A Return To Passion.
The forward was written by Anthony Perrotta, and the miniscopes were written by Gwen Yi.
The New Moon is in Leo 23º on August 16th at 5:38 AM ET. Leo sees potential and sparks the fire to fan the flames. It creates what it desires into reality and births new life. This New Moon is no different. If anything, it reminds us what is worth igniting and what fire deserves to be sustained. Creation is at the heart of this lunation. With the Sun as the leader of this New Moon, we are told to stand in our power, our pleasure—and in some cases, our light. The Sun is active in its pursuits, and it achieves all it sets its mind to.
However, we must remember that we have to be careful what we wish for. The Sun may lead this New Moon, telling us to light the way to our heart’s desires, but we may be in for a surprise. Uranus is creating tension. The Sun and Moon are caught in a square to this planet and are hoping to be released from the confines of Uranus’ hold. We are seeking to liberate ourselves from what no longer brings us joy, but sometimes that may feel challenging or jolting. Uranus is electrifying, creating a cosmic storm wherever it goes—only to show us something that we may have missed before. Pay attention to what you set as your intention. Uranus may take you on an unexpected journey to get there. Be as specific as possible to avoid any hang-ups. The upside to the Sun being the leader is that it never retrogrades, and it is fixed itself. So, we can charge ahead confidently with our eye on the prize, even in the face of adversity.
Where Uranus may be wreaking some havoc, Jupiter and Venus add a touch of ease to balance this out. Jupiter squares Venus and Venus joins the Sun and Moon, welcoming opportunities for growth and expansion. Even through Venus’s retrograde motion, it still holds the power to further bolster us. The significance of the benefics dynamically connecting on the day of this New Moon is to help us bring everything back into perspective. This is a time for us to re-establish and re-inspire much of what we began the last few months. Leo’s fire warms the solid energy of Jupiter in Taurus, allowing us to pour our hearts into a passion. The question here may become: how do you keep that passion going? Venus retrograde invites us to turn our passion inward so that we can keep our internal flames burning.
Mercury and Mars are playing around at this New Moon. Their conjunction can keep us focused, possibly even grounded through Uranus’s storm. Actually, Mars acts as an interception to the harsh Uranus squares at this New Moon. It redirects us and empowers us to make important changes. We may feel the initial lightning strikes permeate the ground we stand on — they can be shocking and electrifying. However, Mars and Mercury will keep us wrapped in a cocoon of protection. Together, they hold space for us as we seek to recover from any challenges we may face. Even more, they give us the gusto and energy to make a plan and creative solutions to anything that may arise. Sometimes it takes a jolt or sparks to remind us that anything can be possible.
If you have any personal planets in your chart at 19º to 27º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Fixed placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER
Aries & Aries Rising
5th House | “PLAY YOUR WAY”
Dear Aries, this New Moon in Leo shines a light on all the things that set your heart on fire. The Sun and Moon hold hands in your 5th house, where risk, love, creation, and heart-centered action reign supreme. Whenever I think about the 5th house, I think about our inner child. There was a time in your life where you dove headfirst into the pursuits and pleasures that made up the drumbeat of your youth –- perhaps it was doodling in the margins of your notebook, singing off-key in the shower, or even putting on a fashion-show-cum-dance-performance in your living room. Creativity is the name of the game for this New Moon, so when August 16th rolls around, ask yourself: “Is this something Mini Me would choose?”, and if the answer is a resounding yes, you know what to do.
There might be some crucial piece of insight that comes through this New Moon, with Uranus – lord of electricity and change – forming a tight square to our luminaries. Uranus is in your 2nd house of security and values, which might bring up the question: “Do I feel safe enough to choose my joy?” With Venus, our planet of love, beauty and values, also going retrograde, this is as good a time as any to break out of the mold you’ve put your true self in, and play your way back to authenticity. Contemplating questions like, “How much do I really need?” “How can I strike a balance between work and play?” “How can I plan my joy?” will feel illuminating under this dark sky.
With hot-headed Mars, your chart ruler, making eyes with Lord Uranus from across the room, there might be a desire to jump into action, or simply blow up your life. While you are supported in taking more risks now, the wisdom of this moment says: Pause. Channel that enthusiasm into tiny, low-stake, creative bets instead. An adult improv class. A second date. A watercolor session gone wrong. Play your way through the mess, and see what epiphanies come through.
Take it easy now, my friend. You have all the time in the world.
Taurus & Taurus Rising
10th House | “COME HOME TO YOU”
What does Home mean to you, dear Taurus? This New Moon in Leo serves as a blast from the past, inviting you to reflect on who you are and all the ways you came to be. This New Moon occurs in your 4th house of family, ancestry, roots and inner psyche, pulling these themes into focus. Since Venus began her journey through the underworld in late July – shedding, reassessing, alchemizing – you too might have been caught up in memories of days gone by. As you swim through the annals of personal history now, allow the New Moon to illuminate all the ways you were shaped by your upbringing – and if you still wish to hold onto the same old stories today.
Venus, your chart ruler, is currently retrograde in the sky, which means you might have been going through a bit of an identity crisis. Uranus, Lord of Change, has been taking up residence in your 1st house, shaking up your sense of self since 2018 – but on this New Moon, he is also squaring our luminaries, highlighting the gap between the person you are today, and the person you were brought up to be. Can the apple fall far from the tree? How different can one grow up to be? There is a lot up in the air, now, but I hope you give yourself the grace and space to live your way to the answers. Create a sense of home in your living space. In your emotions. In yourself. Comfort and peace are the perfect antidote to the questions being brought up under this dark sky.
When in doubt, creative pursuits might provide some medicine now, with Mercury and Mars hanging out in your 5th house of creativity, joy, and inner child. Scrapbooking, watching home movies, or looking at old photo albums may be healing under this New Moon. Do you have old journals, or a diary, from childhood? Could you dump out the contents of a treasured box of keepsakes, and spend a cozy evening sifting through? Bonus points if you can call up some family, and make it a shared activity.
Under this New Moon, you get to redefine what Home means to you. How it feels, how it looks – and how it nourishes you. You deserve the love you craved growing up. Now, you are fully capable of giving it to yourself.
Gemini & Gemini Rising
3rd House | “SPEAK YOUR TRUTH”
Gemini, Gemini, Gemini – this New Moon brings a gust of fresh air to your ideas, thoughts, language, and all the ways you share and express yourself. (Could it be more perfect?) Leo is a sign that’s known for heart-centered communication, and when the Sun and Moon are canoodling in your 3rd house, you know it’s time for a cosmic tête-à-tête.
You might notice your schedule filling up more quickly, or more people striking up conversations out of the blue during this time. Venus, our planet of relationships, is also going retrograde in Leo, so don’t be surprised if exes (or former bosses, colleagues, friends, foes…) reach back out! When in doubt, you can lean on your chart ruler, Mercury – who’s currently superpowered in grounded, practical Virgo – to figure out what to do. Your mind is sharp and clear now. Don’t be afraid to say no to what doesn’t feel aligned! New Moons are typically lower energy times of the month, so if the local neighborhood joint feels too busy, no one would fault you for retreating into your home sanctuary for some peace and quiet.
Jupiter is also trining your chart ruler Mercury now, assisting you in dreaming bigger than ever before. What is the message in your heart? What big ideas do you wish to share with the world? Uranus, Lord of Electricity, is squaring the Sun and Moon from your 12th house of unconscious psyche – I wouldn’t be surprised if sudden downloads and epiphanies were to appear in your dreams, visions, and meditations now. As busy as this New Moon might be, the more time you take to yourself to listen to that inner voice within, the clearer your thoughts and intentions will be. Journaling in particular might be a wonderful tool to gain access to those insights.
Plant those seeds now, Gemini. Write, sing, speak them into existence. This New Moon, heart-centered communication reigns supreme. Your words are spells now. Cast them into the world – and watch them come true.
