Cancer New Moon Miniscopes

Cancer New
Moon Miniscopes

The Renewal.

The New Moon falls at 14º Cancer, 6:57 PM ET on July 5th. The Moon comes home, back to its position where it feels most comforted and nourished by the soft energy of Cancer. We can let the waters rush in to cleanse us and prompt us for a new beginning. This is a baptism of sorts – we are renewed.

We watch the Moon itself closely, as it is the leader of this lunation. Just as the Moon goes dark, we too, turn inward to reorganize our inner world. The Moon touches the Sun, where they meet in a warm embrace. This energy is one of fresh starts and a reorientation of our internal and external worlds. We are taking stock of our emotional natures and trying to ensure that our needs are being met before we venture out into the world. This is especially true as both the Sun and Moon square Jupiter. We must understand what keeps us limited or bound before taking steps outside of ourselves.

Mars and Saturn connect with the New Moon, creating supportive aspects. Saturn is newly retrograde, so we are reworking and re-evaluating. With these two working together, they help to deconstruct what holds us hostage and create new pathways of revitalization. The Mars/Saturn sextile is a doorway toward intentional action and mindful movement. Whatever we begin now will have long-term impacts with a slow, but attainable, build. Venus also comes in with a harmonious aspect, creating more ease and softness now. It seems the battle between blazing new trails and remaining comfortable isn’t a battle at all. Instead, all of these planets work in tandem. Because we create comforts, we feel inspired to explore, quest; from this, everything else begins to steadily bloom in our lives.

Mercury and Jupiter add to the ease of this lunation through a lovely sextile. Jupiter speaks through communicative Gemini to tell us a story of how support, relationships, and community come to aid us in our time of need. Growth is steeped in who we know, who we connect with, and how we co-create. The more we are willing to share, the more we will succeed. Mercury will keep us in check and provide us a space to speak more freely and openly about how we feel or what we need. This is the remedy that we need right now.

Since this New Moon is the half way point between eclipses, we are in a pivotal time of change, culmination, and resolution. Use this time to assess what has come to light since April, looking at how you can move forward now. Evaluate your sense of security, and who or what you turn to in your time of need. Who is your home? What brings you safety? These things create the backbone of your next adventure.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 9º to 19º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

This New Moon rushes in to pour water over you and soften your energy. For you Aries, it is time to come home. You may have been feeling unsettled at best, and this lunation will have you focused on taking a respite.

Your family, home life and emotional well-being are coming into focus more clearly. This is a time to protect yourself and those you love – keeping them close. The New Moon will fall in your 4th House, highlighting your need to be more private. The Moon, itself, actually leads this New Moon and is at home in Cancer. So, the energy is much more natural and not forced — but it doesn’t come without obstacles. You may feel things changing around your family dynamic or even in your home life (buying, selling, redecorating, renting, etc). New Moons are opportunities to plant seeds, and if you have been unhappy with something, then now is the time to make some changes.

Key players at this lunation are Venus, Mars, and Saturn. Mars and Saturn sextile one another and harmoniously link up with the Sun, Moon, and Venus. All of these planets come together to push things through right now. This is the half way point of the recent eclipses, where we are seeing pivots, shifts, resolutions, and new developments unfold. The Taurus/Cancer sectors of your chart are the most activated right now. This creates some desire to go within and have your values connect more with your sense of safety and your spiritual life. If you have been trying for a change in your resources, the Venus/Uranus sextile in particular could prove to be helpful.

Use this New Moon to withdraw a bit and go within. Release pieces of the past to make way for a brighter future. Allow your happiness to shine through, no matter what anyone tells you. If you have been feeling overworked, then try to slow down and rest. Find time this lunation to nourish yourself.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Life probably feels a bit chaotic lately. There has been many ups and downs, especially with eclipses, Jupiter’s shift into Gemini, and Uranus continuing its stay in your sign. To add to this, Mars isn’t far behind, ready to link up with Uranus. However, this New Moon in Cancer comes in to nourish and heal.

It will fall in your 3rd House, so communication and dialogue will be extremely important. This is really not a time to mince your words or hold back. Instead, you have to be more open with saying what’s on your mind and heart – and more so, also be receptive to what others have to say. The Moon leads this New Moon, ensuring that emotions are brought to awareness — and perhaps are heightened. Anything that may have been subconscious, now creeps up out of the dark and is placed in the forefront of our minds. This can be helpful, especially if you are trying to create connections.

There is a lot of cosmic activity right now, as Mars and Saturn sextile one another and reach out to the Sun, Moon, and Venus. A majority of the planets are all interacting, and quite harmoniously I may add! You currently are hosting Mars and Uranus in your 1st House, adding to the desire to get things done and moving. You are more motivated than usual and can witness your energy levels surge. With Saturn so supportive, this can also create some stabilizing impacts in your life, especially through the guise of a lending hand. Venus, your ruler, brings with it softness and ease. In particular, community, friendships, and those closest to you are the most supportive.

Use this New Moon to really leverage your voice. Get in touch with those around you and share what is on your mind. Write things down and find ways to deal with the busy life you are surrounded by. Try to quiet those voices in your head that hold you back and seek help for any anxiety you may be taking on or hold. Perspective is everything. You need to see things a little differently in order to get ahead.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

With Jupiter in your sign, you could be feeling a need to grow, try, and explore more. You are craving newness and reaching beyond the horizons set before you. We had a Full Moon earlier this month had your mind on others, shared experiences and connections – but now this New Moon will change that. You will be more focused on self-reliance and your personal power.

The New Moon falls in your 2nd House, where income, material possession, self-worth, value, and critical self-understanding lie. Here, we take a stand. This New Moon is ruled by the Moon itself, because of its placement in Cancer. If you are looking for new sources of income or a promotion, this could be a good lunation for you to do so, but it won’t come without work. I think it would be best to encourage you to think about what you value and why. What is important to you and how does that impact your daily life? Understanding your self-worth and your morals are helpful as you navigate all of the changes that have been occurring. You can’t be caught up in the ambiguity anymore.

There are a host of planets are positively interacting with one another now. The Sun, Moon, and Venus all connect with Mars and Saturn. This alignment is highlighting a need to stabilize and build on the security that stands before you. You may have some changes going on that require you to have a bit more faith or trust, allowing that be a motivator more than anything else. Saturn in your 10th House is also welcoming some notoriety or visibility. You are reaching a pinnacle in what you bring to society right now, even if parts of it are under review. With Saturn trine the Sun, Moon, and Venus, you put your values forward and use that as your guiding light and a testament to your success.

Use this New Moon to get a handle on your resources, material and otherwise. Figure out how to spend your energy– and on what. See what potential opportunities arise around money and try to network with people to see if newer clients or work can come up. Comb through the things you own and purge what isn’t good for you anymore. Get your finances in order. But above all else, focus on how to call back your power, your self-worth and your potential. You have to let go of what stands in the way of you seeing your true value.

Cancer & cancer Rising

You have been working so hard behind the scenes and now we are reaching a breakout moment. A New Moon is always a good time to start a new cycle, but when it falls in your sign, what you begin is entirely up to you.

This New Moon falls in your 1st House turning your attention toward your individuality, motivations, identity and self. What keeps you going? Who are you and how do you show that to others? These are good questions to ask yourself, because you are now in a place where you can change perceptions. This is a time for show and tell — show them who you are, and if they don’t understand, tell them. Make no mistake, you have the floor. You ruler, the Moon, leads this New Moon, so your emotions may be heightened. Yet, there is such a natural energy around this lunation for you.

As this New Moon is the half way point between the eclipses, you are at a turning point or pivotal moment in your year! There is a sense that you are being asked to take the lead and head into a new direction. Your home and career sectors will be impacted but for the best! Mars and Saturn work well during this New Moon to bring long-term success and grounded stability. Decisions are not made with impulse but with a deep knowing. Both planets reach out the stellium of planets in Cancer, supercharging you and getting you ready for some exciting and empowering changes! You are putting yourself out there more and taking leaps of faith…and it is noticeable! Feel proud and confident of yourself right now. You are accomplishing so much.

