only equal ground. So, stand on it.

Venus leads this Full Moon, sweeping its loving arms around warriors, Mars and Uranus. As Mars and Uranus clash, you could see tensions rise and true motives revealed. Perhaps a truth is exposed, one that you had not seen coming. You may be battling issues around self-confidence or expression — maybe not being perceived how you’d like. Mars is racing through your 5th House, and you feel yourself learning to not take life so seriously. A light-hearted approach will do you wonders. The ask is for you to be authentic and let go of the need to please. It's time to stop caring about what others may think. Venus cuts in at this opposition and reminds you who is really important and the relationships where you can truly be yourself. There will be people that may come and go, and there will be those that last a lifetime. Seek solace in the relationships worth the investment. Breathe life into the things that matter.

Use this Full Moon to reflect on your goals and future visions. See where you are and ask for support where it matters. Don’t allow yourself to fall victim to pleasing people. Learn to find the community and friendships that are worthy. Invest in the relationships that challenge you to grow. Your hopes and dreams can become a reality when you truly ask for help. You are finding your strength again.

Keyword: Goals

We know change is inevitable. It comes with sweeping gestures that push us in one direction or another. To see the power in change as a potential new beginning shifts our mindset. Eclipses are known to bring swift and chaotic energy that blossoms into a fresh start. Sometimes, this happens within the 18 month cycle––sometimes it happens during a 4 week period. Either way, we know that things are about to gain momentum, especially as this Full Moon eclipse begins to culminate.

The eclipse falls in your 10th House. A position that sits at the top of your chart. The Moon will be beaming a light here, having you focus your attention on your career, life direction and practical goals. You know that you want to do something different in this area of your life. Is it a new job? A promotion? A complete 180º? Whatever it is, the eclipse will bring it to the forefront of your mind. Some of you may move up, while some may quit or lose a job. Others may feel a general pressure at work, and it can be the catalyst for something new coming later on. It is hard to say how it will all shake up, but new pathways will soon begin to show up for you. Over the next 18 months, any changes at work will feel monumental. Thus, the gravity of it can be heavy — but once it finally reaches a head, it will alleviate all of that compounding pressure.

Pluto is positively aspected to this eclipse, which is extremely beneficial. Pluto has been hanging out in your 6th House for a while. Here, you have transformed your work environment, routines, health habits, or even your daily life. You have re-prioritized your needs. So, now you are asked to take what you’ve learned and apply it. Any minor shift will lead to a greater domino effect for you, but it will unfold beautifully in the end. Pluto drags us through the shadows, and so there may be some fears you  have to face first. But with the Moon exalted, there is no way you won’t end up on top.

Venus sits at the intersection of the Mars/Uranus opposition. Venus is mediating the tension between these two dynamic energies. You could feel pushed and pulled between work and home, family and freedom. There is uncertainty. A risk. You may have to move (maybe for a new job) unexpectedly––or just have something come up with a family member. Whatever it is, it may feel like a headache or a complete upheaval. Because Venus is the ruler of this Full Moon, it will ease this energy. It will come in to ground in the present and remind you to focus on what is right in front of you. You are asked to do something to take care of yourself, even in a small way. It will bring you back to your body and keep your mind calm. Sometimes, even the most mundane tasks can bring about the greatest pleasure or joy.

As there is so much happening around this Full Moon eclipse, use this time to truly reflect on where you are. Are you happy at work? What needs changing? Are you doing what makes you happy? Take steps to get what you want out of your life. Redirect your path. Ask for the promotion. Find new employment. Witness the dynamics at work and then assess your next moves. You are beginning a new cycle where your career and home will be the two areas of your life that will change the most. It is time to lean in and go after what you want.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Keyword: Freedom

This is not a time to compromise what makes you feel alive. You have worked hard to give yourself more freedom. As we enter the next 18 months, we begin a new cycle that asks you to reach farther than you ever have before. This will require you to rewrite the narratives you had once written in your head. The perception of what is possible may be limited by what you are seeing, and not fully enveloped in what you are believing.

Eclipses shed light on what needs to be addressed or changed in our lives. As this eclipse is the start of the Taurus/Scorpio cycle, there will be changes in how you see the world around you. Your 9th House is being impacted here, and for the first time in a long time, you are willing and able to see the obstacles standing in the way of your growth. In so many ways, this is the beginning of a new adventure for you. One where you are asked to take a leap of faith and trust yourself along the way. You could explore new ways to expand your horizons, whether that be travel, education, spirituality or even through experiences. It can feel like a trust fall into the universe. The big picture perspective will be important, as you can reframe fear into motivation.

Pluto is helpful at this lunation, working from your 5th House. You have been dealing with issues around self-confidence. The work you have put into this over the last many years is now put to the test. Do you feel confident enough in yourself to just go for what you want? You can transform the need for perfection into an unfolding perception––as life is a series of pathways and adventure. You may not know how you are getting to your goals at times, but that is ok. The end result is all the same. Pluto brings up inhibitions and shows you the power in reclaiming your faith in yourself.

Of course, nothing is as simple as it sounds. Mars and Uranus clash, creating a volcanic energy around this eclipse. This can bring surprising or jolting information. Something that you may not have seen coming. Mars is powering through your 3rd House, so news or words hold more weight and can be more sharp than normal. You may speak out of character or could have an argument with someone close to you. Luckily, Venus enters to smooth things over, reminding you that speaking your truth and coming from an authentic place is never a bad thing. Sure, delivery is important, but sharing a real part of you is too. Venus leads this Full Moon and adds that levity that is needed, cutting through the tension like a knife. Find peace in the newfound confidence you have. Lean into your creativity and things that bring you joy.

Use this Full Moon to assess the big picture. Where could you use more adventure in your life? You could feel a push and pull to act immediately, give things some time to settle. You will see that you are on the brink of a new journey, one that allows you to take the lead. You can explore new perspectives, educate yourself and seek out more spontaneous experiences. Nothing is perfect, but you can enjoy every moment that is set out before you. No time is wasted when you truly are living.

Keyword: Depth

We are now in the midst of eclipse season, where changes are swift and inevitable. You can think of an eclipse as a cosmic broom and dustpan. It comes to sweep away what is no longer working. This is the start of a new cycle, one that focuses on Taurus/Scorpio and will carry us for the next 18 months. We start this series with a Full Moon, meaning that some things may need to end in order for new ones to begin.

As the Moon reaches fullness, it will shine a light on your 8th House. This is an area of your chart that rarely sees the light of day. Here, the focus is on all you share intimately with others — your resources, your emotional nature, your fears, and your healing. There is a call to get deep and reflect on your path up until this point. The 8th House points to cycles, and in many ways, you will be ending and beginning new cycles over the next year and a half. Your resources will be in question or come to mind — in a material sense and otherwise. You could receive unexpected sums of money, have larger debts to pay or even just start to reframe your financial picture. You are asked to share more deeply with those you trust and open up, especially when you find yourself in a place of fear and uncertainty. The 8th House exposes all that sits below the surface. It’s time to swim in the deeper waters.

Luckily, Pluto is very helpful at this eclipse. It has been sitting in your 4th House, so changes can be likely around the Home or with Family. It reaches out to the Moon in a beautiful trine. You may receive financing on a mortgage or loan, sell or buy a home, redecorate or renovate. Alternatively, there could be something that comes up with a family member. Because of the trine, it does seem positive. This could be a gift from someone, inheritance, or even just a very powerful conversation that can spur a closeness that may have been lost. Even through the whirling energy, there is still peace to be found.

Now, Mars and Uranus are fighting in your financial Houses. There could be money coming in and out. Or it could just be a sore subject, as you are trying to regain a sense of security or stability. Don’t fret. Venus, the leader of this lunation, is very helpful to both planets. Consider Venus to be the mediator. It will point again to your 4th House, where there is solace to be found through your home, family, and emotional foundations. Someone or something is really coming through for you in a big way. Probably more than you have anticipated. Accept the support if it comes.

Use this Full Moon to break bad habits. Shine a light on the shadows in your life and face your fears. Open up about things more intimately with people you trust and allow others to support you more deeply. Reframe your financial picture and focus on ways to alleviate a scarcity mindset. Even as the material resources may ebb and flow, there will be plenty of opportunity for a fresh start. Reclaim your power. This is only the beginning.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Keyword: Unity

The tides change and the focus will shift during your season. The beginning of a new ecliptic cycle has started with this Full Moon. Of course, eclipses are potent energetic portals that bring sweeping changes in our lives. They come and go in waves, and some will feel more powerful than others. The next 18 months will see them fall in your sign and your polarity, Taurus. So, expect to see important shifts in you and your relationships with others.

The first of this series will be in Taurus, lighting up your 7th House. How you relate to others is what comes to mind here. The 7th House rules partnerships — platonic, romantic, business, familial, and otherwise. So you could bring a close relationship to an end or have it taken to the next level. In some ways, the ball is in your court. Alternatively, you may be asked to see more of another person’s point of view. Maybe there have been misunderstandings with someone you care about, and now is really your chance to find peace, resolution, and unity together. Whatever comes of this eclipse, just know that boundaries will change, dynamics may end but new ones will be brought in their place.

Pluto, your modern ruler, aids at this eclipse! It comes in to trine the Moon from your 3rd House. Conversations are very healing now, more than they have been in a long time. It seems you are finding the right words to speak your truth and truly tell others what you feel or have been thinking. A true dialogue is being created in a way that has not existed before. Pluto gives you the power to choose your words wisely and well. You are being heard.

Now, there does seem to be some sort of battle between autonomy and freedom vs how you relate to people in your life. Mars and Uranus are clashing, creating tensions, arguments, and aggravations. Some of this will come about all of a sudden. Almost as if it has been brewing for a while. You could be surprised by someone else’s behavior. But Venus is very positively aspected to both Uranus and Mars, helping to wave a white flag in the middle of their battle. Venus is sitting in the same House as Pluto, gifting you the diplomacy and tact to create a very powerful conversation around anything that arises. Communication is key. If you need an outside opinion, talk with a close friend or a sibling to gain a different perspective.

Use this Full Moon to focus on the others in your life. Figure out the dynamic and how you show up to your relationships — and how the other people show up for you, too. This is all about the two way street. You could have to make decisions or find a conclusion. Create boundaries where necessary and allow for the right relationships to flourish for you. You are on the brink of so much change.

Keyword: Connection

As we shift from one eclipse series to the next, you will start to feel the weight you have been carrying lift a little more. This Full Moon will start the Taurus/Scorpio cycle that we will carry for the next 18 months — whereas the Gemini/Sagittarius series will end on December 4th. Everything you have been working toward over the last year or so will start to reach a finale or resolution. This new series will highlight some of the changes you have already made, but ask you to dive a little deeper.

The Full Moon will be bright in your 6th House, where your health, daily routines and even work will come into play. You are being faced with ways to reschedule your life and create better rituals and regimens. If you have been dealing with health issues, this is not a time to sweep that under the rug. You will have to face the facts and get the answers you need. Some of you could be trying to get healthier or just find the balance between work and life. You will be busier than normal around this eclipse, so care for yourself. If people try to overstep your boundaries, you have the power to let them know. Your workplace will likely be going through changes — try not to internalize them or bite off more than you can chew around it. If you work for yourself, consider how much you can realistically take on right now.

Pluto will be very helpful at this lunation, creating a trine to the Moon. You may receive a raise, promotion, or gain additional responsibilities at work. If you work for yourself, give yourself a raise/review your pricing. Pluto has been transforming your 2nd House — where you have been dealing with your resources differently. So know that there seems to be a reward around the work you are doing or even a place of savings. Pay attention to how you invest your time, energy, or money. If you are presented with an opportunity to move up, just make sure that you are getting paid fairly.

Uranus will fight with Mars at this eclipse, and this can cause you to feel a little bit like you are in overload. There is a push and pull between resting and productivity. But forcing yourself to do work isn’t helpful. Sometimes, you just need to slow down. You might have to face something coming to an end that you had not seen coming, but it will work out for the best. Venus is helpful here, as it leads this Full Moon and intercepts the opposition. You are learning your worth and seeing your value in a new way. Venus says that even if a resource ends, a new one is on its way — it may show up just in time.

Use this Full Moon to focus on your health and body. Take control of the details and mind the little things. Create better boundaries with work and cultivate a work/life balance. Seek a job change or shift in responsibilities if you are not happy with what you are doing. Find new clients if you work for yourself and implement a better way to be of service to your needs first.

We know that change is inevitable. It comes with sweeping gestures that push us in one direction or another. To see the power in change as a potential new beginning shifts our mindset. Eclipses are known to bring swift and chaotic energy that blossoms into a fresh start. Sometimes, this happens within the 18-month cycle, and sometimes it happens during a 4 week period. Either way, we know that things are about to gain momentum, especially as this Full Moon eclipse begins to culminate.

We see the Full Moon shine a light on your 5th House, a place of creativity, conception, expression, love, and children. This is an area of joy and pleasure. So, what makes you happy? You could be reflecting on how to bring more fun into your life and opening yourself up to new adventures. You feel ready now. However, this means repairing the relationship you have with your self image. Why shy away from the spotlight? You deserve space as much as anyone else. To allow yourself to be seen, is to be proud of who you are. Don’t hide for the sake of someone else’s perceptions. If you are looking to conceive an idea, a project, a child, or a relationship, let this Full Moon help you. It takes a level of risk to make it happen, but what do you have to lose? You are becoming more aware of your ability to manifest your desires into reality.

Pluto is working well with the eclipse, having you face personal limitations and fears that have been brought before you in the past few years. There is no evading. Instead, you are called to bring back your power and hold it confidently in your hands. You have truly transformed your view on yourself over the last 5–10 years. It has not been easy, and you are still not fully finished yet. However, you are more aware and able to see the value you hold. Pluto wants you to put yourself first right now. To consider that through the fun and exciting things you want to do, you have to be all in. You can’t waiver. As you seek new experiences, you have to go in with both feet.