Cancer & cancer Rising
2nd House | “OWN WHAT YOU VALUE”
Sweet Cancer, do you hear that? It’s your self worth calling. This New Moon in Leo lights up your 2nd house – your finances, value, stability, and sense of security are all being put in the spotlight now. You might’ve already been feeling it since the end of July, when Venus, our planet of love, beauty and values, started moonwalking through this exact area of your chart. Now, with this New Moon, you’re being given a chance to write a brand new story – with you at its center. What do you value most? She whispers. Take this lunation to find out.
Venus, as the ruler of the 2nd house, is currently on her own cosmic rebranding journey. So are you, as you revise what you might’ve known to be true about what gives you value. Perhaps you might’ve felt that certain things you’ve loved and poured into, like an investment or a relationship, no longer “spark joy” the way they used to. Or perhaps you might’ve been doubting your own sense of self-worth, wondering if the talents you bring to the table are enough.
With the square from Uranus emanating from your 11th house of friendship and the collective, there might be some epiphanies coming through around your personal values vs societal values. How much of your life has been crafted around what is ‘socially acceptable’? Can you find the Leonine courage to step fully into your truth, and unapologetically own what you value? There might be an urge to break free, now, but give it time to settle. New Moons are a time for introspection, not drastic action.
This is the perfect time to invest in activities or things that help bolster your sense of self. Can you set new financial goals, review your income, and celebrate how far you’ve come? Perhaps make a purchase you’ve really wanted, but have been putting off, as a gift to yourself? Or maybe it’s something as simple as writing down a list of your core values – this post is a good place to start – and letting them hit the soft underbelly of your heart. Hold onto what you know to be true, under this dark Moon.
Let it soothe you. Let it bring you home.
LEO TO SCORPIO
Leo & Leo Rising
1st House | “GROW A NEW IDENTITY”
ALL HAIL COSMIC ROYALTY – IT’S YOUR LUNATION, BABY! This New Moon in Leo is all about YOU, Leo. (No sweeter words have ever been spoken 🤣) The Sun and Moon join hands in your 1st house of Self, Body and Identity. You will have felt Venus’s retrograde journey through this part of your chart, because the 1st house is quite simply, you. The way you show up in the world, the way you interact with it, and the way it in turn perceives you – all of this falls under the 1st house’s purview. Cosmic rebranding, anybody? You might’ve been questioning your self image, your style, and your identity as a whole. As a Fixed Fire sign that likes knowing what’s what, this transit could have felt destabilizing, especially with Uranus causing chaos from your 10th house of career, reputation, and public perception.
I see this as the tension between who you are, and how the world sees you. Leo can live for the applause, but what if you no longer know what you stand for? This New Moon gives you permission to rewrite the script. To shut off all the noise, and come back to the only person that truly matters: you. What do you want? What motivates you? What gives you purpose, joy, and gets you out of bed each morning? Under the dark sky of this New Moon, write down a list of desires, as sloppy as you can. No one is watching now. Spend some time thinking about what you’ve written, and how these actions shape the person you want to become. Then, pick one, just one – and start to embody it more.
Maybe it’s a value, like kindness. Or a principle, like fairness. Maybe it’s a mental shift, like not caring about what others think as much. Whatever you choose, set your intentions this New Moon to live that for a week. Build it into a habit. After all, James Clear, best-selling coach and author, says that “your habits are how you embody your identity.” Build a new habit and a new identity, now, under this New Moon.
Watch it sprout and take root. Watch it grow into something you can be proud of, something you can stand by. And when Venus finishes her retrograde journey, you will look back on this little intention you’ve planted – and feel so proud of how far you’ve come. I’m rooting for you, Leo!
Virgo & Virgo Rising
12th House | “BE STILL & LISTEN”
Dear Virgo, this New Moon in Leo is asking you to do the one thing you tend to resist: Rest. The Sun and Moon are snuggling up in your 12th house of subconscious, dreams and endings, shifting your usual sprightly energy into one of solitude and spirituality. The 12th house is a gateway to our collective unconscious, sitting at the opposite end of your grounded, earthly practicalities. But it couldn’t have come at a better time, with Venus retrograde already placing an emphasis on the realm of things unseen for you these past few weeks. You might’ve noticed your dreams becoming more fantastical – but disappearing like a poof of smoke when morning light comes. You might have noticed yourself going deeper into your spirituality and mysticism, or gaining a deeper appreciation for the art of Surrender, learning to let go and let be.
Your chart ruler, Mercury, is in kahoots with Jupiter for this lunation. The big gas giant is infusing your mind with optimism for the future, offering a perspective shift or a new mindset on a limiting belief you might’ve once held. One thing to look out for is Uranus, squaring the New Moon from your 9th house – the house of philosophy, belief and higher education. You might experience a crisis of faith or doubt, the things you knew to be ‘true’ going up in smoke like those sun-soaked dreams.
Come home to your intuition, now. You can trust in the little niggles, the whisper in your gut that reminds you of Truth. Sitting in meditation is an ideal way to work with this energy, as well as being out in nature, getting lost on the trails, connecting with your body, mind and spirit. The more you quieten the world around you, the more insights and messages will come through – and they all have good things to say.
New Moons are a time of new beginnings, but we must first allow certain things to end. Let go, now. Under this New Moon, you are fully supported in starting anew.
Libra & Libra Rising
11th House | “BUILD AN HONEST WORLD”
Sweet Libra, this New Moon in Leo is throwing a party, and it’s all going down in your 11th house of community. The 11th house rules friends, society, belonging, and visions for the future. The key word here is Hope – are the people in your life giving you more of it, or depleting your supply? Since Venus began her backwards journey through the sky, you too have been reevaluating the role friends and community play in your life. Relationships are the lifeblood of your existence, but for these past few weeks, you might have felt stuck, blocked, or confused about to whom and where you belong. This New Moon calls on your inner courage to shine in authenticity – can you put aside other people’s wants and needs, and tune in to your own? Perhaps the first step, as always, is to belong first to yourself.
Uranus, Lord of Change, is squaring the New Moon from your 8th house of intimacy, taboo, and shared resources. There is something hidden coming to light now, crawling out of the woodwork of your most intimate relationships – perhaps an old money issue, or a wound asking to be healed, so you can be seen and held in all your truth within your communal spaces. Venus, your chart ruler, is also squaring Jupiter in Taurus – highlighting the clash of desire you might feel between your personal needs and those of the wider collective. The medicine, as always, lies in one of your strong suits: communication. This New Moon is a beautiful time to lay your cards on the table, and talk things out with those you hold dear.
By working on your relationships, and holding sacred space together, you may stumble your way to the answers. Anchor your hopes in the world you are building, now. May it be every bit as beautiful and honest as you desire.
Scorpio & Scorpio Rising
10th House | “REWRITE YOUR LEGACY”
Scorpio, this New Moon in Leo is taking a leaf out of Taylor Swift’s book and calling it Reputation. The Sun and Moon is hanging out in your 10th house of career, legacy and public perception, turning the spotlight on all the things in your professional wheelhouse. You’ve always been ambitious, Scorpio, but ever since Venus went retrograde, you’ve been having second thoughts about the kind of legacy you want to leave. Is this career right for me? Is this how I want to be known? Is this something I can stand by through the annals of time? Big questions, I know. No wonder you’ve been going a little stir-crazy. Venus retrograde is setting the stage for big shifts to occur, and career & reputation might be the biggest of them all. You might be considering an industry change, or to switch up your professional brand in some way. Know that all of that is okay and supported now. The highest evolution of Scorpio is the phoenix, after all: burning, evolving, and rising from the ashes anew.
Change is on the forefront of your mind, with Uranus – planet of electricity and insight – squaring this New Moon from his perch in your 7th house of relationships. You might be feeling the tension between your committed relationships and your career. Perhaps you feel a sense of responsibility in your relationship to stay the same; or you might be feeling pushed to grow by a loved one. When in doubt, come home to the Leonine wisdom of the self – authenticity and truth comes from within. What do you want to do? What do you want to be known for? It’s okay to experiment, or to chart a new path. As long as it feels true to you, that’s the most important thing you can do.