Use this New Moon to focus on what you want out of life. See what brings your joy, passion, and happiness. Seek out desires and don’t be afraid to make your needs known. Work on creating more balance in your life and enact your boundaries. It is important. Instead of carrying the burdens, seek help. You have to release what no longer serves you now — whether that be a person, idea or something else. You are in the spotlight.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

It is time to rest, Leo! The last few weeks have had you busy, and there’s been quite a bit of change. Now is your chance to slow down, as this New Moon comes sweeping in to cool things off.

The New Moon falls in your 12th House, where your mind will be on completion. You may be working on wrapping up a project or bringing something to an end. You could also be plugging away behind the scenes or simply just feeling a bit run down. Whatever it is, the 12th House invites us to rest. There is a need here to let go and release tension and anything outside of our control. The Moon leads this New Moon, emphasizing the Cancerian qualities — consider this a point of reflection for you.

With a plethora of planets all working well together, this New Moon promises to be quite sweet — even though it is also the half way point between the eclipses. I urge to take a look at how your life has changed since March/April, and understand that there is more to come in September and October. Your career is throwing some surprising twists that is exalting your position and getting you some recognition that you deserve, even if you can’t see it now. There’s also a long-awaited resource that could be opening up for you, too. This feels more in terms of a shared resources, benefit, credit, etc. It may be worth taking up whatever opportunity comes your way. Mars and Saturn are harmonious and work well with the stellium of planets in Cancer to prove just how lovely this New Moon can be!

Use this New Moon to really bring yourself in. Take time to reflect, rest, and create your peace. Don’t let anyone or anything take that away from you. Focus on what you can receive and what you can release. This lunation is potent for you — finally closing a door, even if it isn’t easy. Some decisions aren’t to be made lightly, but you know in your heart what the outcomes will be. Take care of yourself.

The best thing you can do is allow people into your life, and to connect and converse.

The 11th House, where this lunation falls, also rules your hopes, dreams and wishes. So, a theme of this New Moon is about dreaming big and now allowing that to die. If you have a vision of what tomorrow can bring, use that to motivate you toward your future. The Moon leads this New Moon, reinforcing this message but also reminding you to connect with you emotional nature. Nurture feelings of optimism and blend that with your innate realism.

It serves as a turning point in our year, but one that yields ripe fruit. Friendships, relationships, and connections all are supportive now. You could be committing more deeply or desiring to collaborate more. Alternatively, your willingness to try new things and be spontaneous is also shining through. Why shouldn’t you try to break out of convention every once in a while? It seems that the more adventurous you opt to be, the more rewarded you feel now.

Take control of your future and go in the direction of your dreams. Focus on what really matters to you. You create the outcome.

Libra & Libra Rising

There seems to be a push and pull between your public and private worlds. Over the last few weeks, one has won out over the other. Know that this New Moon rushes in to create a tidal wave and have you ride to the top — or feel a bit of crash and burn.

Your 10th House is being highlighted – a place of career, direction, and honor. You may be busy with work and considering ways to change how you approach your career. This would be an ideal time to launch a product/project, bring your focus to the type of work you do and/or maintain your perspective in your goals. Are you feeling like you are doing what you want to do? How does this influence your daily life? Are you overwhelmed right now? Taking on too much? In some ways, you may be reaching a pinnacle. You could be redefining your purpose and pushing yourself to the next level. The Moon is the leader of this lunation, and it will ask for is a new mindset. So what is it going to be?

It is worth mentioning that this New Moon is a culmination and pivot point from the recent eclipses of Aries Season. However, instead of feeling jolting, this lunation is quite sweet. Mars in your 8th House and Saturn in your 6th are working well together to stabilize your daily commitments and how you approach your work life. You could find more opportunities to collaborate. Additionally, your health is coming into focus, too, but happily so! It seems you are building long-term commitments to your well-being. SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

You have come so far, and last month or so was a wild ride for you! Right now though, your mind turns toward some healing, slowing down and focusing on what’s here in front of you. This New Moon reinforces that message.

It falls in your 8th House, this is puts attention on shedding old skin, releasing and unearthing. You could be undoing the past few years and witnessing how far you have come in the last 6-12 months. Your life has completely transformed. This New Moon is asking for you to get intimate. Focus on your emotional well-being, but also share your depths with those you are close to. It could be a great New Moon for exploring interests and opening yourself up to the unknown. Alternatively, some of you may have past issues that crop up and need your attention. Because the 8th House is such a psychological house, it is wise to bounce things off of another (whether that be a partner, therapist, friend, etc). It touches us to see something in a new way.

With Mars and Saturn working well at this lunation, you could be adopting healthier habits at home. It seems that you are wanting to make a change in how you live your daily life, and that is starting at the root…literally. You could be updating your recipes, creating a space for a home gym, or simply shifting your routines for more spaciousness. Whatever it is, it seems that you are motivated to be better to yourself. Mars and Saturn connect beautifully to the Sun, Moon, and Venus. All of these planets working well seem to make for a lovely New Moon, overall. Lean into the sweetness where you can.

Use this New Moon to work on yourself and your inner world. Focus on your healing and the ways in which you can get intimate with those you love and trust. Open yourself up to new areas for resources and be willing to share and receive what is available. Find time to break cycles that keep you in harmful patterns. You are like a snake, constantly shedding skin.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

With two Full Moons occurring in your sign this year, you are sort of in the spotlight right now. You may have some changes to your partnerships and relationships with others — or even your relationship with yourself. This New Moon in Cancer will highlight those changes and what still needs to be released.

Your 7th House is being illuminated right now, which places focus on the “others” in our lives. You could be thinking about boundaries, connection, and how you fit into said relationship. Now, keep in mind, this isn’t always a romantic relationship. This is about a union of any kind — business partner, close friendship, etc. You may be more willing with the give and take — just know to keep a balance. If you are single, this is can be a time to meet someone. If you are attached and happy, you may want to take things to the next level. Now, here’s the thing about 7th House transits, if you are UNHAPPY, then know that a new beginning may be sparked by and ending (but of course it will be for the best in the end). Only you know the intricacies of this relationship or how it may play out for you.

With your ruler, Saturn, working well at this lunation, it seems that friends and those close to you are all acting as a grounding force. Mars aids Saturn, and brings with it a bit of fun and playful energy from your 5th House. You are motivated toward more leisure and trying to enjoy the small things. Mars and Saturn connect well with the Sun, Moon, and Venus. You may feel the social activities start to settle in. This interconnectedness of planets creates a strong sense of sweetness and ease that is quite welcomed, especially as this New Moon acts as the half way point between the eclipses. Watch what culminates or changes now that may have began in March/April of this year. You may be asked to compromise a bit more, but it is worth it in the end.

Use this New Moon to evaluate your relationships and focus on how much energy is putting into yourself or others. If it is imbalanced, it is time to restore it all to equilibrium. Pluto is pulling you into yourself, a call to nourish yourself from the inside out — perhaps really embrace your own personal evolution. Let the river run through your soul and cleanse every piece of you. It is time.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

You are taking things slow right now. You have been making changes to your daily routine and your life, in general, even in subtle ways. But it seems that the day to day operations are what are making the most impact. You are looking to take more ownership and control of your daily affairs. You maybe finding your way in a new job or simply just settling into a new routine.

This New Moon falls in your 6th House, and all of this lies here. In addition, health could be a focus, too. You may be trying to do better and be better to your body. A New Moon in your 6th House is an excellent time to look for work and to start routines that you want to carry with you into the long term. The Moon rules this lunation, so you have to feel emotionally aligned with whatever it is that you are starting. There has to be a connection. So, don’t do something just because it sounds right. Instead, do it because it feels right.