Mars and Uranus are fighting at this eclipse, creating chaos. You will feel pulled between what is best for you or best for the group. But in reality, you can’t control their views or perspectives — only your own. You will have surprises arise with a friend or an acquaintance. There could be an argument with someone, a budding romance or a need to find a new group of people to spend time with. It seems that you are ready to expand your network. You have to find the support you need, especially with people who see you for who you are. Venus is very helpful during this clash of the titans. It leads this Full Moon and eases the tensions. Venus is traveling through your sign, so the outcome will be positive for you. Venus wants you to really focus on your self-worth and embrace the new values that you create over the coming months. You aren’t for everyone, but the right people will see you for the star you are.

Use this Full Moon to play, create and get in touch with your inner child. Repair the relationship with your self-image and feel more confident in how you express yourself. Open your heart up and show people what you are made of. Take new risks and really put yourself out there. This is a time to be seen and take up room like you never have before. You are worthy of this.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

Keyword: Foundations

We are now submerged into eclipse season, and with this comes a full wave of activity. However, for you, things are a bit different. You are craving quiet, stability, and emotional peace. Eclipses can bring swift change, and for you this may come on the Homefront. Given the power of an eclipse, it may not be comfortable but it will be for the best. This is the start of a new ecliptic cycle, and one that we will experience for 18 months or so. Family, home, sanctuary, space ,and your emotional past will come into play during this new series.

Your 4th House is being lit up at this eclipse, where you see changes in your family and home. There can be dynamics that alter. You could be confronted to deal with your past and find peace with your memories — even if they were hard. The 4th House is about emotional foundations, and it is from here that everything is built. Stabilizing this part of your life allows for the security you seek. Some of you may bring in new members of the family, change your living space or even update your decor. You are being asked to take control of this private part of your life. Home is where the heart is, and you have to ensure that your heart is safe and protected.

Pluto is very helpful at this eclipse, so it seems that if something comes to an end, it is brought with peace. There is a serenity around doors that close. Almost as if the ending needed to happen to bring the change you were seeking. You could be called to spend more time with yourself and find peace in the solitude. Pluto has been teaching you to trust yourself and your intuition more. Follow your feelings and watch things unfold for you. This would be an excellent time to really tune into the power you have in your own magick, faith, or beliefs.

Venus leads this lunation, which can be very helpful — especially as it intercepts the opposition of Mars and Uranus. Mars and Uranus are both creating tension — where you may be compromising your peace based on external factors. You will be pulled between your life’s direction and your home. Are you working toward the career or things you want? Are you happy with what you are doing? It seems that you could be overloaded with work or feeling more busy than normal. But don’t allow this to take up space in your private life. You have to create separation. Venus tells you to focus on care in the quiet. Tend to what needs to be addressed and find time for respite, especially as it travels to your 12th House. You may have to end something financial, but Uranus says something new is about to open up for you. It could come out of the blue or be a surprise.

Use this Full Moon to bring it all back home. Spend time with your family. Redecorate or reorganize your home. Prepare yourself for a move or a change in the home/family front. Focus on your emotional well-being and tend to places where you feel more vulnerable. Create stability in the quiet and make time for personal reflection. You redefine your peace and carve out space for you to process how you feel. Your foundations are changing.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Keyword: Flexibility

You may be weary to use your voice, but sometimes speaking up can be the greatest tool we have to reclaim our power, peace, and freedom. You will be changing how you use this tool over the next 18 months, especially as we begin a new eclipse series with this Full Moon in Taurus. The stories you have been told change, especially as you are the one who will write the next chapter. Your flexibility will be tested, and this will be a testament to your growth.

The eclipse comes to shine brilliantly on your 3rd House. You will feel as if your phone is ringing off the hook. It seems that a lot of people are contacting you and trying to get ahold of you. The 3rd House rules communication, so dialogue is going to be very important now. Watch what you say and how you say it, listen to what others are saying as well. You could be signing a contract or need to make something more official. Whatever it is, you are busier than you have been in a while–– and it seems that it is coming from all sides. This is also a space of learning, adapting, and integrating. It is in this House that we find power through words, but also through what we learn in daily life. Perhaps you are being asked to be more proactive and take more control of your daily affairs. Scheduling and organizing will be helpful.

Pluto is really a powerhouse at this eclipse, helping to amplify your voice to a crowd. You are in a highly visible position, which is not always natural for you. Pluto is bringing a wave of support around you, and people are rallying to your aid — but this is only possible if you speak up. Pluto has been teaching you which friends to trust. So if you are feeling overwhelmed, reach out to someone. Pluto has also been helping you reshape your future, and part of this comes from what is happening in the current moment. Your perception of tomorrow is changing as every second passes. This is that flexibility I was speaking of. It can be hard to know what the future holds, but knowing that you aren’t alone will ease any of your fears.

Mars and Uranus create tensions — and this can lead to questioning your beliefs or the faith you have in yourself. You could receive shocking or surprising news. Alternatively, you could be battling intuition vs anxiety and feeling torn in two doing what feels right vs what you think is right. Mars is giving you an itch to grow and seek adventure, but you have to free yourself from the worries that you hold. Uranus is asking for you to take a leap of faith and just know that even if you can’t see the ground, you will be ok. Venus, the leader of this Full Moon, creates a soft spot for you to land. You are supported. There is literally a network of people around you that will catch you when you fall. Don’t be afraid to lean on them. Speak up about what is plaguing you. You are not a burden. No one can guess what you are thinking if you don’t say something.

Use this Full Moon to work on your dialogue. Use your voice as a tool for change and growth. Speak up and talk about what is happening below the surface. Establish strong relationships with those you trust and take a leap of faith on the things you believe in. Discern anxiety vs intuition and find peace in knowing you are still working toward what you want — even if it feels unclear. Perfection is unfolding. Right now, you have to address today to get to tomorrow.

Scorpio New Moon Miniscopes

Scorpio new
Moon Miniscopes

True Transformation.

The New Moon in Scorpio falls at 12º on November 4th at 5:14 PM EST. The Moon turns dark during this phase and is invisible to the naked eye, but yet it is still felt in its influence and power. New Moons signal a time of renewal, rebirth, and a fresh start. But when in Scorpio, the start comes from the decay of what has fallen before it. There is a component of release, loss, or letting go. Some things need to die in order for us to be reborn again. A reminder that death is a door — not an ending, but always a beginning.

We walk through the valley of the shadows and feel pulled by the Moon and Sun in their embrace. Together, they show us the way with little light — a call to trust our inner knowing. We descend the depths of our own humanity to uncover the pieces of ourselves that have long been hidden. Secrets come out and information rises to the surface.

The barriers that once felt impenetrable are cracked and broken like sheets of ice to show the rushing rivers that lie beneath. New Moons in Scorpio can feel chaotic but empowering. It is in the uncertainty, or loss of control, that we regain who we are and what we want in life. The fire is relit and it lights the way in the darkness.

This New Moon comes with an opposition to Uranus, where we are jolted out of our places of comfort and forced to reckon with our own intimacy, self-worth, and self-confidence. Uranus seeks to free us from the stronghold of the Fixed power of Taurus, the sign in which it resides. We are asked to take a leap of faith into the unknown, and to navigate through the murky waters of Scorpio to find the truth that remains to be seen. Uranus will surprise us, bringing awareness to what we didn’t know, and shake things up in our material world.

We may be reaching for any sort of stability, but we are not on solid ground. The Sun and Moon require a descent. We have to dig our roots down deeper before we can reach equilibrium. Cycles are meant to be broken and bad habits are meant to come to a close at this New Moon. In order to truly give yourself a fresh start, you have to first be willing to unchain yourself from the confines of your own comforts.

Mercury will sextile Venus, both on their way to leaving the signs they’ve been transiting, marking an end to a phase. Mercury has been in Libra since late August, and soon it will travel through the depths in Scorpio. Venus in Sagittarius has given us the energy to explore, but as it moves into Capricorn, we are told to build from our experiences and use our wisdom practically. With these energies in harmony, we will have the even footing we seek, but don’t expect it to come in how you want it to. What we want and what we need are different things. Mercury ending its time in Libra will bring resolve from the past Libra Season where it went retrograde. If you have had something pending for a month or so, it will now begin to move forward.

Mars leads this New Moon and starts applying its square to Saturn. Mars in Scorpio is at home, a happy place, where the motivation to push through the dark is given. Saturn’s square will try to confine or limit the depth to which Mars can go, but Scorpio is pure magick in how it is able to maneuver itself. It can find workarounds, and through self-determination and will, can persevere in the end. Don’t allow temporary blockages to hold you back for too long. There are creative solutions that need to be explored. Maybe you aren’t fully aware of it yet, but it will come when you least expect it.

Allow this New Moon to transform you and help you walk toward something you desire. As the Taurus-Scorpio axis will be the signs we experience the next lunar eclipses in after Gemini-Sagittarius, this lunation will be the last Scorpio Moon not influenced by ecliptic energy. So, our beginnings now will set the tone for what is to come soon. It is time to let go.

As we let whatever it is die, it restores the balance of life and death. What we leave behind will decay into the earth and nourish it once again. It will give love to our roots, and once Spring calls to us, we will see that our petals will bloom brighter than ever.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 8º to 16º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Fixed placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Keyword: Cycles

This is your shadow season, where the Sun highlights a darker part of your chart, asking you to explore your hidden depths and realms. This energy is reinforced as we enter the New Moon, with the Sun and Moon aligning in your 8th House. This is a call to start a new cycle and end old ones. The 8th House brings clarity to shared resources, intimacy, healing, and past habits. In this space we embrace our shadows and learn to transmute pain into pleasure. Because it is a House of debts, you may find that this is a time to repay tem. This can be monetarily, karmically, or emotionally.

This New Moon is the last before Eclipse Season starts and opens doors to the new Eclipse series coming on November 19th. You may find the energy around this lunation jolting, surprising, or even tricky in some ways. Uranus is in direct opposition to the Sun and Moon, causing havoc. Uranus has been in your 2nd House of earned income, bringing unexpected changes to your resources and valuation. You may have money matters come up around this New Moon that seem to be out of your control. It is hard to tell whether this is money coming in or out— because Uranus is so unpredictable. The best course of action is to prepare for anything. Uranus is seeking liberation — so you may be asked to let go of something/someone you have held onto for a long time. In some cases, there will be a call for rebirth in the process of letting go. Part of release is grieving, so allow yourself the space to actually go through the motions.

On the brighter side, Mercury and Venus will be in a positive angle at this New Moon. They are working together from your 7th and 9th Houses. A partner or a close relationship is coming to your aid, and you are able to really rely on this person— and have expansive and important conversations. This is very healing for you, as you recognize the growth you have had and the ways you can continue to grow. If you are feeling isolated, reach out to someone you trust dearly— you will see an immediate shift in your focus and feeling.

Mars does lead this New Moon, and this is your ruler. So you will feel the impacts of this New Moon more than most. Mars will be heading toward a square to Saturn. Be careful of walling yourself away or hiding in the face of needing help. Mars is now in your 8th House, along with the Sun and Moon. It is asking for active healing, the phoenix moments of resilience and strength in the face of whatever comes your way. You know that no obstacle can stand in your way.

Use this New Moon to start a new cycle for yourself and embrace your shadows. Commune with your inner world and transmute grief into strength. Find new ways of investing or saving financially, but also investing in yourself. Work on getting more intimate with your needs and finding the power that lies within you that may have been hidden. You are the phoenix rising.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Keyword: Relationships

Oh Taurus this is just the beginning for you in some ways — as this Season highlights the others in your life. We are at the halfway point to your new year, and we are given a New Moon to reflect on who you have formed alliances with. This lunation falls in your 7th House of relationships, and it is very likely that a relationship of some kind (business, platonic, romantic, familial) will be on your mind. You may have to enact boundaries in a new way— or even start a new partnership of some kind completely! You could be reckoning with your own identity in the midst of how you interact with others and holding your ground where necessary. There may even be outside events that impact the people around you. However, with Uranus in opposition to this New Moon, it seems that you are the catalyst for a lot of change.

Uranus is the planet of surprise and liberation. It has been touring your sign since 2019, teaching you to take risks and truly let go of the chains that bind you. It has given you the opportunity to start fresh in ways you never imagined. At this New Moon, Uranus creates a strong opposition to the Sun and Moon, and it seems that you are likely going to surprise people. They may not see it coming. You could actually choose to stand up for yourself in some way or speak up, and someone in your life may not believe it. You could cut someone out or even choose to go your own way completely. Whatever it is, you are truly causing a stir. Uranus is unpredictable, so it is hard to say how you will be received, but that doesn’t matter. At the end of the day, Uranus teaches us to do what we know is best for us— to take a chance. You could be a bit more bold and really leap into the unknown for the spirit of adventure or opt to take up space in a way that you never have before. If someone is causing drama because of your boundaries, then it is time that they hear it right from you.

Mercury and Venus, your ruler, work well together at this lunation. They are ending their time in Libra and Sagittarius bringing something to a close. This is perfect, as Mercury has had an extended stay in your 6th House. So any health or work-related matters will finally have resolution. You could be asked to step up or take on a new role. In addition, you could even receive a bonus or commission that you had not expected as a result of the work you have done. Health wise, if you need a surgery or procedure of any kind, it should go well— especially with Mars in Scorpio helping with regenerative powers.

Speaking of Mars, it will lead this New Moon. It has recently moved into Scorpio and will be sitting in your 7th House along with the Sun and Moon. It will be adding a dynamic edge and a fighting spirit to this area of your life. You could see that relationships get more heated, but also that they are more inspiring in some ways. Mars in Scorpio is a quiet warrior. People may underestimate your power, but that is a mistake on their part. They certainly forget the phrase, “don’t kick the bull.”