Mars, your traditional ruler, is trining Uranus, perhaps adding fuel to the fire to break free, but ultimately, easing the way for any risks you might be itching to take at this time. New Moons are a time for sowing seeds, not necessarily taking drastic action: but know that whatever you choose to plant now has the potential to grow – maybe even into an everlasting legacy. But I’ll let you be the judge of that ;)
SAGITTARIUS TO PISCES
Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising
9th House | “HAVE A LIL FAITH”
SAGGI – you really lucked out with this New Moon. La Luna is joining hands with El Sol (and Venus!) in your 9th house, which also happens to be where you feel most at home! The 9th house rules philosophy, travel, higher education, faith, beliefs and publishing. *cue “My Favorite Things” from The Sound of Music*
The 9th house – and you, dear Sagittarius – are synonymous with one word: POTENTIAL. This New Moon, I invite you to contemplate the vast array of potential you have before you. Venus has been going retrograde in Leo, creating an almost existential crisis of faith. If your life has felt stagnant, like you’re just going through the motions, or you feel bogged down by the day to day – the square from Uranus in your 6th house of daily work will help shake things up. This is the perfect time to break out of your routine, take a leap of faith, and try something new.
Has there been a course you’ve been dying to invest in? Maybe a country you’d like to tick off your bucket list? Or perhaps, a philosophy, faith, or school of thought (like *ahem* Astrology) that you’ve been interested to dive into? You don’t have to leap into action just yet, but you can take the smallest first step: Signing up for the info session. Looking for the payment plan. Outlining the first chapter of your book. Just tiny actions, added up, is enough to change a life.
With Venus also squaring Jupiter, your chart ruler, passions might be running at an all-time high. It can feel like a cosmic defibrillator, shocking you back to life. While there is a danger of overindulgence, temper the heat by focusing on the little details. With both Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus (your 6th house), you are supported in grounding your big dreams in the details. Use this New Moon to get your ducks in a row – and you’ll be surprised by how quickly all the pieces fall into place.
Have faith, dear Sagittarius. Bet on your dreams, now – and may the odds be ever in your favor.
Capricorn & Capricorn Rising
8th House | “DO THE (SHADOW) WORK”
Dear Capricorn, there’s a different kind of work to be done now. In the dark of this New Moon, peek beneath the covers and discover the hidden treasures within. The New Moon in Leo lights up your 8th house, where intimacy, privacy, shared resources and shadow work run wild and free. This is a house of taboo, of whispered conversation and transformation. While we might be usually content to sweep things under the rug and pretend they don’t exist, this New Moon infuses us with the Leonine courage we need to face what we need to face; to confront, heal, and let go.
Pluto is in the last degree of your sign now, Capricorn, for the final time in our lifetime. It is a time of endings; of cycles breaking, of things coming to a ceremonious end. This New Moon is a wonderful time to engage in mysticism or shadow work – light up a candle, set up an altar, and just take some time to breathe, journal, and see what comes through. Once you have more clarity, a beautiful way to work with 8th house energy is to express. Going to therapy, counseling, or simply having an intimate conversation with someone you trust can feel so healing right now.
Uranus, Lord of Change, is squaring this New Moon from your 5th house, which is the house of joy, pleasure, creativity, and yes, inner child. Something tells me inner child healing might be an important piece of work to be done under this dark sky. What is something you grew up believing that may not be true anymore? Leo rules the 5th house, and this New Moon is the perfect time to set the record straight and plant new seeds of intention. With Venus holding hands with the Sun and Moon, there is a sense of ease – as Venus continues on her retrograde journey through the underworld, you too can feel supported in these deep-sea diving excavations now, knowing that eventually you will both emerge as a Morning Star . . . and be okay.
Aquarius & Aquarius Rising
7th House | “LET THEM IN”
Oh Aquarius, this New Moon in Leo is all about one thing for you: BALANCE. The Sun and Moon are holding hands with Venus in your opposite sign, Leo – this creates the dichotomy of relationship; the dance between “Others” and “Self”. You might have already been feeling these themes since the end of July, when Venus began her retrograde journey in Leo, bringing up questions around relationships, boundaries, and committed partnership (7th house) for you. As a sovereign, independent individual, you find that you’ve been thinking more about the souls you’ve allowed into your inner circle, and how you can better show up for them. This is the medicine of this New Moon – striking the balance between Me vs. We. It’s time to set some intentions around that, now.
Connecting with your heart space is something that might have been challenging for a detached, cerebral Air sign like you, but you are supported in doing so now. As Venus, ruler of the 7th house, embarks on her annual journey through the underworld, shedding her finery, you too can shed the armors and beliefs you’ve kept up as a shield around you, to access the emotional well of Truth within. How do you feel about love? Do you feel like you deserve it? Do you feel like being in partnership threatens your internal sense of sovereignty and freedom, something you hold so dear? This New Moon is the perfect time to ponder on these questions, and arrive at a balance that is more supportive for the both of you.
Uranus, your chart ruler, is in tension with this lunation from your 4th house of home, family, roots and psyche. Perhaps there are themes from childhood that are emerging now that shed light on certain relational patterns: like why you find it hard to commit, or why it’s challenging to open up. Uranus squares can be very destabilizing, but we are supported by Mars and Mercury in Virgo, helping you access the shadowy truth within your 8th house. What fears do you hold around intimacy, and how can you let them go? Allow the light of Leo to illuminate this dark house and bring the Truth to light.
It is a potent time of healing, shedding and alchemizing now. But know that you are so loved and supported, if you choose to let your armor down – and let others in.
Pisces & Pisces Rising
6th House | “SMALL THINGS, ALL THINGS”
Sweet darling Pisces, this New Moon in Leo puts your health and wellbeing into sharp relief. The Sun and Moon are shining a spotlight on your 6th house of wellness, service, routines, and the day-to-day – which means you’ve probably been feeling very contemplative about what your everyday life looks like, and if you’re feeling lit up by it. This Venus Retrograde has been a doozy for sure: our planet of love, beauty and values has been bringing up some serious epiphanies about what a truly joyful, authentic life looks like for you, and it starts with the thousands of tiny things you do everyday.
Your morning routine. That first cup of coffee. The way you kiss your loved one goodbye. Are you looking for the magic in the minute? Or are you letting it pass you by? This New Moon in Leo, a sign that delights in both grand gestures and childlike pursuits, has this to say: Small things, all things. The devil might be in the details, but so is everything else worth living for.
If you’re feeling the pinch from that Uranus square, the medicine might lie in the house he’s taking residence in: the 3rd house of communication and local community. Shake up your routine by taking a different walking route through your neighborhood. Strike up a conversation with the folks in your regular coffee shop. Crack open your journal, and rate your current wellbeing from 1 to 10. Sometimes, just seeing something down on paper makes our thoughts flow clearer. Allow any breakthroughs to make themselves known to you. You are well-equipped to face them, now, and put them to work.
New Moons are a time for planting seeds and setting intentions. It is a clean slate. This New Moon, while you’re contemplating your daily to-dos, I invite you – nay, challenge you – to take one thing off your list. Just one. Whether for a day, or for good, check in with how that feels for you: to have that delightful, unexpected breath of space in your calendar. And then, fill it with whatever your heart desires. A meditation. A stretch. A brisk jog round the park. Fill your own cup until it overfloweth, and remember:
You are your greatest gift to the world. It’s time you start taking care of it.

Aquarius Full Moon Miniscopes
Aquarius Full
Moon Miniscopes
Hope Among The Field.