Mars is adding motivation to your foundational self. It is blazing through your 4th House, getting you to “clean things up” at home. You could be organizing or addressing some issues that have been left on the back burner. As Mars reaches out to Saturn, this creates room for more abundance and opportunities for resources. It seems that a long-term relationship may be getting established or built that could support your financial picture or even your self-worth. As Mars and Saturn reach out the Sun, Moon, and Venus, you will feel quite busy! Commitments made, especially in regard to a project or financial opportunity will be long-lasting and stable. You may be surprised by what it all culminates to in the long-run! Try to keep that big picture perspective in mind.

Use this New Moon to focus on your schedule, routines, and daily life. Try to rearrange things to make it work for you. Don’t be afraid to state your needs and listen to your body more. Get back on track by caring for yourself, and try not to overextend into doing too much. Know your limits.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

Right now, you are receiving reminders of what it means to focus on your own joy — and we have a New Moon in Cancer, that is helping you with this. With a New Moon in a fellow Water sign, the energy is more natural and receptive. You can easily accept whatever comes, as it is a reflection of your own element.

This lunation falls in your 5th House, so your mind will be on creativity, joy, happiness, creation, and possibly even love. You may get a wind of inspiration that rolls through and empowers you. You know that your happiness is essential, and now that is more clear than ever. What this New Moon invites you to do is reflect on what brings you pleasure and play in life. You have to connect with that inner child and open yourself up to the fun in life. Let loose a little and relax your shoulders. If you have kids, this would be an ideal New Moon to connect with them. If you are looking to conceive, this lunation is good for that, too. Of course, this isn’t just conception of human life, but also a conception of an idea or even a romance! The 5th House rules creation, and that is creation of all kinds. The Moon rules this lunation, so emotions may be heightened, but you are no stranger to this. This is a push to listen to your inner knowing, your compass, to guide you in the direction you need to go.

With Saturn in your sign, things have felt a little heavy lately. It is now retrograde and super supported at this New Moon. The tensions you felt temporarily subside, and with it comes motivation, excitement, change, and some ease. Mars and Saturn work well together to bring a friends or community to your side. You may have people surrounding you now. Additionally, you could receive some good news that shifts your perspective and future trajectory in some way. Maybe you have been waiting for a confirmation or an agreement. It seems that it is likely around this lunation. And whatever it is brings with it creativity and a more joyful outcome. This is especially true as Mars and Saturn reach out the Sun, Moon, and Venus all in Cancer. It is time to taste some of the sweetness that life has to offer. Consider this a small reward after a lot of hard work.

Use this New Moon to open yourself creatively. Follow your passions and listen to your heart. Go with what sets your soul ablaze and don’t let anyone stop you. Give voice to your happiness and your joy. You can take up space, it doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t get their share, too. Start a creative project and just genuinely allow yourself time to relax. Your heart is your guiding force. Where will it lead you?

Creating Foundations.

The Full Moon falls at 1º Capricorn, 9:07 PM ET on June 21st. We now enter a Full Moon phase, where we begin to create foundations and structures from that New Moon. This is specifically true as the Moon becomes full to the brim in Capricorn. We are asked to confront our own personal barriers, walls, and fortresses. (I think it is important to note that this is one of two Capricorn Full Moons we will experience this year — there is a definite theme of beginning and ending).

Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, where it redefines, restructures, and rebuilds all that has come into focus over the last few weeks. We know that path isn’t always easy, but through hard work comes reward — every time. Saturn isn’t just about obstacles, but also the pinnacle. We have ascended the mountain and made it to the peak, but we have a different perspective on life from up here. So, to rest peacefully on top of that mountain, we must be willing to let some things go. At this Full Moon, we are invited to see how expansion is found outside of the boundaries set before us. This is a commitment to our growth, our fullness, and to those new perspectives.

Actually, this Full Moon comes with some ease around it. The Sun is caught in connection to Mercury and Venus. There is a general feeling of homeostasis, as these planets rejoice with one another. This trilogy of Cancerian placements creates spaciousness and nourishment – pointing to where we can feel into our desires for safety. Since Saturn leads the Full Moon, the overall feeling is quite stabilizing. Allowing us to effectively be in our emotions – claiming and naming every feeling that may arise.

Mercury has just come into alignment with the Sun and with Venus, and our thoughts are not only meant to be shared – but also to bring full awareness to our desires. To enhance this energy, Mars harmoniously connects with Mercury and Venus. We may be asked to be more visible, witnessed, or seen. People are listening, so what are you saying? Mercury’s importance at this lunation teaches us the value of reciprocity and the power we find in our exchanges with those around us. We are told to remain flexible. But how can we find flexibility under a Capricorn lunation?

Perhaps rigidity isn’t permanent, as structures become more malleable than we once thought. We model and mold new pieces out of the clay of our minds from our own hands. Over time, it will harden, but just a little water can bring it back to a working state. This is the significance of the Cancer/Capricorn axis. Nothing is truly as immovable as we sometimes think. With a little nourishment, we can allow ourselves to let go of the “permanent” structures that don’t suit us anymore, making room for new, flexible structures in their place.

It is time to douse and rework the clay in our lives, so we can mold what we need out of what we have.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 0º to 6º or 26º to 29º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

This full moon is highlighting two of the angles in the chart.  When emphasis is placed here, we’re accessing the anchors in the life. This is an opportunity to think big!

Full moons highlight a polarity, the dance of opposite themes that we must balance to reach a state of equilibrium. For Aries, this polarity exists with the Moon in the most public place of the chart, the house associated with career or public life, and the Sun in the place called “The Subterranean”, a place of ancestry, roots, and home.  You might be pondering work/life balance.

Saturn is the host of this lunation, and is currently transiting a place connected to the subconscious and dreams.  Saturn was historically the gateway to the gods, and not only reminds us of our limits, but also connects to the mysteries of the unseen. Saturn is leading from a place that is rarely accessed in our conscious life.  With Saturn in Pisces, and leading here, you tread the place of secrets and of structures built “behind the scenes” . Saturn provides the practical ways to edit the story around career goals or reputation, but from a place of inspiration.  There is a creative connection here between the luminaries and Neptune.  You might also find you feel the need for rest and alone time.  Often our best creative ideas come through a little solitude!

There is also great potential for research, dream work, and any other creative practice such as journaling that you enjoy doing alone.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

The full Moon in Capricorn for Taurus is connected to a place of ideals. Full moons are a time of release for the purpose of making space.  As they connect us to themes of opposites, we’ve reached a space of learning and teaching.   Saturn is hosting this full moon from a place associated with peers and colleagues or groups of friends.

Taurus brings to mind impeccable standards, and exquisite taste. The last few months may have brought about changes to your personal ethos. Jupiter spent the last year helping you conceive and grow new parts of your identity

Now there comes an opportunity to share your knowledge. Shedding the skin of old beliefs might begin to feel natural, or better yet, necessary.  This might also be a period in which you separate from friends you’ve outgrown. Saturn is the leader here, as the ruler of the Capricorn moon, and might be addressing friendships or groups that no longer support your new vision.  Separation doesn’t always have to be permanent, this just might be a moment in which you start to shine with newfound confidence.  Neptune adds a little glamour and inspiration to a place associated with hopes and dreams.   Connections with new or different groups of people are quite possible at this time.  You might find that the nature of the changes you’re experiencing open up new worlds to further this development of self.  The Sun and Venus are spending time together in the house of siblings and daily life.

Don’t ignore the pull to keep things “closer to home” if you hear those voices calling.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Geminis have a lot to look forward to this full moon as Capricorn is the house associated with debts and obligations.  This lunation brings light to places that tend to be hidden or obscured from view. As full moons allow us to cleanse and release, the elimination of burden associated with debt is one possibility.  The light is brightest in a place of “soul contracts”.