Use this New Moon to start something new with other people in your life. Enact boundaries and keep them. Stand up for yourself. Form new relationships and alliances. Seek counsel and cut out people who have been disrespecting your energy. Strengthen the partnerships that truly matter. Some of you may even decide to take your romantic relationship to the next level. Whatever you do, know that you will likely surprise those around you.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Keyword: Body

Out of the Air and into the Water, this Season puts a focus on your health and work. As the Moon becomes dark, it will help you begin a new cycle in your routines, regimens and how you care for yourself and your body. If you have been meaning to finally get to the doctor or start some sort of new health regimen, this is your chance. The details of your life are important more than usual right now—so it is critical that you pay attention. Your 6th House is where this New Moon will fall, and so new work opportunities could come up for you. If you work for yourself or want to change jobs, this New Moon could be a time for you to do so. If not, know that changes are coming in this area of your life over the next 18 months once the first Eclipse hits your 6th/12th House axis on November 19th. Your body’s needs are also a part of this, so start listening.

Uranus will come at an opposition to this New Moon, which will bring unexpected events or information to the forefront. It has been in your 12th House, and now things that were once hidden are fully exposed. How very Scorpio Season of this aspect. It seems that maybe you were not seeing what was right in front of you, but whatever happens— Uranus will act like a wake up call. You could be jolted into realizing a habit that must come to an end. This could be health-related, but also emotional and spiritual. This could be a fulfillment of some sort of phase in your life, and you are just now seeing how impactful that phase really was. Try to not isolate yourself too, especially with the Sun and Moon in your 6th House. You are going to have to tend to yourself a bit more than normal. Start carving out time for your self-care. Rest is imperative.

Mercury, your ruler, and Venus will work well together at this New Moon, helping to ease any tensions that may arise. Mercury is finally about to finish its time in your 5th House, where you were rediscovering what makes you happy. Take what you have learned and bring that into your life in a significant way and then share it with others. Venus in your 7th House talks about how your joy strengthens your relationships. Finding pleasure in what you love helps you make your interactions more pleasurable in general. As Mercury and Venus end their transits and move into new signs the next day, this truly marks an ending of sorts for you.

Mars rules this New Moon, and it is now sitting in your 6th House with the Sun and Moon. It will make your daily life rather busy, and you will find yourself filling up your calendar much more than normal. Mars is giving you the energy you need to act on all the tasks that are set out before you, but be careful of overloading yourself. It is working toward a square to Saturn, and you may have to slow down and really figure out what is important — maybe even cutting out anything superfluous.

Use this New Moon to find new routines and regimens that work for you. Create daily practices that you can keep while maintaining your love of variety. Try new workouts and adhere to a better or healthier diet. You may be asked to let go of a bad habit or improve something in your life. Watch how much you are taking on and make time for rest and self-care. Take care of your body, your needs, and know it is ok to nourish yourself, too.

Cancer & Cancer Rising

Keyword: Authenticity

Where do you feel most happy? Scorpio Season is watery, deep and has strong undercurrents — something you are not afraid of. You jive well with this energy, and it brings focus to in life that truly makes you happy. The New Moon on November 4th is no exception to this, as it lights up your 5th House of happiness, joy, conception, creativity, and fun. You may be asked to step up and into the spotlight a bit— to show the ways in which you shine and to truly dig deep to find how you are fulfilled in life. This New Moon for you is much easier than it is for others, as the 5th House is a warm and radiant area of it to fall in. If you were considering conceiving anything (children, creative projects, art, a romance), then this could be a great start for you. You could alternatively even engage your own inner-child and reignite lost passions in your life. If you are looking to meet someone romantically, take time to socialize. If not, then fall in love with yourself a little more, damnit!

Uranus comes at a harsh opposition to this New Moon, so it isn’t without its surprises- to say the least. Uranus is in your 11th House. Friends, community and even your own future goals seem to be a constant source of unpredictability for you (for better or for worse). At this lunation, a friend may shock you or something may come out in the open. Someone in a community that you belong to could act out of character or even question your authenticity. Alternatively, you may be feeling stuck in impostor syndrome, where you feel that you aren’t ready to step out into that spotlight or showcase yourself a bit more. However, when you decide to take some risks, you can surprise yourself, and perhaps others. You are private, so many people don’t always know what you have brewing below the surface. Maybe your future goals are panning out differently than you had hoped, but you are asked to be flexible now.

Luckily, Mercury and Venus talk well with one another at this New Moon. Mercury is finally getting ready to move out of Libra, but it’s sextile to Venus will be a pleasant send off. You will finally have resolve (and maybe a happy ending) to a home or family related matter. Venus in your 6th House has helped you make space for changes at work, and with your health— and soon it will extend thi (for a while) into your 7th House of partnerships. This sextile will mark the end of something in a good way for you. If there were any finishing touches you wanted to make around your house or any important familial conversations you wanted to have, then now is the time. If you have been searching for a home or apartment, you could be in luck! In addition, if you are doing any sort of ancestral work, then you could make some wonderful discoveries or connections!

Mars leads this lunation, and it has recently found itself in your 5th House. Expect to be a bit more social than normal and be in high demand for the next 6 weeks. Mars could make you feel more passionate, excited and ready to take charge, which will work well. You could be creatively on fire. But be careful that you don’t burn too hot, too quickly. It is working up to a square to Saturn, so there may be some bumps in the road as you go. Just don’t let any obstacles diminish your fire. Keep the heat and find ways to bring small forms of happiness in your life!

Use this New Moon to let loose and have a bit of fun! Work on finding your strengths and using them to your advantage. Follow your heart and your creativity — let it all flow. Get in touch with your inner child and open yourself up to new experiences. Most importantly, take time to really stand out and shine radiantly! You deserve to be happy as much as anyone else does. It doesn’t make you selfish. It just makes you human. Have pride in who you are.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

Keyword: Lineage

Scorpio Season always highlights family and home for you, especially as the weather cools, and we collectively begin to hibernate in the Northern Hemisphere. This is also the Season of our ancestors, so it is perfect for your 4th House activation. Even if you didn’t have time to celebrate Samhain, you can still do so while the veil is thin and this New Moon sits in your 4th House. The lunation will start a new cycle for your surrounding your home, family, emotional foundations and your comforts. You may be seeking to buy, sell, rent, or move. If so, let this New Moon be a time where you start the process. It will be a bigger focus for you as we step into the next 18 months, and the eclipses begin to fall in this area of your chart (and your 10th House of career). Alternatively, you could redecorate your home, buy new furniture or connect with family. As you will see in a minute, family may be a place of reckoning for you. It seems that you are reflecting on the past a bit more and preparing yourself for the next phase in your life. This is a crucial part of moving on.

Uranus will oppose this New Moon and create some chaos. It has been in your 10th House of career since 2019, and there have been lots of changes to your work life since then. This New Moon will be no exception. The opposition will be jolting, surprising, and bring unforeseen circumstances. You may decide to up and leave your job and move— or you may have a restructuring happening at work. Whatever it is, it is unpredictable, and it will impact what you do with your home life. They feel very related right now. Try not to control outcomes, but be flexible. Uranus serves to liberate us from what keeps us confined. So, you may finally be ready to take the leap into a new job or life direction entirely. Some of you may be starting new families or even have to take care of family members, and that could impact your work as well. This has been brewing for some time, and it all now comes to a head.

On a positive note, Mercury and Venus work well together to ensure a resolution is afoot. Both will be in the last stages of the signs they occupy, and for Mercury this is especially important. Mercury has had an extended stay in your 3rd House of communication, local community, siblings and activity. All communication mishaps will ease up now and anything that had been pending information-wise will now be tied up. You will leave no stone unturned. This is good, as you will have more clarity on what you want and where you want to go. Something you feel you have been lacking the last month or so. Venus will move into your 6th House the day after this lunation (and be there for a while), so it would be a great time to seek job changes and put out applications.

Mars leads this New Moon, and it will be hanging out in your 4th House along with the Sun and Moon. It will be bringing up a flurry of activity on the Homefront…and maybe some altercations. Mars in the 4th House is a wonderful time for renovations or getting together with the ones you love. If you are starting your moving journey, Mars will ensure that things move quickly for you. But don’t be upset if there are delays, especially as Mars makes its way to squaring Saturn. Perseverance is key.

Use this New Moon to focus on your home and family life. Redecorate, renovate or move. Try resolving past issues with family that may be residual or seek to create better boundaries with them. Take time away to rest and reflect on this lunation. Lean into your nostalgia a bit and make peace with the past. Open yourself up to ancestral guidance, learn more about your lineage and connect with those you love — living or deceased. Know that you create the security and safety you seek.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Keyword: Voice

Virgo, you aren’t one to always speak up— but Scorpio Season helps you change that a bit. It brings a focus to your 3rd House of communication — and the New Moon on November 4th falls in this same area of your chart. This is a chance for you to really come up with some new and exciting ideas! Your mind could be rapid, quick, and full. The New Moon will have you looking to converse with others, and your phone may be blowing up with people contacting you. You are reminded to lean into the power of your voice and to listen as much as you share. Dialogue will be important, and the conversations you have can be impactful. You may go on a short trip, connect with friends/siblings or decide to take up a new hobby or skill. You could even do something in regard to writing.

Uranus will oppose this New Moon wrecking some havoc. It will cause tensions and perhaps some internalized anxiety. You could be faced with integrating the things you’ve learned and expressing your experiential wisdom — and yet this may cause you to be a victim of impostor syndrome. Alternatively, you could get some surprising or shocking news that asks you to take on a new experience or role. You could overhear something that really makes you think differently in general — a call to flip your perspective. Uranus is a wildcard, so it is hard to say how this will pan out. Just expect the unexpected right now. If you are in school, this could be education-related. If you are traveling, there could be unforeseen things that come up with the accommodations or trip.

Mercury, your ruler, and Venus will sextile at this New Moon. This creates a reprieve. Mercury will finally get ready to move out of your 2nd House and resolution around self-worth, income, material possessions, and anything financial— will be had. If something has been pending on the money or home front, that will be fixed now, especially when both Mercury and Venus move into new signs the day after this New Moon. The shocking news you get may even have a relation to this positive outcome. Venus finishing up a transit in your 4th House will bring happier moments to your home life.

Mars will lead this lunation from your 3rd House. This will make your daily life VERY busy. You could be hearing from everyone! It seems that you may be on the road a bit more or asked to be flexible with your schedule. Mars will have you making a lot of commitments but also speaking your truth. You are much more vocal than you have been in a while. Just watch what you say in some regard because Saturn will square Mars soon from your 6th House, so someone (likely at work) will be listening to what you have to say. You don’t want to be caught up in anything petty.

Use this New Moon to really lean in to using your voice. Listen to what others have to say, but also share what you need or think. Start a new project or reach out to those around you. Connect with friends and siblings. Write down all of your ideas and seek adventure close to home. Be flexible, use what you know and adapt to the situations that are around you. Your voice holds more power than you realize!

Libra & Libra Rising

Keyword: Resources

Your Season may have ended up pieces of it are still being resolved, especially as Mercury finishes its time in your sign. Scorpio Season changes your attention and puts it on your worth, your wealth, and your personal abundance. The New Moon on November 4th highlights this as it sits in your 2nd House of earned income and valuation. You could be making a big purchase or simply going for a promotion. Whatever it is, money will be on the mind. You seem to have a change to your resources. This New Moon can bring in new assets, new income — but also a new sense of personal perspective on your own worth. Maybe you haven’t been giving yourself enough credit. With this lunation, it is time to find what you stand for, what you find value in, and how to leverage your talents. You are more than what you have. You create your own tangible reality.

Uranus will be in opposition to this New Moon, so changes are afoot — and likely changes that are out of your control. It seems that unexpected events lead to unexpected outcomes. This will be falling in your 8th House of debts, shared assets and shared resources. You migh have to take a bit of a free fall or a plunge with a partner financially, seek additional forms of money, or even comfortable with receiving a gift. In addition, you could find that any hidden fear surfaces and rears their head like an ugly snake that needs to be tamed. The opposition could bring up an expense you had not anticipated, but could also usher in additional financial help. It is hard to tell with Uranus. Whatever it is, things will move fast, and it will keep you on your toes.

On the bright side, Venus and Mercury will sextile at this New Moon. They are sitting at the ending degrees of the signs they occupy, ready to move into the next — carrying resolution. Mercury has been in your sign for two months, and after much frustration or obstacle, you can finally move forward. You had a lot of personal reckoning to do, and now you have the tools you need to walk a new path. With Mercury moving into your 2nd House, new contracts around money or assets will come up. Read everything carefully and ask for your worth. Venus having been in your 3rd House will soon move into your 4th, adding ease, enjoyment and happiness around family or home-related matters. Venus is your ruler, so its movements are important to you. You could redecorate, make some changes around the house or even mend broken fences with family members. Of course, Venus in the 4th could also point to the buying/selling of a property — hence the changes to your personal resources.

Mars will lead this lunation, now also from your 2nd House. It will make you motivated to have what you want and earn more than what you have been. It seems that the scarcity mindset you had operated in is no more, and now you want to see yourself succeed. Mars will be working toward a square to Saturn, so know that you may be met with obstacles — but don’t let that deter you. Your personal creativity and joy will help you persevere. Overcoming isa choice, and hopefully one you opt for.