The Full Moon is in Aquarius 9º on August 1st at 2:31 PM ET. This Full Moon comes as a marker, an illuminated pinnacle. It signifies the power of release and finding our way through the tensions we may have faced since November 2021. With Aquarian energy so prominent at this Full Moon, we will have our eyes fixated on our hopes, dreams, and wishes—perhaps even our network, community, and friendships. We have to recognize where we are and who we surround ourselves with and see how that impacts the big picture (not only in our lives personally but also collectively). Aquarius brings truth, unmoved and undeterred, in the pursuit of understanding where we belong in the grand scheme of it all.
Saturn traditionally leads this Full Moon, making aspects to Mercury. It meets in opposition to this winged messanger to highlight the release of pre-conceived notions. Saturn’s opposition can add a bit of heaviness to this Full Moon, almost as if letting go isn’t as easy as we hope. Unfortunately, the tense aspect of this lunation does not end with Saturn. Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius and will also partially lead this lunation. Uranus represents a need to be free. Saturn and Uranus—two powerhouses at odds with one another. Uranus reinforces an ongoing narrative with Venus as they meet in square again, this time with Venus retrograde. With Fixed energy being the central focus, we must find ways to free ourselves from outdated or overly traditional mindsets. Uranus is swirling like a radical storm around this time, pulsing seismic activity to show us cracks in our own inner foundations. Where Saturn will ask us to stabilize, Uranus will tell us to upheave. But not all hope is lost; the Moon is in Aquarius, after all.
As I mentioned, not all hope is lost at all! Luckily, the outlet of this tension is Mars and Jupiter. Mars is receiving positive energy from Jupiter. It is travelling through Mutable Virgo, allowing us to shift and be flexible. Jupiter will encapsulate us in its expansive vision, pushing us to move through whatever difficulties could arise from this lunation. With the Sun and Moon both square Jupiter, there are even more golden beams to be had. When Jupiter squares the luminaries, we find strength and power in our talents and abilities. This is insurmountable energy. Even through any harsh realities, we face at this Full Moon, both Mars and Jupiter will give us the gusto to overcome; a resilience unmatched.
Don’t give up on something you feel passionate about, but do know that sometimes things take longer to achieve than we realize. It is important to recognize the collective focus of this lunation. The gifts of Aquarius are connection and idealism. Keeping that in mind means that as we pursue our goals, we must make sure we have people around us that want to see us succeed and will help us arrive there. Accepting that support will be monumental. You never have to face anything completely alone.
If you have any personal planets in your chart at 4º to 14º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Fixed placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.
ARIES TO CANCER
Aries & Aries Rising
11th House | Connection
At this Full Moon, the big questions are: where do you find hope? Who is there to support you? You are someone who may often try to do things all on your own. But at what cost? As we enter this Full Moon, your hopes, dreams, wishes, network, and support system all come into focus — as this Full Moon falls in your 11th House. Who do you call upon in your time of need? We can’t be the stabilizing factor for others all the time. Sometimes, we need people to rally around us too. Luckily, this Full Moon ensures that you have that. Friends are showing up for you, and a dream seems to be within reach. Yet, there is an air of uncertainty.
Uranus and Saturn lead this Full Moon. Uranus squares Venus, throwing thunderbolts of electricity from your 2nd House. You could be facing self-confidence or self-worth issues. Maybe this creates doubt in how you expend your energy. Alternatively, you could be battling something financial around this Full Moon that is making it harder to keep your cool. There could be an unexpected bill, or maybe a dream/idea comes at a cost. Uranus is a wildcard, and it is hard to see how it may play out. Expected the unexpected.
Saturn adds to this energy in a way. It opposes Mercury, bringing with it a sense of restraint. Saturn is telling you that it is time to actually leave the past behind. You have to trust your intuition more than you ever have before. Saturn gifts you spiritual wisdom and the knowledge that you can still move ahead without a fully formulated plan. You may feel you may need to make some sacrifices or compromises along the way. This isn’t forever — and really it may not even be the case at all. Saturn is also teaching you the value of an ending and closure. The resolutions we may see in the coming weeks, months, or year will be telling of the future that will unfold before you. Nothing can stay as it is forever, but evolution is what makes life so precious.
Use this Full Moon to open yourself to possibility. It is time to ask for help and see that the future is co-created. It requires that you have the will to seek support. Everything is in flux, but the outcome will present itself soon. Things may come and go in life, but focus on the people that remain a constant.

10th House | Purpose
What is the pinnacle for you? The Aquarius Full Moon usually turns your focus toward your outward life, publicity, and career. This also encompasses your direction and achievements. The last 6 months have had you working hard and making decisions that impacted your future — and now it seems that you are either beginning or about to begin a new phase. This Full Moon falls in your 10th House that rules all of these things: career, direction and publicity. You may not realize it, but you are in a position of power right now. The ball is seemingly in your court. You could be going for a promotion, looking to switch careers, move, or even change what you do for work. Whatever it is, how you build foundation and security in the world is in focus.
There may be hiccups as Venus will square off with Uranus. Uranus is sitting in your 1st House, creating waves for the last few years. You have been finding new ways to change how you approach your identity and motivations. This is about freeing yourself from past versions of yourself. Because of the tension between Venus and Uranus, one of the freedoms must be around expectations. If things have been rocky, it is time to clear the area. Uranus will create surprises, so watch people’s behavior. Don’t try to control what or who you can’t. We just have to go with the flow with this Full Moon.
Saturn’s influence at this Full Moon is equally as strong as it opposes Mercury. Perhaps there is a limitation created in the area of your dreams. A friend could be going through a hard time or weighing heavily on you at this time. So, as much as others may show up for you, you may feel the reciprocal need to do the same. Alternatively, you could be looking at how you can lessen a burden you’ve been carrying, as Mercury seeks to free itself from the confines of Saturn. Saturn rules time and in the case of your aspirations, give yourself grace. Longevity is a big part of what you are working toward. Immediate results are unlikely. You may even feel there is a trade-off or sacrifice you may need to make in order to achieve what you hope for.
Use this Full Moon to start a new journey in your life direction or career. Go for a promotion, a new job, or even a career change. Put yourself up on a pedestal more and see your worth and value as it is in the light of day. Work on your long-term goals and start making moves to bring them to fruition. You have a lot of power in your hands right now. How are you going to use it?

9th House | Experience
Faith — a word that you must work with more. You must learn the power of having faith in yourself and taking a leap toward your goals and dreams. The Aquarius Full Moon brings the energy to nurture areas of growth in your life. There is a sense that your paths to growth, evolution, change, expansion and new territory are opening up. This can happen through education, spirituality, work, or even just your personal next steps. You have been sitting with “where do I go from here” for quite some time. This is your chance to make moves. Of course, that requires that keyword: Faith.
Perhaps you have been overthinking things lately or just not focusing – thus scattering your energy into too many things. Venus is under fire from Uranus, creating tension. Uranus sits in your 12th House. You are trying to talk things out, but you aren’t being heard. The 12th House rules all that’s hidden: secrets, dreams, subconscious energy, and even enemies. Someone may show you their true colors now — and not in the way you had anticipated.
Emotions will run high at this Full Moon, but know with Uranus in the 12th House like this, it will bring an ending. Maybe it is time to finally let go of something or someone in your life. Uranus wants you to trust your intuition more than anything. Saturn will oppose Mercury at this lunation, trying to keep things in order. It can feel heavy, but also help us with long-term planning. Even through the work you are doing in your career or public image, there is a dismantling, breakdown, or restructuring coming. You could feel limited in what you are able to share or speak upon. But ultimately, you know that are you building toward a long-term future goal. It may feel heavy at first, and not everyone is going to receive what you are doing well. However, do not let this be a deterrent. Saturn reminds us that in time everything will balance out. You have been here before in your life. The weight you feel will subside.
Use this Full Moon to truly believe in yourself, opening up the floodgates of potential. Take time, and see the sky’s the limit. You have to learn that some risks are worth the reward. You are itching to travel, go to new places, meet new people, or simply engage in new experiences overall. You are seeking a fresh start, and this Full moon can give it to you. What are you waiting for?