It might be a great opportunity to focus on relationships that are out of balance. As this is also the house of “other people’s money” and debts (as well as inheritance!) This could be just the opportunity to take control of your finances.  Venus, Mercury, and the Sun are all opposing the moon from the house associated with your own resources.  This planetary combination suggests solutions. With Jupiter now firmly in your identity house, you might have newfound confidence.

This month is all about finding agency through your own mettle, creating your own foundation.  How do you feel resourced?  How do you cultivate self-esteem?  What gives you a sense of security? Saturn is the leader here, and is ruling this celestial event from the house known as “The Subterranean”.  It connects you to the most private of places.  Saturn has been in the family and ancestry house since March of 2023. The connection here could be as simple and as literal as the decision to take out a loan to improve your home.  It could be more complex and a deep dive into the ways your parents earned and spent money that you inherited.  If the latter, you have an opportunity to create a new financial narrative that better supports your goals for the future.

I like the potential for this moon to give you financial confidence and independence.

Cancer & cancer Rising

This month is all about relationships for Cancer.  The full moon is happening in a place that is associated with the setting of the sun. Historically, this house held all the pleasurable things that occurred at the end of the day. Sunset.

This place is all about our devoted one-on-one connections. From a more  modern perspective, spouses, significant others, or business partners fall into this realm, but it’s definitely not a group dynamic. It’s all about intimacy.  Therapy also falls into this category, as the dedicated work done in an intimate setting would be a seventh house activity.  With a full moon in such a vulnerable place, emotions may be extra tender.

This lunation is led by Saturn in a Pisces from the place connected to our highest ideals.  Potential for revelations or spiritual awakenings within relationships are possible, as well as the possibility to discover and address changes that need to be made.  Saturn connects us to security and is especially powerful in creating lasting results. A full moon in the seventh house could also illuminate the nature of long concerted efforts in such a union. If you aren’t in a relationship, the full moon could be creating space for one that you desire.  Saturn leads the way by creating new ideals, as well as admirable standards,  and the moon allows old concepts to fall away. Saturn will show us where there is a leaky container. As always with full moons, space is created.

It’s a great time to think about commitments! How do you want to be held? What deserves your efforts?  What would you like in return?

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

This is a great time to create balance.  This past year Jupiter blessed you with growth and attention in the top of the chart, a place associated with reputation or career.  The full moon this month is highlighting a place often associated with labor or service.  Cancer season might be a time when you crave rest, or time off.  The Sun in Cancer lights up your twelfth house which is a place of pondering, gestation, or quiet. Allow your mind to wander and your body to rest.  Ultimately, the full moon is telling you it’s time to slow down.  You don’t need to take every project that comes your way.  It’s not necessary to prove yourself.  The moon is in a house associated with sacrifice.

Saturn rules Capricorn, and is leading this lunation from the eighth house.  This is a place associated with other people’s resources.  As Saturn is a teacher, and not a tyrant, you might have to get clear about your obligations.  Is a sense of duty or debt causing you to burn the candle at both ends?

Jupiter has now entered your 11th house, a place where it rejoices.  It’s often said that when this occurs, we reap the rewards of our work.  How can you lighten your load to receive these gifts?

Use this full moon to pay attention to your health, and the need to restore order and balance. Let your schedule get a little looser.  Do something alone, just for you!

Virgo & Virgo Rising

Virgos are examining the nature of joy this month.  Saturn leads the question, “How do you express or embody joy?” Virgo, often your love language is that of care and service. This full moon might lead you to places where you receive care and service.  With Saturn in the 7th, you might begin to notice where you have been taking on more than your fair share.  You might be pondering the nature of commitment.  Full moons release, and a Saturn led lunation is connected to limits.

The moon this month is in a house associated with Venus. Her themes are that of beauty, children, pleasure, art, and music. . This is a great time to cultivate a creative practice. If you’re inspired by music or theater, buy tickets to a show.  Museum visits or nature walks could also be wonderful this time of year.

The Sun, Venus, and Mercury are in a house connected to both support and groups. This is a great opportunity to find inspiration through new connections, and assess old ones.  The hard work of setting boundaries comes to mind with this lunation.  Virgo, are you tirelessly giving and finding yourself short on time or energy to pour back into your own container?

This is a great time to connect with others, either romantically or creatively, without putting in all the effort.  This month could be a great time to learn new ways of relating.  If there are children in your life, you might find that they are messengers of joy themselves!

Libra & Libra Rising

Libra is a sign associated with balance and fairness. It feels fitting that the polarity this month occurs across the axis that balances the most public with the most private. There is a pull between what you do out in the world or career life, and that which is personal.

You might be reaching a crossroads in which a choice around time management is necessary. Maybe career has been the focus and now the emphasis is directed towards family.  The moon sits in the house called “the subterranean” for this lunation.  This is an insular place, one of comfort and family. You might be pulled to care for loved ones, or to stay close to home.  When we have a full moon in this place, stories of ancestry, or that of our childhood may come up for examination.  TheHellenistic tradition ties this place to fathers.  Creating a new narrative around fatherhood or your paternal experience could prove to be very healing.

Saturn is the leader here, and in a house that is associated with both work and sacrifice. An invitation to release work that is not necessary could present itself.  Saturn has the incredible gift of fortitude, and also that of limits.  The moon and some extra time at home could show you where that Libran balance might be found.  Perhaps you discover that you can delegate some of your responsibilities to spend more time with those you love.

Allow retreat and rest to prevail, without it there is no true balance.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

Scorpio has a way of observing the world and taking in information. That skill is highlighted this month. The third house represents our daily environment and the communication therein.  With a full moon here, there might be a need to alter the nature of daily habits and routines.   We might find that the full moon creates a sort of busyness, one in which our interactions and their implications facilitate change.  As this is a place of learning, writing, and communication in general, you could find yourself responding to invitations to collaborate on new projects.  You could also decide that it’s time to take on a new course of study. You might find magic in the mundane of the day to day.

Collaborations with those in your field or whom you see regularly are also possible for this lunar cycle. Often with planets transiting this place we reconnect to siblings or cousins.

This was called “the temple of the goddess” and there exists ancient lore that connects this place to the goddess Ceres, the goddess of the hearth.  By the scheme of planetary joys, this is where the moon was said to rejoice.  As the moon was connected to fortune, the daily environment of the life, or external circumstances, the full moon is poised to illuminate the parts of your daily life that can be infused with magic through the process of release. Saturn connects Scorpio to limits through the house of pleasure.

There is great wisdom to be found when we balance the things that bring us joy with the duty and responsibility of daily life.  This month brings an opportunity for precisely that!

SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

This month Sagittarius is taking a look at both personal resources and self esteem. The 2nd house was said to be invisible as well as a “gate” to the places below the horizon, away from public view.  Often, transits through this place can feel elusive.  This is your opportunity to get clear about what helps you to feel resourced.

With major growth this year having taken place around work you do for others, as well as areas of sacrifice, you might just have a vision of what you want for the future.  In April, Jupiter and Uranus made a once-every-fourteen-years conjunction in your 6th house.  Is the nature of your job about to get an upgrade?  Do you have plans to change the weight of your duties or responsibilities? Have you recently been promoted?   With the full moon lighting up the 2nd house of resources, you’re likely thinking about the nature of security.  The opportunity to take control of your financial situation is here.   Are there plans in place for creating new streams of income?  Have you decided you want to make some investments?

Saturn rules this full moon from the most private place in the chart.  As this connects the lunar story to one of family, childhood, and ancestry, the breakthroughs might feel tender.  It’s very likely that some old stories about your self worth come into the light to be released. Often we can be connected to our family of origin’s perception of wealth, or of lack.  You can connect to a new narrative through this lunation.  As Saturn is also in the place associated with your literal home, you could be faced with decisions that are more mundane.  Perhaps you’re considering some home improvements, and need to weigh your options to maintain a sense of financial responsibility.