Use this New Moon to open doors to new resources and focus on what you have and what you can gain. You may have to let go to receive. Seek alternative sources of income or money. Look to new pathways of earning. Confront your feeling of being unworthy. Hold yourself in high regard and own your value. Your talents bring you everything you want. You own, create and hold all of the potential in your own hands.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Keyword: Growth

It is your Season, so bask in the energy that you have and hold. You are being asked to get out of your seat and step onto center stage — to be witnessed, celebrated and honored. This is special, especially as the New Moon on November 4th brings the start of a new cycle for you personally. It falls in your 1st House of self. You are on the brink of transforming your own identity, in a way. You are growing, shedding, and becoming. Over the next 18 months, you will be working with eclipses in your sign and your polarity of Taurus. This will usher in strong winds of change. Use this New Moon as a starting point for your self re-emergence. You are owning your being, wholly, and allowing yourself to take up space in a whole new way.

Of course this personal growth can be hard for some. Uranus will oppose the New Moon from your 7th House. Partnerships, close relationships and other people in your life may surprise you. They may not understand the boundaries you set or the transformations you are undergoing. It can be hard for them to see you in this new light, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Instead, Uranus helps you free yourself from their limitations. They do not define who you are, only you do. You could have unexpected changes to important relationships and this will lead to major evolution for you. Some people may see their way out of your life — especially around the eclipse on 11/19. Let them leave, because this makes room for forming new relationships. With Uranus in opposition, it is best to not control or question. Let the chips fall where they may.

Mercury and Venus sextile at this lunation, easing some tensions. Mercury will be in the process of finishing its transit in your 12th House. The things that have remained hidden or felt that they weren’t ready will start to come out in the open. Venus having been in your 2nd House will help you find value in your efforts and work. A regaining of confidence. As both Mercury and Venus move signs the next day, you will see the shifts occur from quiet completion to full blown clarity and acceptance. You start to share what has been going on behind the scenes and everything starts to go into technicolor. Mercury’s ingress in particular will be very welcomed for you. You will be heard for all that you say.

Mars has just moved into your sign, its domicile. Where it will be revving its engines to give you personal momentum! Your drive is high and you move with intentional action. You feel an insurmountable power. Yet, Mars will be working toward a square to Saturn that will still bring limitations in some capacity. Perhaps there is something with family that comes up. Don’t let it be a hindrance. Instead, meet the obstacle with your impenetrable determination. Tear down all of the walls and barriers that stand before you and transmute them into an open road.

Use this New Moon to call back your power. Stand in your body and fully own who you are. Run for what you want and start a new cycle in your being. Seek wholeness in your identity and share yourself unapologetically. Give yourself space for freedom and open the doors to change. Don’t resist what unfolds, instead leap into it. Embrace the present. Own your shadow – and your light.

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

Keyword: Contemplation

And so, some things come to an end. A final stage of completion — and yet this is all part of the process. Scorpio Season, and this New Moon, will have you focused on your 12th House. It seems that you are working behind the scenes right now. You have entered a period of reflection, spiritual connection, and quiet contemplation. The 12th House in astrology holds a lot of mystery, but the feeling here is one of letting go, closing doors and tying up loose ends. You may be called to rest and find respite after a busy year. Your new year isn’t far away– and there will be one more eclipse in your sign that starts an entirely new phase for you. But for now, you need to continue working on what hasn’t been done. A karmic ending. It is ok to give yourself space. You are traveling the liminal– in search of what fuels your soul and moves your spirit. Whatever you decide to close the door on will be important.

Now this is interesting as Uranus opposes the New Moon from your 6th House. The ending could feel abrupt, or out of your control even. The writing has been on the wall, and yet you may have resisted it. Uranus brings changes, surprises, and unforeseen events in your health, work, and every day routines. Perhaps you leave a job, find resolution with a health matter, or finally deal with something that you left on the back burner. Nothing is hidden now. Uranus asks you to give yourself more freedom and unchain yourself from the conventions of society in some way. Have you been giving more of yourself than you have been receiving? Are you burning the candle at both ends? You need to reconcile the energy you have and how much is flowing out of you. Fire is meant to fuel you, not be given away.

Mercury and Venus will be working together at this lunation. Mercury is finishing time in your 11th House of community where it will then move into your 12th House the next day. This brings a dream or future goal, or even a friendship to some sort of culmination. You need time to really think about where you are and what you need. Venus has been sweetly sitting in your sign allowing your efforts to be noticed. Once it moves into Capricorn the next day, it will highlight your 2nd House, helping you attract new resources and opportunities for money. It will help you use the confidence you have gained and channel that into self-worth. Venus will have an extended stay in your 2nd House. So, all things financial, valuable, and of worth will be on the table for discussion over the next few months.

Mars leads this New Moon from your 12th House. This makes you the silent warrior. It tells you that even as you want to push ahead, you have to make time for respite. You can’t keep going at the pace you have been. As Mars descends into your 12th House, you are called to shake up the shadow. Bridges may be burned, but you will never want to cross over them again anyhow. The only way out is through.

Use this New Moon to slow down and focus on completion. Take time for rest, reflection, and respite. Turn your attention to what needs to be addressed and seek resolution. Close doors on what no longer holds value in your life– let go of limitations. Ease into the spiritual space and commune with your spirit. Give yourself forgiveness, grace, and peace. You deserve it now.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

Keyword: Ideals

When was the last time you asked for help or sought out some support? You are usually someone who likes to do it all on your own, but you are realizing the value in community more and more. The New Moon and Scorpio Season bring awareness to your 11th House of networks, friendships, hopes, and dreams. This will be the beginning of a new cycle of people you usher into your life. It seems that there are friends that want to help you out or provide something to really get you to the next level in your life. However, not all friends are as you think they are. And that can be hard to deal with from time to time. Not all collaboratives or communities support one another in the same way. So, you are tasked with finding the ones that feel right to you– and have a mutually beneficial outcome for all. Of course, this New Moon can also signal a new start in your own hopes and dreams. The future is ever-changing, and your outlook on it has evolved. Where you thought you would be is not where you are…but in some ways, it is better.

Now, part of the beginning starts with a release. Uranus will oppose this New Moon and has been sitting in your 5th House. You could feel a push and pull between what you want to create and how that is perceived. Is impostor syndrome part of this? Are we withholding some sort of authentic piece of ourselves in order to appease the group or to keep things quiet? Uranus brings this all out in the open. It helps you free yourself from the expectations of others and maybe the preconceived notion that help is weak. No, help is strength. It builds the pillars to put the roof over your head. You could be surprised by a friend’s actions or behaviors around this New Moon or in turn, you could surprise someone else. Uranus at play makes it hard to distinguish because it is such a whirlwind planet. I would say it is time to shed outdated beliefs or ideologies that have held you back a bit and open yourself up to new experiences.

Mercury and Venus work well with one another on this New Moon. Mercury has been in your 10th House of career and life direction for 2 months– and anything that has been held up in this area will start to move forward. A resolution is likely, especially since Venus will be finishing its time in your 12th House of endings. You may finally feel as though you can cut a cord and move on. Venus’ entrance into your 1st House will be lovely, but it will have an extended stay here. So, questions around self-worth and self-love will be present.

Mars leads this lunation from your 11th House. Some dreams are worth fighting for right? So which are those and which need to be laid to rest for now? Mars in the 11th says that you hold the keys to your future in your hands. The actions you take inspire what will come, so even if it feels like baby steps now, everything is about to change.

Use this New Moon to reflect on people you have in your life. Seek support with people you trust. See what communities nurture you and keep those relationships alive. Ask for help– don’t feel like you need to do everything on your own. Reevaluate your hopes and dreams. Find new paths to the future you see for yourself. Know that you are just beginning to find a new place in this world.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

Keyword: Direction

You are on the forefront of much needed changes to your career and life direction. Scorpio Season highlights the pinnacles of your life, and this New Moon helps you start a new cycle. Your 10th House is lit up, and you are thinking about where you want to go and what your goals are. You could be seeking out new job opportunities, looking for a promotion — maybe even a career change. Whatever it is, you know that you are ready to “level up,” in a sense. You are being asked to reflect on the accumulated wisdom you have gained in your life. What has it given you? What parts of it can you dissect and use to your advantage? If you want to change careers or jobs, look at your transferable skills. Submit applications, put yourself out there, finish work that has been pending, and let the public see you for who you are. You may see that over the next 18 months, you will have major changes in your profession — especially as the eclipses fall on your 4th/10th Houses. This is just the starting point of what is to come.

Uranus, your modern ruler, causes some unpredictable circumstances around this New Moon. Uranus likes to throw wrenches into things, but it also helps us see where we could use more freedom. Uranus has been sitting in your 4th House since 2019, so you may have been making changes around the house or with your family dynamic. At this lunation, more changes are afoot. You could have surprising information come up about a family member or home-related matter. This may impact your decisions around your work life. Watch and wait, because the eclipse on the 19th of November will reveal more. So, whatever shows up, try not to get caught up in the nebulous or chaotic energy. Instead, see it as an opportunity to engage in the Fool’s journey of leaping into something new.

Mercury and Venus work well together at this New Moon, so this can ease some of the unexpected or jolting energy. Mercury has been in your 9th House helping you gain perspective and grow in new ways. It will move into your 10th House and give you space to plan out what you want your goals, and life, to look like. It will bring a resolution of some sort, especially if things have felt suspended in mid air for the last 2 months. Venus will shift from your 11th House and move into your 12th House the day after this New Moon. Reflection on your value is imperative. Are you really making space for your worthiness? Shadow work around finances and self-love seem to be on the horizon.

Mars will be in your 10th House making you more motivated than ever toward career goals. You reignite a spark — getting yourself on the right track in some ways. You see what actions need to be taken, and you are feeling ready to go for it. Saturn will square Mars in a few days, and you could be the only thing limiting yourself from truly going for it. So, be aware of your own personal struggles and don’t let that become a burden or obstacle. Mars in Scorpio needs you to see things through to the end.

Use this New Moon to start a new journey in your life direction or career. Go for a promotion, a new job or even a career change. Put yourself up on a pedestal more and see your worth and value as it is in the light of day. Work on your long term goals and start making moves to bring them to fruition. You have a lot of power in your hands right now. How are you going to use it?

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Keyword: Expansion

You are on the path of growth and expansion. Scorpio Season and this New Moon put an emphasis on your 9th House, and the only way for you to go– is up. You come out of the shadow of the 8th House, and you take the lessons you have learned to fuel you in your ascent into new experiences. You are changing your view on your life, the world around you, and what you believe. Perhaps the time in Libra Season really worked to heal old wounds that you have been dealing with for a long time. It takes a lot of courage to come out of the dark and into a place of feeling more personally enlightened. You are seeing the value in change, risk, freedom, and living in your own authentic truth. You have reconciled and now share your wisdom. Consider this a new adventure for you in a big way, especially as the eclipses will highlight this area of your life in the next 18 months. You are not who you used to be, and this is something to celebrate. You are in a state of evolution.

Of course this comes as a surprise to some, because you are communicating differently too. The people around you in your local community are surprised by your changes. Some may not jive with them, but that is ok. Uranus is opposing the New Moon from your 3rd House. Watch your words and listen to what people are saying. New or jolting information can arise as a result of this opposition. Try not to act immediately. Instead, let it all unfold. There is more that has yet to surface, and it will fully be revealed around the eclipse on November 19th. Don’t let worry, anxiety, or fear hold you back from the incredible strides you have made in your personal growth.

Mercury and Venus will be in a positive reception at this lunation. Mercury will be finishing time up in your 8th House, truly putting an old habit or problem to rest. Venus in your 10th will help you seek new opportunities in your work and career. As they both move into new signs the day after this New Moon, you can see a shift occur. Mercury will keep that mind on your limitless potential, while Venus brings the right people in your life to support you. Start networking and reaching out to those around you. Build relationships and connections — collaborate!

Mars will be in your 9th House, as well. So the drive to take a risk is real for you! You have been sitting on a decision for a while, and now you are ready to plunge. But maybe you still are wavering. Mars will work up to a square to Saturn in your 12th House. It seems that a major ending is on its way, but you know how much is involved to make that ending happen. It feels like a huge leap of faith…but the only way to know if it will work is to trust fall. Mars in Scorpio will make sure you have everything you need to overcome the obstacles that stand before you.

Use this New Moon to truly believe in yourself and open up the floodgates of potential. The sky’s the limit, and you are finally believing that. You have to learn that some risks are worth the reward. You could take time to travel, go to new places, meet new people or simply engage in new experiences overall. You are seeking a fresh start, and this New moon can give it to you. What are you waiting for?

Aries Full
Moon Miniscopes

Recognizing Passion.

The Full Moon in Aries falls at 27º on October 20th at 10:56 AM EST. New and Full Moons carry themes from one to the other within every astrological season. They play on what the other is saying and work in tandem to create an overarching story. This Full Moon in Aries continues the conversation from the New Moon of digging deeper and seeing ourselves from a new perspective. However, something does change. The viewpoint is more direct and less passive. We have now experienced the direct motion of Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto over the last few weeks as we see retrograde season ending. What was internalized, now comes out into the open. There is less reflection – and more action.

This is perfectly timed as we are looking to end Libra Season in a few days, and ready to start a new cycle with Scorpio. We have established our bonds... But who are we within those unions? The Aries energy of this Full Moon requires us to know where we end, and another begins. We must not only see how we fit together, but what drives us individually. A relationship requires two individuals to come together to work toward a common goal. Thus, we maintain autonomy in process, but we don’t stop supporting each other. We are now asked to see what lights our fires, and brings passion into our lives.

Mars is the leader of this Full Moon, and it is very busy this time around. Still, it impatiently sits in Libra, waiting to move into its domicile of Scorpio shortly. Mars receives a conjunction to the Sun, an opposition to the Moon, a square to Pluto, and a trine to Jupiter. The energy is a mixed bag, and Mars is left confused about which direction it needs to move. Libra is a hard position for Mars to be in because we may relinquish our power more readily, or diminish our desires. We could be caught in overthinking where to go. However, the Sun and Mars have been tailing one another for weeks, and now the Sun has moved on from Mars, but has given it a renewed sense of confidence. The Moon, that once was nurturing Mars at the New Moon, now is looking for Mars to show up and make decisions. We find it hard to be motivated if we refuse to take a stand or maintain a point of view. The Moon in Aries needs answers.