8th House | Intimacy
It is time to get intimate. You have to face the shadow eventually, and right now, you are asked to see what has been hidden from view or deal with what has been left unchecked. The Full Moon shines a light in your 8th House. This is a time of transformation, change, and evolution – but also a time of healing and sharing the deepest parts of yourself with someone else. There is a level of fear that can be associated with this, understandably. You are very close-lipped about your emotional nature. But sometimes, stability requires sharing what lies beneath the foundation. Questions around worth, shared resources, sexuality, close partnerships, and money could come up now.
Uranus, a co-ruler to the Full Moon, is creating activity and little tension from your 11th House as it squares Venus. It seems that a friend, relationship, or dream is being questioned. They could be depleting your resources (emotional and financially), as well as having you think about the longevity of it all. If it is a dream, maybe you are trying to figure out how to fund it. Well, with Uranus — inspiration can come! If it is a friend or relationship, Uranus is much more unpredictable. It is hard to figure out the outcome, but know you must have open and honest communication. The 11th House, where Uranus is, rules the future. So, your future is coming into focus and something needs to be addressed that impacts that. It will take some tact and maybe overcoming the fears you hold to help you see things through.
Saturn is the other ruler of this lunation. It sits in tight opposition to Mercury. Here, it helps us seek grounding and focus in the chaos that is Uranus’s energy. It reminds us that in the uncertainty, we may have to let go a bit or seek out space for sharing how we really feel about a situation. Saturn brings you experiential wisdom, where you learn hands-on, or through the process. Be careful when traveling at this time, as Saturn could bring delays. In the pursuit of your goals, know that you will not see immediate results. You are creating foundations for the future.
Use this Full Moon to start a new cycle for yourself and embrace your shadows. Commune with your inner world and transmute grief into strength. Find new ways of investing or saving financially, but also investing in yourself. Work on getting more intimate with your needs — find the hidden power that lies within you. Form deeper bonds with those you trust.

7th House | Relation
The tone shifts from the New Moon to the Full Moon, where we focus on the “we.” Especially as your 7th House is coming into play under the energy of this Full Moon. From late 2020 through early this year, you had been dealing with Saturn going through your 7th House, restructuring your relations with others. This impacts how you engage in the world around you — and most importantly your one-on-one relationships. That period may be over, but this Full Moon brings an opportunity to make changes on the partnership front. This could look like anything, but the main factor here is that you have a choice. You can take things to the next level or choose to walk away. Some of you may be very happy in your relationship and seek to settle more into it. Others see that they may need to have conversations about reciprocity. Equality and level-setting seem to be coming up as well. This could be outside of romantic relationships – seeping into other personal or professional unions you have (friends, family, work).
Uranus squares Venus in your sign, creating electricity from your 10th House. There is something going on at work. There could be a restructure, a surprise, or a change in your career, office, work — or even in your own life direction! You may be questioning your vocation or might need to reframe your perspective to align with where you want to be. This could encompass working for yourself, changes to your personal life, or even a promotion. But whatever it is, Uranus is definitely bringing a call for attention — and possibly action. Know if something comes to an end, there will be something new that comes just as quickly. Uranus is the liberator, so you could be freeing yourself from the confines of your work and moving into a new field entirely (whether by your own accord or not). But it is unpredictable, so we have to roll with the punches with Uranus.
Saturn co-rules the lunation with Uranus, and it sits in an opposition to Mercury. Here, Saturn is a grounding force. Saturn may bring weight to feeling or shadow that sits in your heart, body, or soul. What feels like a limitation now is a point of power for you. This is a reclamation of sorts. Look your fear in the face, name it, and no longer let it control you. Saturn is helping you build long-term structures in the way you give and receive. But the requirement is to get intimate, real, and honest. The weight of the world is not on your shoulders. Put it down.
Use this Full Moon to start something new with other people in your life. Enact boundaries and keep them. Stand up for yourself. Form new relationships and alliances. Seek counsel and re-evaluate people who have been disrespecting your energy. Strengthen the partnerships that truly matter. Some of you may even decide to take your romantic relationship to the next level. Whatever you do, know that you will likely surprise those around you.
Virgo & Virgo Rising
6th House | Service
This Full Moon is a call to connect with yourself, your body, and the world around you. You are asked to get organized. Sometimes, order can help you focus, and this energy is with you to get down to business. You can make turning points in your health and work while creating new routines and rituals that fit your needs now. If you need medical care, this Full Moon will highlight that. You should schedule routine visits and simply do what you can to honor your body overall. If you are looking for freelance work, a new job, or even just a lateral move, this Full Moon can help you too.
Uranus, a co-ruler of this lunation, is sitting in your 9th House, so you could be questioning your next leap in life— your next steps. Your goals and future are being reflected upon. Perhaps you are trying to find new ways to grow and this requires a shift in perspective. Morality and education will come up here. You will have to take a stance on something you believe in and not be afraid to share this viewpoint with others…even if it upsets them. You may also be facing a crisis of consciousness, trying to learn to have faith, even when you may doubt yourself. Uranus squares Venus, creating some tension.
Saturn, the other ruler of this Full Moon, will oppose Mercury. The relationships you establish or reinforce now will have longevity — including the relationship you have with yourself. It could be a good time to commit. There may also be a heaviness you feel around others and the processing of your own boundaries. You could feel disappointed by the actions of someone close to you. Ultimately, Saturn is creating a space for you to share with others exactly what you need.
Use this Full Moon to find new routines and regimens that work for you. Create daily practices that you can keep while maintaining your love of variety. Try new workouts and adhere to a healthier diet. You may be asked to let go of a bad habit or improve something in your life. Watch how much you take on and make time for rest and self-care. Take care of your body, and your needs, and know it is ok to nourish yourself too.

5th House | Risk
Full Moons are a time of illumination. This one comes in to remind you of your happiness, joy, and pleasure. It falls in your 5th House of creativity, conception, love, and children. You are asked to have the courage to be yourself and find ways to do things that set your heart on fire. This fiery area of your chart activates pleasure-seeking and learning to embrace our sense of expression. The Moon shines to bring about ways for you to take center stage. However, Venus (your ruler) is under siege by Uranus, throwing thunderbolts of electricity from your 8th House.
Uranus is in your 8th House of intimacy, shared resources, and healing. There needs to be a bit of a death…metaphorically of course. An outdated idea or mentality has to go so that you can actually achieve a dream. This also requires that you get intimate with yourself and others. Are you sharing the deepest parts of yourself? Do people know what is really going on behind the scenes? You can’t hide forever, and Uranus will have you feeling electric as you are itching to break out of your own skin. You have to be willing to confront your shadows or your demons. Seeking counsel will be important— even if it is just from a friend. You have to get out of your own way.
Saturn, a co-ruler of this lunation with Uranus, will be opposite Mercury. Saturn can have weighted energy. It is helping you restructure your routines and daily life. Saturn has been teaching you lessons on work/life balance and asking for you to know your limits and what you can take on. If you accept a new position or job, Saturn will ensure that this is a long-term choice, but it comes with more responsibility. Be aware of what you commit to. Understand the implications of the decisions you make. It is ok to take your time before rushing into anything.
Use this Full Moon to let loose and have a bit of fun! Work on finding your strengths and using them to your advantage. Follow your heart and your creativity — let it all flow. Get in touch with your inner child and open yourself up to new experiences. Most importantly, take time to stand out and shine radiantly! You deserve to be happy as much as anyone else does. It doesn’t make you selfish. It just makes you human. Have pride in who you are.

4th House | Foundation
This Full Moon falls in a Fixed sign like yours, so the energy will feel more potent for you. With a Fixed Full Moon, what we find can last for a long time. With it in Aquarius, it impacts areas of your life that need attention. This would be your 4th House of home, family, foundation, and roots. You may find that you are having to face familial matters you have been avoiding. Alternatively, you could be doing work around the home: buying, selling, moving, and redecorating. Whatever it is, it seems that you are sitting at the center of this space. There may be hiccups, as Venus will square off with Uranus.