This lunar cycle has your focus on wealth, and how to create it.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

For Capricorns, the moon falls in the house associated with self.  This is a place connected to appearance, to the physical body, and to the nature we present to the world.  This place is “The Helm”.  It has influence in that it represents the direction in which you steer your life.  A full moon here connects you to the physical experience of your existence. Where are you going?

Capricorn is familiar with the steely nature of Saturn, as it is the ruler of your ascendant. Saturn is connecting you to your deepest self  once again through this lunation and from the house of communication.  Saturn is transiting your third, and that house was also connected to divination and magic.  The third house is a place of thinking, perception, and reflection.  Saturn connects us to that which we cannot see.  Saturn provides both limits and a realistic view of the efforts we must undertake to become our best selves.

This lunation feels important, and maybe connected to the culmination of Pluto’s time in this place, connected more deeply through the emotional realms of the moon.

This lunation allows you release old versions of yourself, and to connect more deeply to practices that communicate the lessons you’ve experienced.  You might be drawn to a new aesthetic, a version of you that’s wiser or more at ease.  This could also be a moment in which you commit to pursuing new studies, ones that take your vision of yourself to the next level!

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

For Aquarius, this moon highlights the subconscious.  Capricorn is your 12th house, the place that represents magic before it released in the physical world. The moon here feels comfort in secrets, not necessarily in a bad way, but rather as something precious, protected.   Illumination here is hard to see, and often transits to the 12th are not fully recognized until the next cycle. I like to think of this house as a place of “perpetual wandering”.  12th house transits can feel like diving into dream space, or “walking” through the subconscious looking for treasure. Aquarius, you’re connecting with a place of solitude, reflection, and your deepest intuition.

In a birth chart, we can sometimes see the circumstances leading up to birth presented here.  By transit, it can draw attention to ideas that need opportunity to grow.

Aquarius by nature is Saturnian, but in a much different way than Capricorn.  There is however solidarity between these two signs in terms of limits.  This lunar cycle might create existential questions around what feels sustainable in your resources.  The reason for this is Saturn’s lead from another invisible place, the 2nd house.

Of all the signs in the zodiac, Aquarius is being initiated into a meditation on what grows in the dark.  This could be a moment in which you find ways to feel more financially stable.  You might dream up a new source of revenue, or even get creative by adjusting investments or ways of spending that overextend you.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

A lot of personal work has occurred since March of 2023 for you Pisces.  The ruler of this full moon is Saturn, a planet that has been transiting your first house for quite some time. Of all the places in the chart, Saturn has been helping you develop new parts of your identity.

The lunation itself, this Capricorn full moon is highlighting community.  Perhaps you’ve made new friends or joined a group recently.  You might feel called to some kind of action that requires a team.  This house was known as the joy of Jupiter, the “house of good fortune”.

The question is, how are you making space for “good spirit? The 11th house is hopes and dreams and places of unexpected support.  As full moons illuminate necessary endings, and this one places Saturn, the lord of endings himself at “The Helm”, you might find a part of your old identity falling away with ease.

Neptune is also in your sign, Pisces.  Neptune softens hard edges, and you might feel inspired to change something about your appearance that suits your updated vision.

About Vivian of Stars in alignment

Here is a little about Viv in her own words:

I’m a Hellenistic astrologer. I started my journey with modern archetypal astrology (and I still weave a lot of that into my readings). The study of fate and free will through the wandering stars is the basis of my practice. As a deeply spiritual person, I use that as a foundation to help navigate the TIMING of life, through astrology. Compassion and honesty are the foundational pillars of my practice.

I see astrology as divination, and there is alchemy within the process. We ask a question and read the map of the stars to help advise or plan. Together hope and planning can be used to balance the challenges encountered in daily life. Astrology as a tool, especially using Hellenistic timing techniques.

The types of queries which interest me most: personal, deep, traumatic, and engaged with inner work. I’m unafraid of dark, shadowy, or taboo subjects. I’m also thrilled to discuss joyful topics, but it’s not that often we seek advice in the midst of bliss.

I’d like to think of myself as a guide, because what happens when we’re engaged in a reading is pure magic. It can never be entirely planned but is always exactly what we need.

Mutable Moments.

The New Moon falls at 16º Gemini, 8:37 AM ET on June 6th. With a gust of wind, the doors are swung open wide —waiting for you to walk through. This is exactly what the New Moon in Gemini is inviting in. This New Moon is one where we seek clarity of mind and space. The Gemini energy surrounding this lunation shows us that words hold power, and with that, we can speak our realities into existence. Like the Magician, we create our futures by integrating and amalgamating into our lives everything we have learned up to this moment. We float on the exhale of every word and wrap ourselves around our ideas, nurturing them as they take flight. Altogether, we rise higher and higher while maintaining control of our path.

Mercury is the leader of this New Moon, emphasizing the need to communicate, express, and speak: we can change everything with a single word. Mercury is active through its transits, empowered by Jupiter and moving toward the Sun, Moon, and Venus. We can’t lack conviction to speak openly with confidence, words matter and people are listening. Jupiter invites us to open up, speaking with truth and honesty above all else.

With this said, the Sun and Moon do square Saturn, creating a bit of tension. We are walking, what feels like heavily, with one hand outstretched to find our way forward. Yet, we get flashes of insight, pulling us to move beyond Saturn’s lead-laden land. This feeling is temporary, and once we clear the air, we can see that there are no obstacles ahead of us — or that they aren’t as bad as they seem.

The New Moon is empowered by Venus, bringing a softness to the edgy feelings at this New Moon. We embody our desires and values now. We can see that ease isn’t so bad, and perhaps that is how we overcome our obstacles. With so much Mutable energy at this lunation, we have to lean into the Gemini nature of flexibility and adaptability. We can be where we are needed instead of forcing ourselves where we don’t belong.

If you feel overwhelmed, take a minute to breathe and feel yourself lifting up as the air fills your lungs. Just don’t lose sight of the ground.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 11º to 21º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Mutable placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

Aries, this has been a big year for you! The North Node of Fate has been traversing your sign, bringing with it pivotal shifts encouraging your realignment with your true Aries nature. You are here to inspire others through your journey of self-discovery. You do this by charting your own path. Now may be the time to start a new venture.

This New Moon also offers a time to consider what you hold in common with Gemini – a youthful spirit with an eagerness to learn and a contagious optimism. However, Gemini as a Mutable sign creates a bit more options and unexpected choices for your natural ambitious approach. While Aries may typically be direct, Gemini brings awareness to the duality inherent in all things. Trust your instincts, while also being open to another’s point of view.

As new ideas, connections, and opportunities flow in, how might you more swiftly communicate your truth? This offers foreshadowing, as Jupiter just entered Gemini where it will stay for the next year. This opens you to new writing opportunities and collaborations with close friends. Now is the time to grow your capacity to share information.

In addition, Chiron is conjunct Hygeia in Aries on this New Moon. Chiron is the planetoid often referred to as the wounded healer, while Hygeia is the asteroid associated with health and hygiene. This indicates a strong impulse towards the need for greater healing and integration. Whatever core wounds you’ve been working through over the past few years may find spaciousness and alleviation through new insight.

And finally, each New Moon offers an opportunity to check back in with your ruling planet Mars. Currently Mars is in your home sign of Aries at 28º. There is a culmination of maturation on this New Moon. Use the Emperor in the tarot to meditate on this soul-growth potential available for you Aries. New Moon blessings!