Pluto is trying to suffocate us under its power, forcing us into a cycle of deep contemplation and transformation. We are yet to enter Scorpio Season, but already told to walk into the shadow to explore our own hidden depths. This may require us to strip down to our core and find what causes us to feel insecure, to feel entitled – to feel anything at all. Luckily, Jupiter is there to expand its influence and bring us out of the darkness. It shines its gold-tone glitter and brings what we have found in the depths out into the light. We descend, but only to grow and elevate our sense of understanding of the world around us. We see the duality in life more clearly, but also the liminal. There is more grey area than we once thought. It isn’t simply one polarity or another – it is what falls on the spectrum between the two. This is where we find Jupiter’s wisdom.

Direction is the word I would put on this Full Moon. With almost every planet now in forward motion and the Moon’s transit through Aries, we are asked to find our next steps, our next direction. If we are feeling stuck, uneasy, or uncertain, making moves will create the change of pace that we may seek. But this takes courage and facing up to adversity, not evading what stands in our way. Some things are worth fighting for, and Aries never backs down from a fight.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 23º to 29º or 1º to 2º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Keyword: Momentum

We are bringing something to the culmination for you, Aries. Think back to April at the New Moon in your sign. What did you promise to yourself? What were your goals and motivations? Now you are being confronted with the same energy, but this time instead of sewing seeds, you are asked to release. This Full Moon illuminates your 1st House of self and identity, a place you know all too well. You may have to reckon with yourself, your motives, and your desires. This isn’t always easy to do.

Mars leads this Full Moon from an opposing point in Libra. This brings a swell of energy in your 7th House, where it seems that you may have to make choices between you and someone else. Have you compromised your boundaries? Have you overextended yourself? The Full Moon is shining a light on a relationship and asking for resolve. Keep in mind, if you are not necessarily experiencing issues with a relationship, you may be called to bring more balance and equilibrium in your life. You could be swinging too far from one extreme to the next, and this Full Moon wants you to get to the root of what really drives you. Mars is caught in the crosshairs of The Sun, Moon, and Pluto — each one creating a cosmic gridlock with little way out. The Sun and Moon reinforce this polarity of you vs we, you vs them. It seems that the pressure doesn’t really stop there, as Pluto catches them in a square from your 10th House. Work seems to also be demanding, and quite honestly, the relationship that is troubling you could be work-related.

Luckily, Jupiter swoops in to bring in some help. Jupiter is in your 11th House, showing you that friends and community have your back. Reach out for support and ask for help where it is warranted. Don’t feel you need to hold the weight or buckle under the pressure. There are others that can lift you up. Strength in numbers.

Use this New Moon to focus on what you want out of life. See what brings your joy, passion, and happiness. Seek out desires and don’t be afraid to make your needs known. Work on creating more balance in your life and enact your boundaries. It is important. Instead of carrying the burdens, seek help. You have to release what no longer serves you now — whether that be a person, idea or something else. You are in the spotlight.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Keyword: Serenity

You are itching for peace and a slower pace now. You have been working so hard the last few weeks– and Mercury retrograde has thrown a lot of wrenches into the mix. You might have felt like you were not able to catch a break in some ways. A demanding schedule for you, or anyone, can be taxing. However, this Full Moon invites you to find more serenity in your life. Sometimes, peace is created, not found. Your 12th House is being highlighted, a place of quiet and rest. You may feel a little run down or like you need some time away. Listen to your body. Because Full Moons signal release, you may be asked to close a door or let something go, as well. This isn’t always easy for you, but you know it will be better off if you do.

Mars leads this Full Moon and sits in your 6th House. It is caught in the line of Cardinal Fire with the Sun, Moon, and Pluto all arguing. Watch your health or energy around this lunation. Mars is getting drained and it seems to be because you are running on fumes. You may make yourself sick. Alternatively, this could be a call to shake up your routine a bit. Perhaps you are getting a little too stagnant and need more freedom — especially with Pluto in your 9th House. You may have some power struggles arise around this Full Moon from someone older or an authority figure– and this stress isn’t helping your situation. Instead of focusing on this, try to step away and gain perspective. Don’t let them bother you.

Mars trines Jupiter in your 10th House. So, all of your work will pay off and a reward is coming. It seems you may be asked to take the lead on a project or step up in a new role. If you are on the job hunt, you may finally have resolve. Four planets have stationed direct recently, so the only direction now is forward.

Use this Full Moon to really bring yourself in. Take time to reflect, rest, and create your peace. Don’t let anyone or anything take that away from you. Focus on what you can receive and what you can release. This lunation is potent for you — finally closing a door, even if it isn’t easy. Some decisions aren’t to be made lightly, but you know in your heart what the outcomes will be. Take care of yourself.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Keyword: Network

In some ways, you want to be where the people are…but only certain people. You may have been biting off more than you can chew in some ways, but also really moving with your creative motivations. This is a catch 22! However, now you are really seeking some connection with those you consider to be your friends or even in your community. You may even be readjusting what your community is made of. You are in a period of growth, but it hasn’t been easy — especially with the eclipses on your sign and your polarity. This Full Moon comes to light up your 11th House and remind you of the people you have in your corner. But not everyone is as friendly as they may seem…consider you may have outgrown some friends and that is ok.

Mars leads this Full Moon from your 5th House, where all your creative juices have been flowing. However, now it seems to be a bit under attack. You could be having more arguments lately with people you love and really feeling isolated due to the collision of your desires against their expectations. The Sun, Moon, and Pluto are all fighting, catching Mars up in their battle. There is a lot of conflicting energy here, and Pluto in your 8th House is really making you feel heavy. It seems that some of this turmoil is steeped in a situation that you are healing from. You haven’t fully buried the hatchet, and now Pluto is digging things up to bring to the surface. Issues around finances, intimacy, shared assets, emotional resources, healing and old wounds are being highlighted. How do you act in the face of this ugly monster rearing its head? Pluto needs you to confront those fears and really hit things head on. The only way out is through sometimes. Don’t get caught up in the power dynamics of others. Stay the course.

Luckily, Jupiter comes to help Mars from your 9th House. Here is a time for growth and opportunity. Maybe you aren’t seeing the other avenues or opportunities that are being presented to you. It seems another pathway opens up. Jupiter is asking for a new perspective or use the wisdom you have gained in the last few months or years to help you remain motivated and optimistic. Jupiter suggests that good things are coming, even if it takes time. Don’t get stalled by limitations, instead, find creative solutions around them.

Use this Full Moon to call upon your friends and community. Seek help and ask for it when you need it. People will show up for you. Don’t falter in the face of fear or allow anyone to undermine you. Take control of your future and go in the direction of your dreams. Focus on what really matters to you. You create the outcome.

Cancer & Cancer Rising

Keyword: Elevation

Oh Cancer, another Full Moon, another moment of swelling emotions. It is no secret that you are very impacted by our sweet lunar satellite more than most. Full Moons are a time of heightening for you, and sometimes it is best to pause and reflect. However, this Full Moon lights up the pinnacle of your chart in your 10th House. Your attention may be pulled to your career or your work in some way. You may be getting recognition, asked to take the lead or even a promotion. On the flip side, you may just be dealing with a demanding work schedule or even saying goodbye to your current place of employment. Whatever it is, it seems that there may be some looming pressure here.

Mars leads this Full Moon and sits at the lowest position in your chart, moving through your 4th House. It has been creating a flurry of activity on the Homefront too. It seems you aren’t catching much of a break. You could be undergoing a remodel or trying to patch up relationships. Mars is looking for resolution, however it is caught in a war between the Sun, Moon, and Pluto. You are being spread a little thin, and you are dealing with stress from all sides: home, work, and even a relationship. Things seem to be compounding, but it doesn’t mean you have to fall flat on your face.

Actually, Jupiter is really friendly at this Full Moon to Mars, giving you an outlet. If your partner has been extremely demanding, an intimate conversation could do the trick. If you are trying to buy or sell or rent or move, Jupiter could give you the extra push you need — perhaps even bringing in an extra source of financial help that you had not considered before. Jupiter is expanding in your 8th House, so things around money, credits, intimacy, sex, inheritance (emotional and otherwise), and healing are all places of benefit at this Full Moon. You may need to take a step back for a second–let go a bit. Jupiter suggests that what you are looking for is right around the corner. It could even help build a bridge with any relationships you have in your family (present and past). This is perfect for Samhain being right around the corner. Start on a little ancestral journey and see what comes up! Luckily, we have had several planets move direct just before this lunation, including Mercury. So if you have been stalled, expect the pace to start picking back up again.

Use this Full Moon to build a bridge for yourself. Focus on your next steps and your direction in life. Allow yourself to shine at work regardless of what others may say. If a job isn’t a good fit, then start looking around for something else. Work with your roots and nourish your foundations. Get intimate with your partner and dismantle the tensions that may arise. Create boundaries with anyone that tries to overstep. This is a pivotal Full Moon for you. Really give yourself space to go after what you want.

Keyword: Growth

You have been tested the last few months. It seems in some ways you may have been feeling stagnant, but now is a time for growth and opportunity. Libra Season has taught you the value of your voice, and this Full Moon will teach you the value of growth. But growth isn’t always simple. Your 9th House will be shining bright, and this turns your focus to finding new pathways and reaching goals. You may be seeking new adventures and itching to see what lies just beyond the horizon for you. In some ways, you know that change is coming. You can use this Full Moon to also bring your attention to the skills you have gained and the new ones you will, or plan to learn. This is about applying your wisdom. Mars rules this Full Moon and is sitting in your 3rd House. You could have more heated discussions than normal or even just a busier life. It seems in some ways, it is hard to see the forest through the trees.

Mars is under duress at this Full Moon, as well, from the Sun, Moon, and Pluto. You are getting pulled in a few different directions, and Pluto is really bringing up old wounds from work. It seems that there has been a power dynamic in the workplace or maybe an unresolved health issue, and it is coming to a head. It is important to know that there is more than what you are seeing to the issue. You may have to fight to regain a sense of control of the situation or yourself. But the fight doesn’t have to be external. With Mars in Libra, it may be about mediation or simply just walking away. If it is health-related, be your own advocate and ask for more tests or opinions if you need more.

Mars works well with Jupiter at this lunation pointing to support you have from a close relationship. A partner, friend, or someone seems to be there for you when you need them most. Open up and be real with them. Share yourself and know that they are willing to help you, even simply by talking things out. Again, you have learned the power in your voice. So, this would be an ideal time to use it. There is a lot on the horizon for you–if you allow yourself to start making some moves.

Use this Full Moon to start seeing possibilities that may lie elsewhere. Remove the limitations by removing yourself from those situations. Start finding alternative pathways and know they still lead to the goals you want to achieve. Four planets have recently moved direct, and all of them point to signs of forward motion. So, the stagnation you feel will be lifting. It is time to clear the blocks that stand in front of you.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Keyword: Healing

Virgo, after a busy Libra Season, it seems that you are ready to take it easy and seek out a small break. You have been so focused on everything you have been building and the accumulation of all of your efforts, now it is time to share what you’ve been given and relish in your hard work. This Full Moon highlights your 8th House, and you are being reminded that some things are best when they are shared with someone more intimately. You are being shown the truth that lies beneath the surface and asked to expose the vulnerability that lies below. Sometimes, in order to get closer to what we want or who we care about, we have to be willing to pull back some layers. If you have been going through a busy time, this Full Moon will call you to heal and slow down a bit. A little shadow work can go a long way now.

Mars leads this Full Moon, and it has been running through your 2nd House. Expenses have been higher than normal, but your resourcefulness has been pulling you through. But this is the exact pattern that has been leaving you more exhausted than normal. Mars is under attack with the Sun, Moon, and Pluto all fighting with one another around this Full Moon. You may have an unexpected bill or expense come up that has you a little worried about money. Pluto brings in issues of your own self-worth into this, too. Almost as if you aren’t giving yourself enough room to have fun or to shine in some way. Life can’t be all work and no play.

Luckily, Jupiter comes through to help. It gifts you an opportunity or an assignment that may bring in the money you need. It is something that could have legs for a future connection or growth opportunity with work. Make sure you make it your own in some way and ask what you are worth. Don’t be afraid to give a number. Chances are, Jupiter will give you exactly what you are looking for. Venus is traveling through your 4th House, so it would be wise to listen to your intuition. Especially with your 8th House being so activated at this Full Moon. This is a chance for you to really break a bad habit or bring a cycle to an end.

Use this Full Moon to work on yourself and your inner world. Focus on your healing and the ways in which you can get intimate with those you love and trust. Open yourself up to new areas for resources and be willing to share and receive what is available. Mercury, your ruler, is now direct so it seems that new contracts or sources of income/material resources are on their way. Connections and networking will make anything happen when Mercury’s direction is set forward.

Libra & Libra Rising

Keyword: Receptivity

Life is about a give and take, and no one knows that better than you. However, oftentimes you are one that may give more than they receive. This can create an imbalance, whether or not you realize it. So, take a minute and really reflect on the word “receptivity”. What does this mean to you? The Full Moon on the 20th brings awareness and light to your 7th House, your natural “home” in astrology. Here, a partnership, relationship, union or important person is coming into strong focus. Now consider for some of you this is more business related than personally related…and you will see why in a minute. You may be reckoning your boundaries and your space with this other person or entity. Have you been giving too much? Are things off kilter? What needs to be addressed? This Full Moon puts so much emphasis on others that you may need to step outside of yourself to see what is really happening. Perspective is going to be important.