Uranus is the planet of surprise, with an unpredictable nature. You may be shocked at what you discover around this Full Moon – particularly around your partnerships or closest one-on-one relationships. You may be ending a partnership (business or romantic) or be presented with something you had not considered before. Whatever it is, it doesn’t seem you were privy to the reaction or information. Of course, this could be a good surprise — as you never know with Uranus. Some of you may unexpectedly get a job offer, asked to be engaged, or take a relationship to the next level! With Uranus at play, it is best to not try to control the circumstances. This is a time to take a leap and see where it takes you, even if it shakes your sense of security. Keep in mind the 7th House, where Uranus is, rules all one-on-one relationships: business, familial, platonic, romantic, contractual, etc.
This Full Moon also comes with a strong opposition between Mercury and Saturn, one of the rulers of this lunation. Saturn has been teaching you lessons of actively giving yourself space to seek pleasure. Saturn may remind you of the value of doing things that make you happy. It can keep us grounded in the face of Uranus’s chaos. There may be some disappointments or recognitions around how you put your heart forward. You may need to carve out time for your joy and make long-term commitments to yourself in a new way. The heaviness you may feel now is temporary through the process of giving yourself what you need to feel loved.
Use this Full Moon to focus on your home and family life. Redecorate, renovate, or move. Try resolving past issues with family that may be residual or seek to create better boundaries with them. Take time away to rest and reflect on this lunation. Lean into your nostalgia a bit and make peace with the past. Open yourself up to ancestral guidance, learn more about your lineage and connect with those you love — living or deceased. Know that you create the security and safety you seek.

3rd House | Understanding
It’s that time again! The Full Moon is here! This one falls in Aquarius, shining a light on your 3rd House. The 3rd House rules communication, connection, understanding, local community, siblings, and writing. This is the area of our chart where we tell people who we are and where we process information. This Full Moon will have you with no shortage of ideas or things to say — but you may be feeling caught in analysis paralysis. Perhaps you have been overthinking things lately or just not focusing, thus scattering your energy into too many things. To add to the matter, Venus is under fire from Uranus, creating tension.
Uranus is sitting in your 6th House. Work or your daily life seems to be busier than ever, almost a little overwhelming. You have been running around with no clear direction. It is muddying what you hope for and causing you to not see the big picture…your goals. Uranus is creating changes with work, health, and routines. Some of these are outside your control. It could be feast or famine, or maybe you are just looking to free yourself from the norms you have always known. Uranus pushes you toward understanding that you can’t control the circumstances, but you can control the outcome. You need to reframe your security. If you are having health issues, take charge. Alternatively, if this is about lifestyle, then maybe you need to rethink how you go about your routines. Make health a priority so that you can live out your future goals.
Saturn co-rules this lunation with Uranus, where it will oppose Mercury. It grounds us from the chaotic nature of Uranus and here you reimagine your idea of home or your role within your family. Now, you are focused on creating a more sturdy foundation here. You may have to face a harsh reality in relation to your inner world or home space. What you thought brought you safety may no longer. Alternatively, you could explore a redefinition of family or home in your own right. Saturn pushes us toward long-term decisions. The energy will feel heavy around this Full Moon, but it is temporary.
Use this Full Moon to really lean into using your voice. Listen to what others have to say— but also share what you need or think. Start a new project or reach out to those around you. Connect with friends and siblings. Write down all of your ideas and seek adventure close to home. Be flexible, use what you know and adapt to the situations that are around you.

2nd House | Worth
This time of year can have your mind on finances. The Aquarius Full Moon always brings up questions about money, value, and worth. This is because the Moon goes through your 2nd House of income, self-worth, and material possessions. Actually, it seems that you could have the potential to make changes to how you earn money. You could be looking to bring in more or simply change your relationship with money. You may also have higher expenditures than normal. So, pay attention to your financial picture (especially with the Uranus square I will be talking about shortly). Alternatively, you could be making changes to your self-confidence and what you stand for or believe in. The last few years have seen you grow, evolving into a new person. Thus, you are making shifts in what you choose to find value in. What would you consider to be a tradition for you? What gives you a sense of worth? Don’t allow this to be tied to other people, as Uranus (see I told you we would get there) is squaring Venus.
Uranus is making things a little unpredictable. There is an air of uncertainty around this Full Moon. Uranus sits in your 5th House of expression, creativity, love, and self-confidence. You could feel that your confidence is shaky or that you are not expressing how you feel correctly. Uranus is itching to help you break free from limitations and choose to take that plunge, that leap. You have to put yourself out there, even if it seems hard so that people can see the real you…all of you. You can’t hide anymore. The ways in which you have made yourself small are coming to a head. Positively, this can be a very inspiring creative time for you! So lean into this aspect.
Saturn, your ruler, is in a prominent position at this lunation. It opposes Mercury, keeping you grounded and level-headed — but also adding to the restraint. It asks that you focus on what you say and how you are saying it. If you sign a contract, it could have a long-term impact. Saturn may also keep you feeling boxed in, which is where Uranus’s energy is conflicting. You could find that you are having a hard time sharing how you feel or even being heard. Understand that your voice is a point of power right now. Don’t quiet yourself in the face of criticism.
Use this Full Moon to open doors to new resources and focus on what you have and what you can gain. You may have to let go to receive. Seek alternative sources of income or money. Look to new pathways of earning. Confront your feeling of being unworthy. Hold yourself in high regard and own your value. Your talents bring you everything you want. You own, create, and hold all of the potential in your own hands.
Aquarius & Aquarius Rising
1st House | Independence
It is your time, dear Aquarius! Don’t let anyone dim your light. This Full Moon is a call to come home back to yourself, finding clarity in your identity, and what you actually want in life. It falls in your 1st House of self. You are carving out a new space for you to be more…you. This is important, as you have been working hard the last many years to figure out what you actually want. Saturn had been in your sign making it difficult to get ahead without effort or hard work, but that period ended in March of this year. Saturn does co-rules this lunation now, so it asks you to put what you’ve learned to the test! It isn’t just that you have gained new insight, but what you actually do with it.
Uranus is in your 4th House, squaring off with Venus. So, it seems that you may feel pulled in two directions. You could have shifts coming at home that you were not privy to. There may be surprises that pop up, and in turn, this could place stress on you. This Full Moon makes alterations to how you view your family. Perhaps shifting your home/family itself (is there a new member coming, or is your family dynamic restructuring/changing?). You may feel the need to nest or ground yourself. This is a call to withdraw a bit. It is hard to tell what will happen, as Uranus is a planet of unpredictability. However, it is your co-ruler, so the outcome could be favorable for you. It helps you bring an end to something that may have been holding you back — or it could allow you to listen to your intuition more.
Saturn, our friend we spent time talking about, is in a tight opposition to Mercury. The energy here can feel binding. As if to say, whatever you start now will have a long-term impact on your resources and financial picture. This may create some pressure for you, however. So be mindful of the feelings you are placing on materiality and worth. You don’t need to make a passion or hobby a financial obligation. Actually, Saturn is helping you separate your feelings from your personal and professional life. You can leverage a talent in a way that creates a new type of security. It just requires some restructuring in how you feel about it.
Use this Full Moon to call back your power. Stand in your body and fully own who you are. Run for what you want and start a new cycle in your being. Seek wholeness in your identity and share yourself unapologetically. Give yourself space for freedom and open the doors to change. Don’t resist what unfolds, instead leap into it. Embrace the present. Own your shadow — and your light.

12th House | Intuition
It is time to withdraw a bit, Pisces. You know your time is coming, but this Aquarius Full Moon highlights a time to go within and take time to rest. It falls in your 12th House, bringing something to a close and asking for respite. You could be working behind the scenes on a project, finishing up something personal, or even just taking some time off. The 12th House asks for you to get in touch with your intuition and pay attention to your dreams. You could be re-engaging with a more spiritual and hidden aspect of yourself now. You are asked to have faith and let go of control. This is a timely message as Uranus comes in to create tensions at this Full Moon.