Taurus & Taurus Rising

Taurus, you have been in the process of a radical awakening, as Jupiter and Uranus aligned in your sign last month. This has likely brought with it expansion and innovation that reconnect you with the Earth. This Gemini New Moon offers a moment of exhale to process it all. Stay open to a fresh perspective. This may give you an opportunity to enjoy all of your hard work through social interaction and new relationships. Perhaps sit under a tree and journal about all that has unraveled and changed in your life this year.

On this New Moon, your ruling planet Venus is strongly at play. Venus is exactly aligned in the sky with the Gemini Sun. This is often referred to as a Venus Cazimi – “cazimi” translates to “in the heart”. A New Moon of setting intentions around all matters of the heart – relationships, work, money, beauty and art. When meditating on this through the lens of Gemini it invites you to focus on social interaction and exchange.

How might you open yourself up to relationships that mirror back to you your innate genius and worthiness? Use the Lovers card in the tarot, Gemini’s card, as a meditation for reflection on this New Moon. Realign with your values, particularly as it relates to the ways in which you communicate and share ideas with others.

As a Taurus, it is also always beneficial for you to connect with the health of your body. Gemini rules over the hands, arms, and lungs. You may find it beneficial to spend time in nature, focusing on your breath. Connect with the air element through lightness of movement. As you move your body, connect with Gemini’s body parts. Invite in new love and opportunity. Inhale, say to yourself, “I am open and receptive to all forms of love from my body.” Exhale, releasing any stagnation that has built, freeing you up for new delights. Gemini New Moon blessings to you sweet Taurus!

Gemini & Gemini Rising

Dear Gemini, this is your time of year! If you are a Gemini Sun, happy birthday! If you are a Gemini Moon or Gemini Rising, this is a potent time to realign with your soul gifts. This New Moon offers an opportunity to really drop in and tune in to your growing potential. As we embark on this new lunar cycle, the Gemini new moon holds special significance. Not only does this New Moon occur in your sign, there’s also many astrological occurrences that are quite auspicious and potent for you.

As of last week, Jupiter just entered the sign of Gemini. Jupiter represents the accumulation of wisdom throughout one’s lifetime. Jupiter stays in a sign for an entire year, which indicates that from now until Gemini season of 2025, your very sense of self is undergoing a process of growth, abundance and expansion.

On one hand, Jupiter amplifies whatever sign it transits. This creates space for your unique voice to shine brightly. As a Gemini, you bring a tremendous amount of joy and inspiration to the world. You hold the gift of wit and word that uplifts spirits in your immediate surroundings. However, on the other hand, Jupiter can also exasperate your outdated Gemini tendencies. Feelings of being scattered, flighty, or overwhelmed with options or interests could disperse your energy.

On this Gemini New Moon, consider reconnecting with practices that allow you to explore duality. Meditation and movement practices that cultivate mindfulness are recommended for your Mutable Air nature. What new insights might come to you if you allow yourself to go on a walk in silence? Commune with nature and bring particular awareness to the birds and the wind for new insights.

This connection to nature is further emphasized by Venus being in the sign of Gemini. On this New Moon, we are gifted with a cosmic kiss, as Venus, the esoteric ruling planet for Gemini, aligns with the Sun and Moon. This alignment of the Venus Cazimi gives you space to set new intentions around your values and desires, inviting greater love into your life. Happy birthday, dear Gemini, may this new moon bring you boundless blessings and infinite possibilities.

The presence of the Venus Cazimi in Gemini brings a focus on love, beauty, and harmony on your spiritual journey. It encourages you to cultivate love and compassion, with yourself and with others. This allows you to release any self-limiting beliefs or patterns that hinder your growth. How might you fully embrace your spiritual self? Now is the time to let yourself shine brightly as you navigate the depths of your being and find solace in your unique way.

Jupiter, newly in the sign of Gemini, adds an expansive and transformative energy to this new moon. It also amplifies your intuitive abilities over the next year, encouraging you to trust your inner wisdom. This is a time for spiritual growth and expansion, as you embrace new perspectives and open yourself up to the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.

Asteroid Vesta's presence in Cancer further enhances your connection to the divine and the sacred. Sagittarius Full Moon Miniscopes

Sagittarius full
Moon Miniscopes

Expansion & Transition.

The Full Moon falls at 2º Sagittarius, 9:53 AM ET on May 23rd. The Sun shines on the Moon, reminding us that release and growth go hand in hand. We reflect the dichotomy of our natures with a Full Moon: the internal & external—intimate & exposed. The fact that it falls in Sagittarius should not go unnoticed, as expansion results from what is to come. When faced with adversity or limitation, Sagittarius pushes beyond all barriers to reach its highest point — and even then, it keeps going. We can start to see things for what they are, and there is no mistaking. We must step back and see the big picture. What has really transpired in the last few weeks? How does this relate to my life overall?

Jupiter, the benevolent, is the leader of this Full Moon. Wherever it touches, we see potential and growth—removing all obstacles that may stand in our way. Jupiter is in Taurus, and we see that things around us become grounded, even abundant. Venus will join Jupiter, finishing out a story that has begun April 20th and yielding abundant results from this lunation. These two benefics come together to make this one of the best Full Moons of 2024.

The Sun and Moon work well with Neptune and Pluto, so we may be ready to take those leaps of faith for our own sense of growth. We are motivated to seek out uncharted territory and take the lead. The influence of these two generational planets gives us insurmountable energy. We have vision. We can unearth. We can alchemize.

With the Sun in an out of sign conjunction to Venus, there is an immense softness that we can’t ignore now. Venus will reach out to Neptune in beautiful sextile, creating a dreamy send off to Venus in Taurus. Hours after the exaction of the Full Moon, Venus will enter Gemini and just two days later, Jupiter is sure to follow.

With transitional energy so strong at this Full Moon, purpose and potential lie in our ability to let go – it is from the Full Moon’s release that we are truly set free.

Our soul knows no bounds.

If you have any personal planets in your chart at 0º to 10º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Mutable placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER

Aries & Aries Rising

As you stand at the threshold of your next move, you find that you are being asked to see the potential. This is important because you are not as limited as you may have originally thought you were. Sometimes it takes seeing things from a new perspective to gain clarity or know what is possible. This Full Moon comes at a great time, as it blazes through in bright Sagittarius and highlights your 9th House of expansion, growth, exploration, and possibility.

You may have felt like you had one option, but have not given yourself the chance to see there are others around you. You need to know that you are in a position where you create your destiny and outcomes. It may require you to take a leap of faith––trusting yourself comes to mind. Some of you may be looking to gain more insight or a new skill, either through higher education, experience, travel, or self-learning. You could be taking classes, joining a cause, or confronting outdated beliefs. Whatever it is, you are all eyes toward your growth. There is so much in you that you have yet to explore. It is time to dive right in.

Jupiter, the giver of gifts, is finishing a transit through your 2nd House and happens to lead this Full Moon. Jupiter will give you one last boost to increase your earning potential, financial situation, and self-worth. Overall, you can see yourself in a better position in the days and weeks after this lunation. It will touch on Venus, magnifying its energy and reach out to Neptune in your 12th House, who is helping you find the balance and clarity in release and letting go. There is almost a maturity that you have undergone in the last year as Saturn has also been in your 12th House, which has pulled you closer to trusting yourself, and your intuition, and thus cultivating a stronger sense of faith. Saturn wants you to really get in touch with your inner sanctum and remind yourself of the power you hold.

Use this Full Moon to know that you hold the keys to your own success. You can explore new realms, possibilities, and spiritual growth. You may go back to school, take a course, or even seek new ways to shift your perspective. The sky’s the limit when you open yourself up more.

Taurus & Taurus Rising

It feels like you are making an important decision for yourself soon. You know that there is something looming– and you feel called to step back a bit. There may have been a setback or news you received that caused you to re-evaluate. This Full Moon in Sagittarius comes in and says it is time to let go, refocus, and transform.