Mars is the leader of this lunation and sitting in your 1st House of self and identity. In some ways, you may feel like you need to fight or come armed for battle to show this other person who you are. You are more revved up or passionate than normal, and this is not necessarily a bad thing. Mars gives you the energy and stamina for whatever may come your way. The Sun, Moon, and Pluto are all caught up in squares and oppositions and throwing Mars around. So, it seems you are pulled in a few different directions. It isn’t just your relationships or your boundaries/identity, but also your home or work life that is getting shaken up a bit. There is something going on behind the scenes that you are not letting on. Family is showing up but they may also be a point of contention now as well. Maybe there is a shift happening in this realm that you have yet to address — maybe a reconciliation is needed. This Full Moon wants answers. Keeping that in mind, you can look to Jupiter as a source of help.

Jupiter is helping Mars and sitting in your 5th House—reminding you that the only way to grow is through your own power, happiness, and personal joy. You are creatively charged and this bleeds into your problem solving skills. You have to express who you are unapologetically and allow people to truly see you for who you are. There is no point in hiding or shying away. Step into that spotlight. Mars says “step up or step out,” so which one is it going to be? Mercury is now direct in your sign, and with that comes mental clarity. The stagnation lifts and pathways open up. Are you ready to see them?

Use this Full Moon to evaluate your relationships and focus on how much energy is putting into yourself or others. If it is imbalanced, it is time to restore it all to equilibrium. Pluto is pulling you into your 4th House, a call to nourish yourself from the inside out. Let the river run through your soul and cleanse every piece of you. It is time.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Keyword: Regimen

When life feels a little chaotic, it is time to call yourself back a bit. A little order can do your soul some good, probably more than you realize. It seems that you are trying to get a handle on the “busyness.” Do you need to be as busy as you are? Do you need to reevaluate your routines? This Full Moon shines a light on your 6th House, where we focus on our health, regimens, and daily life. Maybe you have been quietly waiting for something to give, but now it is time to take control. It seems that taking on too much can have a negative impact on you—if you don’t figure out how to manage everything on your plate (or even ask for a little help). You may not have been as good to your body as you would like to be, and now you are being faced with the repercussions. You need to recenter a bit.

Mars, your ruler, leads this Full Moon and is still in your 12th House. This is making it hard to rest, because you FEEL that something needs to be done. Mars is spurring action in the quietest House in astrology. You may be faced with an important ending or asked to close a door on something finally. However, this isn’t something to take lightly. Mars will be having a hard time because of Pluto (your modern ruler), The Moon and the Sun. The Pluto square will really create an internal conflict — “do I say something or not?” comes to mind here. Pluto has been trying to get you to use your voice more and allow yourself to be heard. So, quite actually yes, you should say something. The 6th/12th axis at this Full Moon is really related to your needs—emotional and physical. So, it is time to speak up. It may not sit well with everyone, but it isn’t for them. It is for you. There are lessons to be learned in the interactions you have now. Are you listening? On the positive side of this, Mars will have aide from Jupiter.

Jupiter is growing in your 4th House, showing you the importance of your home, family and roots. Maybe you are reconnecting with loved ones again (think of how potent this can be for Samhain and all Souls Day). It is a call to tell you that the past will inform your future. Maybe it takes a little reflecting for you to know what “needs to be done.” Family (chosen or otherwise) can be a guiding force and very nourishing around this lunation. Mercury is now direct in your 12th House, so any miscommunications should clear up now. If you weren’t sure what doors to close or threads to tie, you will know very shortly.

Use this Full Moon to focus on your schedule, routines, and daily life. Try to rearrange things to make it work for you. Don’t be afraid to state your needs and listen to your body more. Get back on track by caring for yourself, and try not to overextend into doing too much. Know your limits.

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

Keyword: Passion

Passion leads to adventure. It seems you have been coming back to finding what brings you joy and what you love. This is very important, as you may have lost your way in the last few weeks, months, or even year. However, you are getting your groove back and that is very apparent. This Full Moon comes to shine a light on your 5th House, and creativity is abundant now. You are called to see what sits right in front of you in this present moment. This isn’t about tomorrow or yesterday— just today. This can be hard for you, as you are a visionary. But slowing down and seeing what is here and now can actually inspire you. The 5th House rules creativity, conception, children, expression, love, and happiness. These areas will be highlighted. You are being called back to your passions and what drives you. You may be at a creative high, and you should follow that energy. However, you may also be doubting yourself a bit. Sometimes finding your way back to what you love isn’t easy. It takes courage and heart to make it there.

Mars leads this Full Moon and is sitting in your 11th House. You may be taking on too much of what other people are thinking, saying, or contributing. You could even be getting lost a little in the sea of the “other.” Mars has your social life at an all time high or even just a lot of things going on with friends in your life. Yet, this may leave you feeling less like you want to share what you are doing, thinking, or feeling. Mars is caught in a war between the Sun, Moon, and Pluto. Each one has your mind being pulled in a different direction. The Sun and Moon fight for a place at the table and make you question: “are my talents worth anything in the grand scheme?” Meanwhile, Pluto has you reckoning your self-worth and maybe turns your mind toward your resources: “is it enough?” The answer here is one: yes you are enough, and two: your talents are always worth it. You are being asked to not allow anyone else’s opinions to matter more than your own. You create your own happiness, your own worth, your own joy. Don’t forget that.

Mars will have guidance from Jupiter in your 3rd House, so it seems that now is the time to speak up. Jupiter is helping you find the right words and growing your perspective. This is your ruler, and it always has a greater impact on you. Jupiter wants you to think differently, flip the script, and reach out to your local community. Who can you turn to when you are feeling less? Is it a sibling or a close friend? Don’t be afraid to create dialogue to help you. Words are magic, and yours are telling an important story now. Speaking of words, Mercury is now in direct motion and moving forward in your 11th House. Any clarity you have been lacking about your long term potential or ideas will come back to you now.

Use this Full Moon to open yourself creatively. Follow your passions and listen to your heart. Go with what sets your soul ablaze and don’t let anyone stop you. Give voice to your happiness and your joy. You can take up space, it doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t get their share, too. Your heart is your guiding force. Where will it lead you?

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

Keyword: Foundation

If you have been feeling a little withdrawn lately, that is ok. Go with it. It seems that there has been so much emphasis on your work, career, and life direction—that it may be time to come home and tend to yourself in some way. This Full Moon falls in your 4th House at the bottom of your chart, and you are in need of some TLC. You definitely have a very “work” mentality, but rest can be equally as important. After the busy time of year, you can call it all inward. You may be connecting with family, doing a little redecorating, moving, or working with your ancestors. This Full Moon is perfect for all things domestic and getting organized on the Homefront. You may be focusing on what matters to you and trying to create a better work/life balance.

Mars leads this Full Moon and has been rolling through your 10th House, making work VERY busy for you. It may be hard to catch up. You seem to be so preoccupied by it, and it is no wonder, because you have been really on fire in that arena lately! You are gaining a lot of traction and getting noticed, but it doesn’t come without its own obstacles. Mars will be a little under duress at this Full Moon, as it clashes with the Sun, Moon, and Pluto (who is your sign). That push and pull between work and home is very real—but also it seems that you aren’t making enough time for yourself. What about the things you love? The things that motivate you? You have been letting this fall by the wayside. Which isn’t quite fair to you. Pluto really wants you to dig deep and find what it is you really want or need in this moment. Don’t be afraid to take up a little space now or call upon your boundaries — especially if someone is trying to overstep them. You may really need to figure out what deserves your energy, as it is externally draining it more than normal. Take a step back.

Mars will get some help from Jupiter at this lunation, however. This is a saving grace, as it will give you an outlet to redirect. Jupiter is in your 2nd House, and it seems that there may be a positive shift in your resources, self-worth, or material goods. Money is definitely coming in around this Full Moon, or maybe a new client, source of income, or something tangible. It is related to a lot of the efforts you have put into your work lately. So it does pay off, hence why rest is so critical for you now. If this was part of the worry, then know that you can ease your mind a little–allow yourself to take that much needed break. Jupiter is helping you gain perspective on alternative resources that can create more stability in the future. Mercury is also direct in your 10th House, so any contracts or dealings with work that may have been slow will open up.

Use this Full Moon for a little respite and bring it all home. Focus on your foundations and the space where you can build and grow from. Listen to your emotional side and take moments of rest to help you recharge. Connect with family or your home in a new way. Redecorate, or even reorganize and donate old things around the house that you don’t want anymore!

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

Keyword: Ideas

You are rarely short of ideas, and now is no different. You have been in a period of seeking more growth, but sometimes growth can come in unique ways — potentially through interactions and dialogue. This is especially true with the Full Moon in Aries highlighting your 3rd House. This is a House of communication, thought, and idea. You may feel the need to share more than usual and really tell people what is going on in your mind. You could be full of ideas and new inventions, thoughts, or concepts! Write them all down. You won’t want to lose track or lose sight of what is swirling around in that mind of yours. Now, a downside here could be increased anxiety, as the 3rd House creates a flurry of little tasks that feel like they need to be tackled immediately. This can be difficult as it seems that you don’t want to miss something. There is a lot to keep track of, and with your mind racing it can be easy to have an oversight. Perspective will be really important for you. Try talking things out with someone—or have a friend or close friend hold you accountable to some of these tasks. Set alarms or ask for help where it is warranted. Communication is key now.

Mars is the ruler of this Full Moon, and it is blazing through your 9th House helping you see the big picture. This is great as stepping outside of the current moment can really change your mental state. Mars is asking for you to really see what matters in the grand scheme of things. Now, this is not always a simple thing to do, especially as Mars is caught in the crosshairs of the Sun, Moon, and Pluto. You could have a really hard time focusing on what IS important in the moment. Even by stepping back, you may get overwhelmed and not know which way to go. This is why it is imperative to talk things out and write things down. Pluto has been sitting in the sign behind yours, and you seem to be really trying to listen to your intuition. There are signs, signals, and messages coming up that you are working to decode but you aren’t entirely sure what they mean. This adds to your current confusion. It may require a little deep dive to really get to the heart of the matter. Pluto asks for change from the inside out, when you are able to just sit with yourself and reflect. Something may need to end in order for you to get going again. Being a fixed sign, you may not always enjoy endings, even if they are necessary. On the bright side, Mars does trine Jupiter in your sign (and your 1st House). Mars is motivating you to know that growth is the only way, and sometimes that means letting go of what we have OUTgrown.

Jupiter is helping you see the potential in yourself like you never have before. This will require a little faith though as you step outside of your comfort zone. Jupiter is now direct, so momentum will pick up. Honestly, a lot will start to pick up for you. Saturn, also in your sign, is direct too. So new foundations and structures are on the way. But are you working toward them? Mercury direct helps you plan better for the future. Clarity is coming.

Use this Full Moon to really leverage your voice. Get in touch with those around you and share what is on your mind. Write things down and find ways to deal with the busy life you are surrounded by. Try to quiet those voices in your head that hold you back and seek help for any anxiety you may be taking on or hold. Perspective is everything. You need to see things a little differently in order to get ahead.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Keyword: Stability

Sometimes grounding is the best thing for you, especially in the face of all of the healing, changing, shifting, and opening you have been doing in the last few weeks. Libra Season has had you focused on the shadow and descending deep to uncover what lies below. However, this Full Moon comes in with a chance to create a new foundation or a point of stability for you. It will shine on your 2nd House, so money could be on your mind, but also your own valuation, resources and sense of security. You may have to release an expectation around where you find security during this Full Moon, but know that leaves you with more opportunity to seek alternative routes and sources. You could be focused on increasing what you have or making peace with what you don’t. Whatever it is, the key there is “making peace”. Sometimes, having more doesn’t always equate to what you need. Maybe asking for support is the thing that will pull you through now. You could have a lead that takes you to a new job, new client, or new opportunity. Focus on your expenses and maybe see what you can change about your spending habits. Now note this could also be your emotional resources…so perhaps you need to be better on how you spend your energy.

Mars leads this Full Moon and sits in your 8th House. Debts could be higher than normal, causing the resource anxiety or maybe you are really grappling with self-worth here. However, Mars is motivating you to figure things out. Mars will be under fire from Pluto, the Sun, and the Moon around this lunation. So this doesn’t exactly make matters easier. Pluto shows you that some pillars of support are not as strong as you once thought. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have other sources of support or help, but more that too many cooks in the kitchen can lead to a bad meal. You have to prioritize — going back to how you spend your energy. Some people, some tasks, some things just aren’t worth it. But what really is? Mars needs an outlet, and luckily Jupiter comes through.

Jupiter is hanging out in your 12th House, so the area that brings you the most growth and opportunity comes through your own rest and rehabilitation. You need to slow down a bit and really focus on your inner world. You are closing a chapter on a major cycle for yourself, and Mars is helping you see this through to the end. With Jupiter now direct, you can really use your intuition to guide you forward. Mercury, also direct, will clear the air and make things much easier to see (and feel). Jupiter is teaching you to give yourself grace and know that some things are just out of your control — and that is ok. Keep flowing. The right things are coming to you.

Use this Full Moon to get a handle on your resources, material and otherwise. Figure out how to spend your energy– and on what. See what potential opportunities arise around money and try to network with people to see if newer clients or work can come up. Comb through the things you own and purge what isn’t good for you anymore. Get your finances in order. But above all else, focus on how to call back your power, your self-worth and your potential. You have to let go of what stands in the way of you seeing your true value. You are worthy.

Libra New
Moon Miniscopes

Reconnection & Reunion.