Uranus is in your 3rd House. So, it seems that you may get unexpected news that shakes you up a bit. There may be information that comes out that really changes your perspective. It may come from a friend, sibling, neighbor, or someone in your local community. Alternatively, you could be signing a contract or dealing with paperwork and discover something you had not found before. Make sure you read everything VERY carefully before you commit or put your name on the paper. Uranus can create some general anxiety, but the Sun and Venus in the 6th are helping you maintain focus — if you choose to control what you can. You may even get an unexpected offer for a job! Uranus is unpredictable, so it is hard to know how it will manifest in your life completely. One of the best ways Uranus can manifest is through inspiring ideas in your 3rd House. Uranus may push you to be more vocal or share — perhaps in ways you had not considered before.
Saturn has been teaching you lessons about letting go over the last few months. Saturn will oppose Mercury in Virgo, your polar sign. Here you are told to really remain grounded, secure, and focused. Saturn wants to know that you are unshakeable, and it grants you the ability to be just that. It offers you a chance to recognize how resilient you are — even in your gentleness. This is a fine time to refine how you see yourself and what you want out of life. The decisions you make may feel life-altering or heavy. But in reality, they will evolve as you do. Know that some things will take time, as Saturn rules time. So try not to seek immediate gratification.
Use this Full Moon to slow down and focus on completion. Take time for rest, reflection, and respite. Turn your attention to what needs to be addressed and seek resolution. Close doors on what no longer holds value in your life — let go of limitations. Ease into the spiritual space and commune with your spirit. Give yourself forgiveness, grace, and peace. You deserve it now.

Cancer New Moon Miniscopes
Cancer New
Moon Miniscopes
Fluidity As Formidability.
Forward written by Anthony Perrotta, horoscopes written by Suprasensory Shahir.
The New Moon is in Cancer 24º on July 17th at 2:31 PM ET. The Moon comes home, back to its position where it feels most comforted and nourished by the soft energy of Cancer. We can let the waters rush in to cleanse us and prompt us for a new beginning. This is a baptism of sorts – we are renewed.
We watch the Moon itself closely, as it is the leader of this lunation. Just as the Moon goes dark, we too, turn inward to reorganize our inner world. The Moon touches the Sun, where they meet in a warm embrace. This energy is one of fresh starts and a reorientation of our internal and external worlds. We are taking stock of our emotional natures and trying to ensure that our needs are being met before we venture out into the world. This is especially true as both the Sun and Moon sextile Uranus. We must understand what keeps us limited or bound before taking steps outside of ourselves.
Uranus is a planet of revelation, change – so when it engages in a harmonious aspect, it may have us itching for growth or new potential. We may feel ready to embark on a journey that pushes us beyond our limits. This may mean that we step outside of our safety. Neptune also plays along this lunation, as it trines the Sun and Moon. The energy can feel dreamy, inspiring, and romantic. Neptune is newly retrograde, which actually has the inverse impact on us. We tend to gain clarity during Neptune retrogrades. So, its relationship to the Sun and Moon will be extra energizing and clear. We are willing to see what we once ignored. Our intuition will be especially heightened at this New Moon. Listen to what you are feeling.
Mars is also a key player around this New Moon. It is pulled into the hands of Saturn, where we must review where our energy is being placed. We are reworking and re-evaluating. However, this is not all bad, as Saturn can stabilize Mars. It helps it deconstruct what holds it hostage and create new pathways of revitalization. The Mars/Saturn opposition is a doorway toward intentional action and mindful movement, when we balance the energies. Whatever we begin now will have long-term impacts with a slow, but attainable, build.
Mercury will square Jupiter, and it seems that we are feeling stuck between blazing new trails and remaining comfortable with what we know. Instead of allowing them to battle one another, let them work in tandem. Because when we create comforts, we feel inspired to explore, quest; from this, everything else begins to steadily bloom in our lives.
Evaluate your sense of security, and who or what you turn to in your time of need. Who is your home? What brings you safety? These things create the backbone of your next adventure.
If you have any personal planets in your chart at 19º to 29º, you will feel the effects of this New Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

4th House | Intimate Belonging
Home is where we retreat to feel safe with who we are and be with our chosen loved ones. Perhaps, ever since Pluto was in Capricorn in late 2008 opposing the Cancer sign, each Cancer season lunation felt like a catharsis and soul-reckoning of what “home” is to you. This New Moon is a reminder that home has always been your self-definition of it: the forever space of intimate creation between your inner-child and your inner-parent. You are in a more resourced space, be it materially, spiritually, psychologically, etc. to create new ancestral patterns for yourself, and your loved ones. Tap into this lunation to set the intention of creating the definition of home that brings the deepest sense of belonging - integrating the whole being and soul-longing of everyone involved.
There is unseen magical help available to you right now to orient toward your dreams with the lunation trining Neptune in Pisces - perhaps it is your beloved ancestors who have always been your #1 spirit guardian, perhaps it is the oceanic temple or healing garden you access through meditation, or perhaps it is just a meditative time and reflection with yourself.
With Mars, your chart ruler, in Virgo - there is an inherent desire to serve, to be discerning of your physical capacity and mental health. Sometimes, confronting the limits of our body capacity - makes us feel limited. What if, rather than feeling limited, we also feel liberated from knowing that we do not have to do it all? Knowing our physical limitations is a form of spiritual transcendence, and perhaps the secret recipe to feel like a winner in life. With Mercury and Venus stationing in Leo, you are clarifying the methods of how-you-play in life to derive the utmost pleasure.
With the North Node freshly entering Aries, there is an undeniable hunger to become more of the maverick and pioneering person that you are, always have, and forever will be. I hope the New Moon provides a spiritual and nurturing home base for everything that is to come.

3rd House | Intimate Mind
The mind is the origin. This New Moon occurs in your 3rd House of Locality, Communication, and Inner-knowing amongst other themes. In spiritual and psychological teachings, there is a belief that our mental framings surrounding any events happening to us are such important factors to determine how we experience and judge life itself. This New Moon invites you to be more intimate with your innate and accessible power of creating new realities.
In ancient astrology, the Moon rejoices in the 3rd House, and part of it is because the Moon cares the most about our life on Earth, as it is the closest astrological body to us. In order to create new realities in our lives, we have to care about the people and places around us, because your environment shapes your mental framings, and your ideas shape your environment. Perhaps this New Moon is a reminder that your mind is a holy place for an intimate renewal.
What if I told you, whatever you believe and think about in the next two weeks will become true with this lunation? Sometimes, the process might also evoke a sense of fear because everyone has a different relationship with how powerful our minds are. Do not underestimate the mind. With Jupiter in Taurus, you might feel more spiritual and adventurous with life, and you might internalize the wisdom that the greatest teacher in your life is YOU. You have to be the one walking the path you believe in.
With your chart ruler Venus stationing retrograde in Leo, co-present with Mercury, another mental-focused planet, there is something about your authentic values which are changing, and undergoing a revision or a remembrance. Perhaps growing up you were taught certain values about yourself by your caretakers or family members, yet later you realized there is another pathway to go about those ingrained values - more authentically.
Allow your mind to be transformed, allow your mind to birth new words and new worlds. If you receive any spiritual insights during the New Moon phase, journaling might be a helpful practice to assist your channeling process.
Gemini & Gemini Rising
2nd House | Intimate Resource
The concept of self-resourcing might put money into the equation of everything. The lunation happens in your 2nd House of Money, Livelihood & Value. This is a great time for a spiritual reset around your value of money and tangible resources. Perhaps you are realizing that money is less important or more important for you to experience the things you wish for in life wholeheartedly. Sometimes we judge ourselves harshly for wanting and needing money, yet the deeper reasons why have always been our motivators for desiring money. This is the time to be more intimate with your relationship to self-resource, of knowing and loving what feels enough for you, what feels excess for you.