It illuminates your 8th House, a space in a chart that remains in the shadow. When we are provided with light in this area, we see parts of our life that need to be addressed, healed, and confronted. You may be working through your emotions, going to therapy, or seeking counsel. You could be looking at alternative resources that may be available to you, and sharing more intimate information with people you trust. You know you want to break an important cycle or end something that isn’t working. This is a chance for you to get your ducks in a row and make your preparations. Some of you may even receive news about a bonus, contract, group project, or investment at this time, as well. There is an obvious focus on your resources — both shared and personal.

Jupiter leads this Full Moon and will be well aspected at this lunation, yielding long-term results. Jupiter has been going through your sign in the last 12 months, and now you can start to reap the benefits of its transit. It touches on your ruler, Venus, just before they both shift into Gemini. Jupiter will also harmonize with Neptune. You could be making some decisions about your hopes or future dreams. There seems to be a sound conclusion that you are able to reach. Your hard work isn’t going unnoticed. With Jupiter still in Taurus, you will see abundance in everything you devote your energy to.

Use this Full Moon to do some shadow work and confront your fears. Open yourself up to the changes in life without controlling outcomes. Focus on reconnecting with parts of yourself that you thought you had lost. Reclaim your power and call back your magic. Resilience goes a long way.

Gemini & Gemini Rising

You are being called to seek balance now. This month has had you focused on yourself, your motivations, and the things you desire. Now, you are starting to see how your actions extend beyond you and bleed into those around you. You may have your mind on your relationships, your partnerships, or the “others” in your life. People hold importance now. This sweet Full Moon in Sagittarius will be lighting up your 7th House of others.

You may need to focus your attention on your partner, a close friend, or a business partner. A close relationship is nourishing for you now, more than it has been lately. If you want to seek clarity around the relationships you have in your life – and you may gain it now. People are showing you who they are — believe them. You could also be asked to cultivate more equilibrium and enact better boundaries. This Full Moon puts so much emphasis on others that you may need to step outside of yourself to see what is really happening. Perspective is going to be important. Some of you may start an entirely new cycle and commit to someone or something more intently in your life.

Jupiter takes the lead this Full Moon, finishing its time in Taurus. For the last year, you have been trying to close doors that keep you limited or trapped. Now at this lunation, you will start to reap the rewards of your hard work. Venus touches on Jupiter and supports it through its final moments in Taurus. Jupiter will touch on Neptune in your 10th House, as well. The work you have been putting into your career, dreams, and aspirations is starting to pay off. This is all about the steadfast climb into what success means for you. You may feel empowered to find reach a tangible goal or maintain sustainable practices. With Saturn also in your 10th House, you can build structures based on the goals you have set in your mind. What you create now will support you in the long term.

Use this Full Moon to connect with those who are important to you. Focus on your relationships, close friends, and partners. Work on your boundaries and find a better balance in your life. You could be making strong commitments. This is all about unity and harmony.

Cancer & cancer Rising

You have been reflecting a lot lately. You may have been making changes behind the scenes that other people are not yet seeing. You are tying up those loose ends. However, you may have felt more disconnected from what is right in front of you. There is a need to focus on the present now and gain more awareness in your daily life. This Full Moon in Sagittarius opens the doors to you, turning your attention to your work, health, routines, and mundane life as it shines a light on your 6th House.

This is your chance to change how you approach your day — maybe building more efficient routines or rituals that can help you deal with your schedule better. Some of you may be questioning your placement with work or your working environment. Maybe you are not totally sure which direction to go or how to start. Try not to put pressure on yourself. Since this is a Full Moon, there is a call to release — in this case it would be expectations around what you consider to be work. If it isn’t fulfilling you, then why force yourself to do it? Alternatively, you could have your eyes on your health and be looking to create better habits for yourself. Whatever it is, it seems that you are trying to get organized.

It is good to look at Jupiter at this Full Moon as it holds precedence. It is finalizing its last few moments in Taurus, starting to bring about the gifts and abundance from the last year. Reap what you sow, as they say. Venus will align with Jupiter just before entering Gemini, expanding Jupiter’s influence. The benefics are blessing you. Friends, support, loved ones are all coming together. Both Venus and Jupiter will sextile Neptune, which sits in your 9th House. The work you have been putting into your dreams and visions is coming together. You are seeing more clearly the impact and promise that the future can hold for you! Remember that the sky’s the limit. This is not a time to minimize your vision for yourself, but instead steadily go for it! Saturn is also in this area of your chart, so remain grounded and move with intentional action.

Use this Full Moon to redefine what you want out of life. Decide what your routines look like. Make room for healthy and more clearly defined working situations. Try to have fewer expectations from others and focus on where you can create more personal security. You are being called to see what is right in front of you.

LEO TO SCORPIO

Leo & Leo Rising

When was the last time you decided to listen to your heart? There is a call to bring more joy, expression, and creation into your life. This Full Moon in a fellow Fire sign lights up all over your 5th House, clarifying what makes you happy. Full Moons signal a release, so this may require you to let go of something that burdens you or has been weighing heavily on your heart. Sit with this.

The 5th House is all about risk, love, heart-centered action, creation, conception, and the inner child. You may want to engage in more play and pleasure. It is time to let loose and try something you normally wouldn’t. Some of you may start a new relationship, try to have a baby, or even bring more warmth and passion back into an existing relationship. Alternatively, you could be expressing yourself in an entirely new way. You are getting into a groove and more willing to put yourself out there. This requires a level of confidence that you are coming into. Give yourself grace. It is ok to take up space.

At this Full Moon, Jupiter will take the lead. It is finishing its year-long transit through your 10th House. After 12 months of hard work in your career and work-life, you are starting to see things pay off. Pay attention to the coming weeks after this Full Moon for the benefits it can bring. Venus will align with Jupiter and both will reach out to Neptune, which is touring your 8th House. This will put some ease on any financial stress you have been feeling. Whatever it is, this Full Moon will require you to seek refuge and create your sanctuary. If you have been combing through the past, you may be inspired by old ideas and connections you’ve made.

Jupiter has also been in a fellow Earth sign last May. This has been refreshing for you – as it has likely brought you opportunities to travel or just given you an overall change of pace! At this lunation, it will take the lead, sitting in its final moments in Taurus. Venus will align with Jupiter, gifting us one last bit of abundance from this Transit. Both planets will work well with Neptune in your 7th House. It seems there is a closeness happening in the partnership world for you. You could be solidifying foundations with someone you consider your equal. Alternatively, because Saturn also touring this area of your chart, it can have you reimagine your idea of commitment. You could be committing to someone, a work-related matter, an idea, or a concept. Saturn will suggest that whatever you decide or give your energy to will be around for a long time.

Update your space or make changes to your living situation. Your home is your heart right now. You may need to slow down to remind yourself of the inherent power you hold.

Libra & Libra Rising

It may be time to share what has been brewing in your mind. It seems that your ideas are coming in rapid-fire, and you have so much you would like to get done now. This Full Moon in Sagittarius comes sweeping, shining a light on your 3rd House, so prepare to share! The 3rd House is the house of communication, thoughts, ideas, language, and local community. This is a space that feels good to you.

You may be wrapping up a project, focusing on writing content/blogs/articles, or even simply seeking to learn as much as possible. Your mind is insatiable right now. As it finishes its time in Taurus, you can still see positive changes in your resources and the resources that may impact you from others. Great emotional healing can also be a big part of your process. Venus will align with Jupiter, suggesting financial growth for you or even a shift in your values. Both will harmoniously touch on Neptune at this Full Moon bringing a sense of long-term connection. It will show you the power of committing to a health practice, routine, or project, especially since Saturn also is at play. You could be refining your daily life and how you personally organize the world around you. Tend to your well-being, and you will be rewarded.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising

With a Full Moon in your 2nd House, you will have all eyes on security. However, security can come in many forms. You will be asked to look at your resources, your values, and your self-worth. Do you feel that you are enough? Have you been giving yourself grace? Are you using your resources effectively? Perhaps you need to make changes to how you produce and accumulate.

