What is astrohaus?

Astrology was not my initial route in life. I went to school for Interior Design originally. I received my degree and went on to pursue another in Fashion, Retail and Marketing. I landed myself in a few design gigs throughout my career, where I would transform a space and tell a story for a season or collection. But that idea of story telling stayed with me. I came to realize that our homes can tell a story. They live, they breathe and they listen. We take a space, no matter how empty, and we inject our life into it – pulsating new blood within its walls. And then it clicked for me, a chart does same thing. It tells a story of our lives. Every planet, aspect and placement interacts with one another, amalgamates, and projects who we are and our potential. I started to make the connections between interiors and astrology, and thus AstroHaus was born. 

the connection

AstroHaus is something I have been working on for a while. I use the chart as a way to help people understand innate tastes, preferences and style. Interior Design and Astrology are more connected than we think. I mean, there are even "houses" in astrology! The planets have signs where they feel at home and segments in the chart where they live. The chart is a guide to the living beings that we are, and by using it in different ways, we can unlock and access more about ourselves than we thought possible. Through interpreting our placements, we can discover pieces of our own story, as it unfolds before us in real time.

The Method

Through the concept of AstroHaus, my hope is to help you find what works for you. Our style, like us, is ever-evolving, yet it defines parts of who we are and how we see ourselves. Astrology paints a similar picture. Through this method, we will explore the elements, signs, houses, placements and aspects to create a unique vision that is yours, and yours alone. This is a hyper-personalized methodology that gives you a sense of how to make your house feel like a home. Because at the end of the day, we truly only seek comfort and solace in this space. So, why not make it yours and a space you dream to be in?

the session

The AstroHaus sessions are a completely interactive and live experience. I will have materials curated based on your chart and the questionnaire that is filled out. We will discuss the feeling, colors, palette, style and energies of your chart and space – plus how to best use it all to your advantage. You can use this advice to enhance your living situation no matter what the circumstances may be. The session doesn’t end here, though. You will be given a curated PDF detailing the information/advice we discuss and a mood board, as well as, options for a floor plan, additional materials and follow up consultations. We will find unique ways for you to engage with your space that feel practical and attainable.