The New Moon in Libra falls at 13º on October 6th at 7:05 AM EST.There comes a point when we have to reckon with how we connect with others and ourselves. What sort of relationships have we cultivated? What are our expectations? What are our needs? The New Moon in Libra is perfect for this. It gracefully walks in and takes a seat. It brings with it a need to look at how we conduct ourselves in our interactions. Do we make ourselves small? Do we concede in the face of conflict? Libra is the sign of everything just and fair. So, part of this New Moon is asking for us to create more equality in our lives. We can balance expectation with desire, need with want, and you with me.

This lunation shows us that reflections are all around us. What we bring into our relationships is what we get, and vice versa. Thus, we are learning to see our actions differently, from a new vantage point – from the view of the other person standing right in front of us. What do they see? We could create a new sense of awareness and understanding just by the willingness to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes. Not only do the Sun and Moon align in this Cardinal Air sign, but Mars forms an exact conjunction as well. Here, we see our essence, our core, and our motivation all coming together. This brings up conversations that need to be had – and that are unable to be ignored.

It is worth noting that usually, Mars gives us energy and a sense of urgency, but while in its detriment during this New Moon – we may need more guidance. Our actions could depend on someone or something else outside of ourselves. Thus, slowing our process just a bit. But don’t let that hinder you. The Sun still sends radiant beams of light to shine on Mars, while the Moon nurtures and holds Mars closely – the perfect balance of receptivity and exertion, when used effectively. The Moon is doing a big job to support both the Sun and Mars in their debilitated state. It reminds us that, even at our core, we do need encouragement and love to move forward. But more than that, it also reminds us that we deserve that love and encouragement too.

This Stellium (Sun, Moon, and Mars) in Libra will oppose Chiron, bringing up past relational issues that may have been left unresolved. Chiron is the wounded healer, and we are being asked to grieve, honor, and respect our past experiences as we embark on a new journey. We are level-setting our boundaries and making space in the face of those that refuse to give us equal footing. Chiron says “yes I can” with the Stellium telling us “because I owe it to me and everyone around me.” This is an act of radical self-love, in spite of the narrative you have always been told. With the preponderance of Air energy around this New Moon, we are rewriting our story – or as Kate Johnson may say, our own Likely Tale.

In the vein of writing our own stories as they unfold, Mercury is beautifully in trine to Jupiter at this New Moon. Although Mercury is retrograde, it's sitting comfortably in Libra. With Jupiter in Aquarius, Mercury is expanding its horizons as it speaks to Jupiter of our dreams held, but not forgotten. Now is a time to bring those past ideals to the forefront and start reframing what your future could look like. This is where we must look around us and see that we are not alone. With Mercury and Jupiter both in collective Air signs, support is a means of growth – thus, our visions rest in the hands of those that we surround ourselves with. With Pluto stationing direct, this may require us to dig deep to upend any outdated structures that no longer serve us. We have to be willing to see the shadows in order to move ahead with confidence. Instead of turning a blind eye, we bring it to the surface and restore equilibrium. As we walk into the last quarter of 2021, we can’t forget that community is at the heart of everything we share, create, and build.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 9º to 17º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign!

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Keyword: Harmony

And so Libra Season unfolds with the hopes of reflection and clarity; very Libra in theme and essence. There is a call for balance and bringing it all back to harmony for you at this New Moon on October 6th. We are finishing the cycle from the previous New Moon in Virgo, which was more about your self-care, body, and personal magick. You have explored your depths at the Full Moon in Pisces, and now you are restoring that equilibrium. Partnerships come into full focus at this lunation, where you are faced with a stellium in Libra stacked in your 7th House. The Sun and Moon align with Mars, creating very dynamic interactions and movement within your close relationships. Things are changing, and you may be uncertain about the outcomes right now. You just know that you are more motivated to figure things out than you have been. This can start a new cycle for you in so many ways. However, Mercury is retrograde in this same area of your chart, bringing old conversions back around. You may be reflecting on what has been, or seeking to restore your relationships back to a safer place. Just know that safety doesn’t always bring growth. Mars is itching to get going. You could commit (or recommit) to someone in business or love— even an idea or contract. Some of you may have old partners come back around, or simply just finally have clarity in a relationship that you feel you had been lacking for some time. Mercury cautions you with making a rash decision. Things will likely alter as it continues its retrograde motion. Mercury makes a trine to Jupiter around this New Moon, showing new pathways and areas of expansion for you. This will likely fall in your network and circle of friends. You could find answers by simply talking things out with those you trust in your life. You may be reworking a long term goal or vision. Know that what you are doing will bring more stability in the end. The cherry on the top of this New Moon is the direct motion of Pluto just after the New Moon is exact. Pluto has been retrograde in your 10th House for months. There seems to have been a lot of digging and transforming in your career/public life. With Pluto’s direct motion, you will start to see subtle shifts around work and career. It may hit like a ton of bricks at first, but will slowly unfold after the initial “awakening” or awareness. Hidden information around your career and life direction will rise to the surface here. Use this New Moon to focus on your relationships, whether with yourself or others. Try to make connections that feel inspiring and exciting. Recommit to someone or something and restore a balance in your life. Re-engage with people from the past and rework a long term goal! You may have to be a little more patient than normal to see any of your intentions or actions develop from this lunation.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Keyword: Care

You are probably noticing that you’re going back and combing through work you thought should have been completed by now. However, this New Moon tells you that in your reflection, answers will come. The New Moon in Libra highlights your 6th House of work, service, health, and everyday life. You could be looking to start a new routine, exercise regime, or even a new job. The Sun and Moon align here with Mars, showing that you have been incredibly busy. It seems that your schedule has been moving at a much more rapid speed the last few weeks. You can thank Mars for this. Aggravations with co-workers are more likely right now. It is best to listen and not react, especially with Mercury retrograde in the same area of your chart. Mercury’s retrograde motion may be bringing up past antics, problems, or conversations in your work or health. You might want to get a second opinion or need to have a test done again. Alternatively, you could be re-addressing old matters at work and looking for new answers. Unresolved issues easily rise to the surface now. If you have been waiting on an answer, it will come toward the end of the retrograde period (October 18th). Don’t rush things, even if Mars is trying to help you keep time and pace. It may be best to not start something completely new at this New Moon. Instead, revisit something from the past. That is where you will see more momentum. Our past informs our future. Mercury does reach out to Jupiter again at this New Moon. This brings your attention to something happening at work— likely a growth opportunity or new job. Maybe you were looking to change jobs, but lost the bid. Now something better could come back around! If you are employed and plan on staying that way, consider that you may want to have conversations around a promotion or review around this time. Jupiter is showing you different options that are available to you, expanding what is possible in your direction. It may require you to reframe your thinking. Pluto stations direct the same day of this New Moon. Direct motion will come suddenly, but then slowly cool off into subtle changes. You could feel a strong pull for fresh experiences. It is likely that you’ve been waiting for the other shoe to drop, and Pluto direct will definitely prompt that to happen— but maybe in a way you did not expect. Use this New Moon to make changes to your diet, exercise regime, and your routines. Maybe go back to a practice that you have not engaged with in a while. You could be reworking projects or paperwork at work, or simply rehashing old issues that arise. If you have had talks of a promotion or growth in your career, those will come back around now, too. Try not to control outcomes right now. Let it unfold and wait until the end of the month to make any major decisions— after Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury are all in direct motion.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Keyword: Creativity

This feels like the perfect time to get re-inspired. Libra Season always brings creative energy for you, and this New Moon is no different. Actually, it likely will have you itching to make something new. It falls in your 5th House, which rules creativity, conception, happiness, and children. If you have been considering conceiving (an idea, a child, art, etc), then this New Moon will be for you! Happiness comes into full focus for you as the Sun, Moon, and Mars all align in a stellium in your 5th House. This is a time to play, let go, and re-engage with your inner child. You could be wanting to find more time for pleasure, or simply taking time off around this lunation. Mercury retrogrades in this area of your chart, so part of this could come with the past creeping in. Old lovers may get back in touch with you, or maybe you will bring old projects back around that you had forgotten about. Some of you may be doing inner child work or coming back to your sources of joy. Create. Play. Reignite! This lunation can be super fun for you if you really lean into it. Mercury’s presence is only softened by its trine to Jupiter in your 9th House. It seems that you have been reminding yourself of how big you can be. You may have made yourself small lately, and Jupiter is helping you expand your horizons to see new possibilities that await you. Don’t let the flame go out. Keep it burning for as long as you can, even if it is just warm embers. Your heart’s desires are important. Pluto stations direct at this New Moon, really creating a pivot for us collectively and personally. You could have been working through fears, anxieties, and old habits over the last few months. Now you are more willing and ready to tackle these limitations than you had been. You could finally be making headway and room for your own healing. If funds have been tied up for you or a partner, that may start to shift for you, as well. Use this New Moon to get back in touch with what you love. Focus on play, rest, and creating. Re-explore old hobbies and games. Make space for what makes you happy. Talk to your inner child and give love to the actual kids in your life, too. Remember that you keep the fire in your heart going. Even in the darkest moments, it can be a source of warmth and inspiration.

Cancer & Cancer Rising

Keyword: Comfort

Home is where the heart is, and that never rings more true for you than this time of year. Libra Season always turns your face toward your inner world, your emotional foundations, and your home/family. The New Moon in Libra reinforces this energy as it highlights this area of your chart, your 4th House. The Sun and Moon really seem to be setting the stage for doorways to open, especially as they perfectly align with Mars. This stellium can have you looking to move, buy, sell, or rent. You could be redecorating, or just making your house more of a home. Mars may suggest movement or renovations, but don’t expect things to happen quickly. Mars is debilitated, slowing things down partially. But Mercury is retrograde in this same section of your life, bringing some unresolved feelings or information to the surface. It seems that before you can move forward, you have some issues to resolve. From a familial perspective, this could be past issues with family members. You could also just simply be going back to see family that you have not seen in a while. If you are looking for a house, a place you have seen already may come back around unexpectedly. Try not to make any rash or quick decisions at this New Moon, though, as changes are still likely with the retrograde motion. However, Mars will suggest that movement is happening... it may just be out of your control— go with the flow a bit. Mercury does trine Jupiter, which brings some growth from the reflections. If you are going for a mortgage or loan, seek better rates— you will likely find them. You could get a good deal on some furniture, or simply receive something special from your family. Jupiter is looking out for you from your 8th House, helping you get your magick back. Pluto stations direct at this New Moon, reinforcing the message of going with the flow. If there has been stagnation in a relationship, that is about to change. You have been reflecting a lot on your position with others lately, and now Pluto’s direct motion will spur the need to enact strong boundaries and bring you closer to the relationships that matter. You and someone close to you may be having deep and intimate conversations now. Remain open. Use this New Moon to focus on your home. Look for property. Put your home on the market. Move. Redecorate. Change your space. But with Mercury’s influence, you may be going back to fix or change what you have already started. Family will figure strongly, as will your emotional foundations. Take care of your heart and spend time withdrawing. Answers come more clearly toward the end of the month.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

Keyword: Learning

This year has taught you so much— there is no question about that. As we enter this New Moon phase, you are now asked to apply what you have learned and find solutions to problems that have been pending. The New Moon falls in your 3rd House, highlighting communication, short distance travel, siblings, and your thoughts/ideas. Your words hold true power now. People are listening, but in all reality, you should be listening too. This is a time of gathering information and learning through your interactions with others. The Sun and Moon align with Mars, bringing sudden flashes of insight and news quickly to you. Mars may have you feeling a little busy or restless. Your mind is moving a mile a minute with possibilities and potentials. If you have a small trip scheduled, it could be the change in scenery you have been craving. However, consider that some of what comes up at this New Moon may be leftover conversations, ideas, and interactions from before. Mercury is retrograde now in this same area of your chart. It is bringing you back to old relationships, people, or conversations you’ve had. You could reconnect with siblings, cousins, or friends. You may have to reschedule appointments, or even face the dreaded issues with electronics, as your communication house is getting a bit of rework with this retrograde. Make sure you have everything backed up and double check your spam folders. If you have been feeling stuck, try thinking about the situation a little differently or reflect on what actually needs changing. It seems that what you were focused on isn’t what needed your attention after all. Jupiter trines Mercury from your 7th House. You could really have an important interaction with a partner or close friend around this New Moon. It may be the kick or inspiration you needed to change your perspective. Like I said, you are learning more through listening right now than you have in a long time. Keep your eyes and ears open. Pluto stations direct at this New Moon, bringing up old issues up around work or health. You may not have totally seen the full picture on a matter until now. It is all rising to the surface, and the shadows are rearing their ugly heads. Try not to hold a grudge. Instead use this as motivation to make sweeping changes in your life. You are transforming from the inside out. Use this New Moon to stop and listen. Interact with those close to you, and engage in deeper conversations. See others as a source of inspiration and open up a dialogue, even if it feels hard to have. Use your words as balm for you and others.

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Keyword: Security

Virgo Season may be over, but it doesn’t mean that you aren’t still feeling the effects of what it brought you. With Libra Season, your attention turns toward security and restoring your stability in life— especially at this New Moon in Libra on October 6th. This lunation falls in your 2nd House, which rules material resources, self-worth, value, income, and morality. You could be seeking or finding new sources of income around this New Moon, or even just making changes to your financial picture in general. There is a call to focus on where you find security in your life and reimagining it a little more. The Sun, Moon, and Mars all align in a Libra Stellium to give you drive and focus. You may be more motivated to figure out a resolution or find answers to key issues that arise. Mars may suggest that money is going out, but it is replaced just as quickly. Your self-worth does come into play here, as you may need to be creative and flexible in learning to see yourself in a new light. Mercury’s retrograde motion in this area of your chart signals to the unresolved or the past. You could have old offers come back up, old employers reach out, or you may even decide to go back to a job temporarily. Mercury wants you to comb back through statements, financial documents, or even your bank accounts. Errors may present themselves. Watch your resources closely. Luckily, Mercury does trine Jupiter in your 6th House. So, it seems that whatever work pops up for you will be lucrative and worth going back to. Jupiter is changing the landscape of your everyday life and routines, helping you see your world in a new way. This bleeds into your health and how your work life is structured. You may have to remind yourself just how powerful, inspiring, and important you are. Don’t rely on others or a “job well done” to do that for you. That is an insatiable monster that can leave you feeling depleted. Use this retrograde to reflect on your own value, and find where you can establish greater self-love. Pluto turns direct on the same day as this New Moon, bringing changes in how you engage in play. You could have a realization over the next few weeks about what really makes you happy. You are asked to let loose and find time to make pleasure a priority. Balance is key. Pluto wants you to really uproot the misconceived notion that you must sacrifice yourself at the expense of your happiness. This narrative is tired. It is time to rewrite the story. Use this New Moon to find a new source of income. You may hear back from an old employer or a place that you interviewed with previously. Old co-workers may come back around and unresolved issues with self-worth will be more prevalent. Work on establishing your value and redefining what security and success truly look like to you.