You may be too hyper-focused on what brings you security now – but remain complacent. Strategy is important here. The long-term is where things will pay off for you. The Sagittarius energy at this Full Moon wants you to dream a little and stoke the creativity in your heart. It wants you to trust the talents you have and see that you are enough to make everything you want to come true. You could work on budgeting, changing banks or investments, or even shifting/changing your source(s) of income at this lunation. Don’t let impostor syndrome keep you down. You are a valuable part of your community.

Jupiter is the leader of this Full Moon, and it finds itself finishing its time in Taurus. For the last year you have seen significant change and possible growth in your relationships, including the relationship with yourself. Venus touches on Jupiter now to help you reap one last reward from the last year. Both reach out to Neptune in a positive way. This is helping you ground yourself in your joy and pleasure. Saturn is transiting near Neptune and will continue to — this has brought you far to restructure your sense of play, creativity, and connection to children (including your inner child). Additionally, Jupiter will bring added luck, growth, and joy to the area of commitment in your chart. There is a call to form important one-on-one relationships — and this doesn’t have to be just romantic; it can be business, platonic, and otherwise.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising

It is time to bring it all back to you. This Full Moon falls in your sign, highlighting your drive, motivations, and desires. It is literally illuminating the ground you walk on and where you stand. You need to know that you are being tasked with confronting anything that is currently seen as an obstacle.

Jupiter is the ruler of this Full Moon, and it has a special connection to you. It is your ruler as well! Jupiter has been in Taurus since last May and is now in the final days of its transit. It has expanded your 6th House for the last year, turning your attention to your health, work, and your routines. You can still reap the benefits of this energy as Venus now aligns with Jupiter. This would be a great time to devote more time and resources to what makes you feel best and engage in better boundaries overall. They will touch on Neptune in a wonderful way. Neptune (and to some degree Saturn) will be a stabilizing force around home, emotional connections, and family (given or chosen). Consider that you could really establish important roots over the coming weeks that give you the safety you seek.

Use this Full Moon to fully focus on your growth and yourself. Leverage your resilience and your strength. Find what fuels you and drives you forward. Listen to your heart and make room for your passions. Desire can take you far. You can walk into the spotlight now. It is time to be seen.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising

Your 12th House is now being illuminated by this lunation, where we can find the subconscious energy we hold come to the surface.

You are shining a light on all that has felt hidden or unseen. Old buried emotions may come back if they have not been properly dealt with. Whatever it is, you are asked to have faith and trust in yourself. The biggest challenge of the 12th House is knowing when to let go and learning to trust your intuition.

Jupiter is the planet of expansion, and it leads this Full Moon. It has carried a theme for you through the last year around creativity, children, pleasure, joy, and play. There has been a call to really expand this area of your life and slow down to enjoy where you are. Now, Jupiter finalizes its time in Taurus and will leave be sent off with one last gift. Both of these planets will reach out to Neptune in your 3rd House, helping you find long-term solutions to problems that may have arisen recently. Saturn is also present in your 3rd House, and it will turn your mind toward planning, intentional communication, and using skills you’ve gained more critically. There is a call to hone your craft in some way as well.

Use this Full Moon to take time away and reflect. Rest and restore. Listen to your intuition and slow down. Practice mindfulness and pay attention to your dreams. Create for the sake of creating. Play just because you can. Endings are near, but so too, are new beginnings.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising

When was the last time you allowed yourself to envision what tomorrow could look like? The future is unpredictable, but sometimes we need to be reminded to have a little hope. This Full Moon in Sagittarius may be just what you need to engage with that energy. It will shine brilliantly in your 11th House of hopes, dreams, the future, network, and community.

You are being called to surround yourself with people who want to support and uplift you. Friends will be coming out of the woodwork and showing up for you. The community you have created is abundant and allows you to flourish…just remember to reach out to them when you need their help. You may have a tendency to want to do things all on your own, but others have strengths where you feel weak. Knowing when to let other people in can be powerful for you. This Full Moon wants you to know that you are not alone. Another way to engage in this beautiful Leo energy is to give yourself space to create, maybe even set up a plan or idea of what your next steps may look like. The future always begins today.

Jupiter’s role is to really gift you a connection to your inner world in a new way. It will be finishing its time in this area of your chart, preparing for its next cycle. But before then, Venus aligns with Jupiter to give you one last gift. Both will reach out to Neptune very positively at this Full Moon, as well. Neptune has been sitting in your 2nd House along with Saturn, so there could be some long-term work or contract work you could be focusing on. Saturn will ensure it is something you can keep for a while, but it may require you to reprioritize your time or other resources. Overall, you could be turning a new leaf financially or in terms of your self-worth.

Pisces & Pisces Rising

You may be really focusing on your work, career, or direction right now. It seems that you have been doing a lot to secure a better path for yourself. Long-term goals come to the forefront of your mind. This Full Moon in Sagittarius asks you to dream about what you want your career to look like. If you want to make changes, you may find that you can shed all your inhibitions — and walk toward something more creative or in line with your vision.

Your 10th House is being illuminated in a way that it has not been for quite some time. All your work in the last few years has not been in vain. You are starting to see how even unrelated efforts are impacting the big picture for you. The ask here is that you start to clearly define your goals. You may have to be more realistic about work or release expectations here. Maybe too much is being asked of you. You could apply for new positions, receive a promotion, leave a job, or even change careers altogether. Whatever it is, you are more aware of your position and direction.

Jupiter leads this Full Moon, as it sits in your 3rd House. Jupiter is giving you a gift of communication, ideas, and endless growth through what you are learning and integrating into your life. More than anything, Jupiter is showing you the importance of your voice. As it finishes its time in Taurus (and your 3rd House), you will find that you are given one last gift, especially as Venus aligns with Jupiter on the day of this lunation. Both Venus and Jupiter will contact Neptune in your sign. This is quite positive, as they bring a flurry of activity to you. There is something to be said about redefining who you are and what you desire! Motivations will come up for you, and you can start to use the support system you have to inspire you in a new direction or find more confidence in yourself! Saturn, also in your sign, has been doing so much work to teach you the value of being who you are, and now you can start to really embody that.

Use this Full Moon to focus on your career and work. Spend time dreaming up what your life direction could look like. Establish relationships with those in higher positions, and plan your long-term goals. Speak up when you are being overworked or under-valued. Leverage what you have learned this year to help you, but more – know your limits and when it’s time to ask for help.

AstroStyle Book Pre-Order

What is the AstroStyle Book?

The intersection of astrology and life on Earth is as simple as living and breathing for me. I see the stars in the way I move and the things I create. The constellations drawn across the very fabric of the clothes I wear. I adorn myself in their brilliant light and wear them with pride. I use astrology in mundane life, finding ways to make meaning of their luminescence in the everyday. I blend lifelong passions and work with astrology to create a seamless integration, furthering my connection with the cosmic energy that extends far beyond us. As above, so below.

I have spent many years styling and working in the industry to see the connections come to life in real time. It is a combination of over a decade of work, where the idea is to make the abstract more tangible. Consider AstroStyle your own personal styling experience that has been written in the stars.

AstroStyle will get you thinking about fashion and personal style "from above" by revealing how your Sun, Moon, Rising, Mercury, Venus, and Mars signs can serve as the foundation for building a look that’s uniquely your own.

Featuring inspirational mood boards that correspond to each sign of the zodiac and in-depth discussions of palmistry and tarot, AstroStyle offers a hyper-personalized exploration into how each element, sign, house, and placement can affect your style. Along the way, you’ll learn to connect more deeply with your innermost self as you explore the possibilities of dressing based on the movements of the universe.