Libra & Libra Rising

Keyword: Motivation

Libra Season brings promises of a fresh and new cycle in your life as the Sun transits your Libra placements. There is a spotlight on you, and you are coming into your own. As Virgo Season brought something to a close, you now can move ahead in a new direction. The New Moon on October 6th opens a doorway for you— perhaps even a few doorways. You may be caught in figuring out which direction is the “right” direction. The Sun and Moon align with Mars in your 1st House to re-inspire you and bring back lost motivation. The ask here is that you do what actually FEELS right. You can begin again and set yourself up for future success, but this may require a little introspection first, especially as Mercury retrogrades in your sign. You may have had clarity on something, but it started to fall apart or change. The retrograde has you refining, redirecting, and reworking what matters to you. You could be reflecting on personal drive and your next steps, but feel a little unsure if now is the time to take those leaps. Even in a retrograde, it can be good to take small steps. So even if you don’t want to run, you can inch closer to what you desire. Part of this will require you to take care of yourself and focus on your boundaries. Separating yourself a bit from others can clarify what YOU need, instead of adapting to the audience. Mercury will trine Jupiter in your 5th House, so you could be fueled with creative energy around this lunation. Let yourself get carried away and swept up in this feeling. Life is too short to be held down by constant stress or heaviness. Let Jupiter give you the levity you seek. Make time for fun, pleasure, and your own happiness— find that spark again. Pluto will station direct after months of retrograde motion the same day as this New Moon. If something has been on pause for a while, it is starting to re-emerge. This occurs in your 4th House of home, family, roots, and emotional foundations. It seems that something is going to come to the surface for you in this area. If you have been trying to buy, sell, or rent, then know that this can mark a turning point for you. Alternatively, you may reconnect with family or do ancestral work that brings you more clarity on your past. It seems that changes are ahead on the home front. Use this New Moon to dive into a world of possibility. Reconnect with your happiness and motivations. What fuels you? What gives you life? Work on re-engaging with your needs and setting your boundaries. Life is about living, and you are being reminded how important that can be.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Keyword: Grace

The transits as of late have you withdrawing a bit more than normal, especially as your 12th House is being activated. You are working through emotions, feelings, thoughts, and connections behind the scenes. Distilling is a word that comes to mind. This New Moon in Libra will bring this to the forefront more than it has been the last few weeks. You seem to be finishing up a project, putting a past issue to rest, and preparing yourself to move on to the next phase. But before you can fully move forward, you have to let something go. With the Sun, Moon, and Mars all in your 12th House, endings are inevitable— but these endings seem to be a choice. Mars gives you the motivation to see things through to the end. You are bringing so much to fruition now. Even in the chaos, you are finding clarity. You are no stranger to this space, as you navigate through the shadows with true power. It doesn’t make it any less difficult. Know that resolution is on its way. Yet, with Mercury retrograde in this same astrological house, you are feeling like you aren’t quite ready to fully let go, or allowing whatever it is to reach an ending. Again, distilling. You are bringing yourself to a fullness, an awareness, a space of true clarity. Mercury helps you navigate the darkness with feeling first. You may need those introspective moments now more than ever. Jupiter from your 4th House connects to Mercury so it seems that growth is found in those quieter moments. Family, home, and community all provide a level of support. Retreat will do your soul some good. With Mercury’s connection to Jupiter, you may see more resolve around family or home related matters, too. Pluto, your modern ruler, turns direct the day that the New Moon occurs. This is significant for you, as Pluto holds weight for Scorpios. It has been retrograde for a few months, and now its stationing direct will come with changes. It falls in your 3rd House of communication, connection, and interaction. Almost as if everything you have been wanting to say for months comes flooding into your mind with much more clarity. Pluto is transforming how you think, what you say, and how you perceive the world around you. This could not be more perfectly timed for you, especially with all of these 12th House transits. Use this New Moon to work through what has been left unresolved. Tie up loose ends and focus on regaining your personal power. Decide what may need to come to an end, but also celebrate the space for a new beginning. Take time to sit with your feelings and listen to what you pick up in the liminal space.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

Keyword: Community

You are finding yourself in a place where community is becoming more and more important to you lately. This could be that you are starting to branch out and connect with new people, or simply reinforcing the relationships you have already established. Whatever it is, people will be there to support you—if you ask for it. The New Moon in Libra comes to spend time in your 11th House, where your future, your goals, and your connections come into focus. This would be a great time to reach out to friends, plan out your year ahead, or even dream up what the next few years may have in store for you. The Sun, Moon, and Mars all align in a Libra Stellium in this area of your chart, bringing changes and motivations to the forefront. You may be itching for a new experience, or to get back into a network or space that you were once a part of. Mercury is now retrograde here as well, influencing the process. Mercury asks that you go back and reflect a bit before you take action or leap into the next phase. Old friends come back around, or you may re-engage with an old community that you had on the back burner. It seems that you are being welcomed with open arms. Your presence was missed, and the reconnections will inspire you. Don’t be afraid to reach out to people or start up conversations that were never truly finished. Mercury is supporting you. It reaches out to Jupiter, your ruler, in your 3rd House. So you will find the right words now. Jupiter is helping you learn from those around you, specifically from the interactions you have. This takes as much speaking as it does listening. Pluto stations direct the day that this New Moon unfolds. It has been retrograde for months in your 2nd House. Resources may have been tied up for you, or money could have been fluctuating. The direct motion brings clarity and awareness. You could see new sources of income pop up, or even rediscover parts of your value or self-worth that had remained hidden for a while. It feels like you are stepping back into yourself, but it may take some dedication on your part. Pluto is asking for changes to be made, specifically around security. Scarcity mindset is what has kept you in a holding pattern. Letting that go brings about a new type of abundance. Use this New Moon to come back to a community you may have left behind. Reconnect with old friends and re-establish yourself in the world. Reimagine your goals and focus on your future outcomes. Pay attention to how the present seems to inform your decisions. Mercury needs you to reflect a little before acting.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

Keyword: Achievement

You are shifting your focus from vision to commitment— ideas to long-term goals. Virgo Season may have inspired you, but Libra Season asks for you to start making things more concrete. This message comes loud and clear at the New Moon in Libra on October 6th. Your 10th House will be highlighted, bringing up themes of your career, life direction, and your public life. Matters of ‘what you do’ and ‘where you want to go’ will come up. It seems that you have been dreaming up what you desire, and now this New Moon is giving you a chance to take steps toward that dream. You may be busier than normal at work, especially with the Sun, Moon, and Mars all stacked up in this area of your chart. It could feel like a lot of compounding external pressure. Mars will give you the perseverance you need to see things through. If you want to make any changes in your career or work, this New Moon can help you. You may even have a chance with a job or promotion that had seemed to already pass you by. I say this because Mercury retrogrades this House, as well. So, something that seemingly has passed you by may come around again for another opportunity. If you aren’t looking for a new job, it might be a project that may need reworking, or old clients and coworkers can pop back up. Mercury is asking you to double-check your work carefully. Pay attention to your email etiquette, and make sure that you’re sending the right attachments to the correct email addresses for everything you send. Back up your work, too. I want you to avoid doing double the work as much as possible. Luckily, Mercury trines Jupiter at this New Moon. This can bring up old opportunities as new sources of income. Maybe someone from your past has work for you to do. Alternatively, if you have had resources tied up, it seems that the right help is on the way to help you with this. Jupiter is in your 2nd House, so the resources that will be available are more abundant than you initially realized. Pluto turns direct the day of this New Moon. This is very potent, as Pluto has been in your sign for years! This direct motion is almost like a sigh of relief. The heaviness that Pluto has brought will start to alleviate, but it will bring shadows to the surface at its initial pivot forward. You may have to face your own fears and confront your self-imposed limitations. Bad habits need to be addressed now. Pluto has been slowly transforming your identity and sense of self. Now there is more clarity on your motivations. Use this New Moon to help you make the appropriate moves in your career or life direction. Pay attention to pathways that open up in front of you, and reconnect with people from your industry. Seek help for any pending projects or issues from professionals. Rethink what you want out of your long-term goals and make commitments to starting the process.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

Keyword: Wisdom

Welcome to Libra Season, Aquarius! This is a time for growth and endless possibility for you— if you are willing to change your perspective a little. This time of year is all about trying new things and applying the wisdom you have gained from years passed. The New Moon in Libra gives this a little extra boost, as it falls in your 9th House. You could be taking on a new course of study, itching to travel, getting in touch with what inspires you, or simply just adjusting your mindset. The 9th House is all about expansion, and all efforts to help you reach beyond limitations are rewarded (especially with Jupiter in your sign). The Sun, Moon, and Mars create a stellium in this area of your chart, giving you motivation to do something different. You are being asked to have a little faith in yourself, and to be open to new opportunities— have more willingness to give something a try. Dreams take flight at this lunation for you. At the same time, Mercury will be retrograde in this House, as well. Mercury is asking that, as you begin to take leaps forward, you honor the past. Maybe there are some answers hidden in things you have left unresolved. Mercury may turn your attention to old spiritual practices, old values, old beliefs. You may be reinventing how you see the world, and reshaping those beliefs to match your current state. Alternatively, Mercury will also be inspiring knowledge you may have gained from past learning experiences (educational and experiential). You may be able to apply what you have learned in a more practical and real way now. Pay attention. Mercury trines Jupiter in your sign. This suggests that the more you are willing to let go, the more you are able to grow. Jupiter has been helping you dig your toes into the pools of possibility. At this New Moon, you can swim a little more, and submerge yourself more fully into the waters. Let your mind take you places you never thought you could go. You may call back a faith in yourself that you have long thought you lost. You could re-engage with places that you forgot existed. Sometimes our journeys backwards bring us insights into what we never saw initially. In this case, your past is informing your future. Reflect on what you’ve learned over the last many years, and decide what is worth taking with you— and, more importantly, what isn’t. Pluto reinforces this message as it turns direct the day of this New Moon. It is trudging through your 12th House, where endings that have been pending now come into sharp focus. Resolution. You need not fear as Pluto brings chapters of your life to a close. This sets the stage for what will come in the next few years. You have to be able to adapt to the changes that Pluto brings. They push you to believe more in yourself than you ever have before. Pluto is nearing the end of its time in Capricorn, where it will then shift into your sign. That will be applied transformation. But until then, focus on releasing what you can’t control. Use this New Moon to reignite the flame. Get inspired and reflect on all the wisdom you have gained in life. Practically apply knowledge from your past into the present moment, and allow your dreams to take flight. Growth is inevitable— so move with it, not against it.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Keyword: Transmutation

Some cycles are meant to be broken, Pisces. Libra Season brings about a new cycle in our life, our year and our mindset— a necessary shift of a season. However, for you, this shift is felt so much more as it also brings transits to your 8th House. The 8th House rules intimacy, cycles, magick, shared resources, death/beginnings, and the shadows. With the New Moon in Libra, this House will get some love. You are descending into the shadow before Scorpio Season even begins, and you are asked to confront what lies beneath the surface. Resilience is key as you walk through fire and ice to get to the core of what keeps you in your holding patterns. Like a Phoenix, you can rise again, burning brighter, faster, and hotter than ever before— but it may require a personal confrontation to your own limitations first. This New Moon calls for transformation as the Sun, Moon, and Mars all align in your 8th House. Mars brings a clear warrior spirit that may put you in a place of discomfort. From the outside looking in, it may be hard for others to see you breaking down old structures and habits. The cycles are ending, and new ones are being established in their place. It is in the shadow you find more clarity now than ever before. This is a chance to call back your power in a big way, especially with Mercury retrograde in Libra. The pains and feelings from the past creep up. This isn’t to torment you, but instead, to make you stronger. You are being asked to truly let things go and find your own magick again. You may comb through the years of healing, changing, transmuting, and overcoming that you have been through. Let the resilience you have found inform your present and future. Even if things feel dark now, know that the light is beaming through the cracks to guide you out of the cave. Mercury trines Jupiter in your 12th House, helping you find growth in the endings. Jupiter has been pushing you further off the edge, and into a liminal deep dive. You have become more aware of your intuition, and the gifts that have remained hidden from view. Jupiter tells you that there is expansion in this space. The more you release, the more you achieve. Expectations can hold us back. Right now, swimming through the sea of your spirit will bring you where you need to be. Keep things in flow. Pluto stations direct at this New Moon after months of being retrograde. It moves direct in your 11th House. Dreams that felt lost are found again. The fog around your future lifts and exposes sights you never thought you would see. There is a strong sense of awareness, but also support. The group— community— they give you a space to share and open up. Pluto brings you back to a place where you can find hope once more. Use this New Moon to do some shadow work and confront your fears. Open yourself up to the changes in life without controlling outcomes. Focus on reconnecting with parts of yourself that you thought you had lost. Reclaim your power and call back your magick. Resilience goes a long way.