In ancient astrology, the 2nd House is called the Gate of Hades because of its initiatory relationship to the underworld houses, with transit Capricorn Pluto (God of the Underworld) in the opposite house with this lunation - there is a desire to adjust our personal resourcing process towards collaborating with the resources of another, of reaching the value of another as a support. Sometimes we feel like a sacred sacrifice is needed for us to transform ourselves - and perhaps that’s true. Because sacrifice is a pathway toward soul liberation and rich collaboration with another.
With chart ruler Mercury in Leo, there is a desire to speak your heart’s truth because speaking our truths is a luminous process that would break patterns that have been imposed on us by societal systems. If speaking your truth creates conflicts, know that healthy conflicts are needed to voice out our needs. Voicing our needs and desires is also a process of confronting our fears of being misunderstood, and feeling not enough.
The New Moon is a calibration towards enoughness, remember you are enough and perhaps this is an opportune time to initiate how enough feels in your heart, bones, and body. Allow the renewal of enoughness to move through your body and spirit.
Cancer & cancer Rising
1st House | Intimate Self
This lunation focuses on the revitalization of your life force. The Moon is at home in your 1st House of Body, Identity & Beginning-Of-All. The lunation trining Neptune in Pisces might bring about poetic dreams regarding your future travels or the next mythical stories you are about to live out as reality. Make time to be receptive and rest accordingly during this New Moon. This is absolutely the time to center yourself and your world.
The lunation opposition to Pluto in Capricorn is reminding you that soul-centered connections should and could make all parties feel powerful and empowered, rather than powerless and oppressed. The exaltation lord of Cancer sign is Jupiter, rejoicing in the fixed earth sign of Taurus - perhaps you are embodying new ways of showing up to community, and those who you would consider as allies. To realize the vastness of our hopes, we need other people who are also attuned to the bigger visions and move toward the direction we are going with them. For some of you, you are being invited to be a mentor for your community through physical or spiritual health needs.
The lunation also interrogates how much you value authentic communication between yourself and your inner-heart chambers - be bold with your intentions. With the North Node in Aries, freshly entering your 10th House, there is a desire to pioneer your next legacy - to bring originality to greater heights.
Naturally, the South Node in Libra will be in your 4th House, to release any past relationships and allow spiritually aligned relationships to support your next adventure. This is your time to lead the more aligned life you have always wanted - an opportune time to reassess all the skills you have acquired and how you implement them with care and with precision.
LEO TO SCORPIO
Leo & Leo Rising
12th House | Intimate Shadow
The New Moon might be more subtle for you as it is happening in your hidden 12th House of Subconscious & Suffering. An invitation is to look into how much have you had to hide your-hidden-self from certain parts of yourself because it could be coded as something shameful or undesirable. Or perhaps you are being invited to explore deeper into the spiritual realm about who you are, and who you were. There is nothing to be ashamed of being human: messy and forgiving. Our relationships with our past experiences have a way to empower us to move forward or to pacify us from moving forward.
This lunation is a reminder of the choices available to your life right now, no matter how small those choices are - small is all. With Jupiter in Taurus in your 10th House of Legacy and Public, there is a desire to be a teacher for others - to lead by faith and example of the possibilities of manifesting the world one could ever imagine. You might discover greater support for your ideas coming from creatives or institutions advocating for transformation. It takes so much inner-work for you to have faith in this new transformation - no matter how visible the outcomes are, you are committed to the gradual change.
Both Mercury and Venus in your 1st House have an effect on your relationship to self-love and communication of your heart. Like the lion you are, be loud and be proud of the things you have manifested for yourself. Maybe some of those things require a re-assessment, yet still, be proud of having to realize those things for yourself.
With Mars in Virgo in your 2nd House, you will feel energize to work on yourself towards greater heights yet remember to understand when the universe is signaling a “no.” Take time to reassess your values in life through and with Venus - she is spending a special and longer time with you with her retrograde phase!
Virgo & Virgo Rising
11th House | Intimate Community
Community is a form of care, and sometimes, everything feels better when we do it together. This New Moon occurs in your 11th House of Good Spirit, Friendships, and Allies. There is an opportunity to leverage your community towards your next soul-led creativity, where there is creative tension, there could also be an opportunity for further support and creation. You might feel that there is help coming from the people around you to support your next vision. Perhaps some of these supports come from places abroad or through the exchange of cultures with Jupiter in Taurus. Or perhaps you are learning something new and revealing about yourself from your mentors that resonates deeply with your body.
With Mars in Virgo, you might be given an extra dose of energy to make things happen right now, and you have always been one of those signs who are discerning of ways to make the transformation work more efficiently - for yourself and for others. Allow this New Moon to reveal to you the true supporters and allies in your journey.
With your chart ruler, Mercury, residing in Leo there might be a doubt that exists - a healthy amount of skepticism should remain healthy and should not be blown out of proportion. Trust that everything is working out as it should be in the background. And everything in life eventually comes to light, and sometimes those are beyond your responsibility. All we have to do is: trust the authentic process of unraveling who we are.
With Saturn in Pisces in the opposite house, you might feel you are facing an obstacle or a person who might not agree with your intentions, whether it be real or illusory - still an obstacle. Perhaps this is where we learn how a challenge has a way of teaching us something long-lasting about ourselves and the support systems we have available.
Libra & Libra Rising
10th House | Intimate Legacy
What is your highest aspiration in life? The New Moon is revealing something important for you to know and to remember for the long-term aspect of your life. Perhaps you are ruminating about your next home, perhaps you are initiating the steps toward your next career change, or perhaps you are pivoting yourself from whatever you are currently doing. This is an opportune time to think about how you want to be remembered in the long term, how you want to be known in your community, what kind of steward of the world are you, and which realm exactly. You might realize that a literal move might be required for you to be closer to your intimate visions.
With Venus stationing retrograde in Leo in your 11th House, you realize how important it is to surround yourself with friends and people who value the things you value too, or perhaps to start finding communities aligning more with your greater passions in this world. This is the time to make those connections because all relationships have a sacred way of changing who you are - especially with Jupiter in Taurus in your 8th House of Transformation. Venus in Leo transit is asking you to light the fire that has been kept hidden, and perhaps with Mercury in Leo - there would be information and messages delivered to you to make you feel more excited about the next thing!
With the fresh North Node in Aries in your 7th House, romantic and business partnerships are becoming more important to you, while you are de-centering yourself from any identity attachment. The South Node in Libra will bring about themes of dis-identification of the self, because when we allow ourselves to be an empty cup, we realize the true essence of our spirit. This is one of the pathways to being crystal clear with our desires.
Scorpio & Scorpio Rising
9th House | Intimate Perspective
This is a lunation of intimate perspectives. This New Moon in your 9th House of Religion, Travel, and Spirituality might bring an element of surprise into your life through your encounters with people from foreign lands or those with positions of power. Perhaps these folks are providing you with different perspectives of how things could be transformed for the betterment of your career direction. For some of you, perhaps you are planning a much-needed vacation with your loved ones. Regardless, this is the time to rely on the expertise of another to inform your own field of mastery.
The 9th House is also the place where the Sun is rejoicing because the 9th House is regarded as the House of God in ancient times - and the purpose of “god” is to illuminate. If you have been seeking clarity from divinity, this is an opportune time to make that prayer and intention-setting regardless of your belief system. Do it for fun, do it as a trial, do it to remember your power. Setting a sacred intention has a way to open up our hearts toward something bigger-than-us, it is how we communicate with the universe within and without.
With your chart ruler, Mars, moving through Virgo - the time to plan for the next bigger change is now. Mars in Virgo demands practical steps to build our version of hopes and dreams. You might also find others who are willing to be the advocate of your dreams together with you in your career space.
With Venus stationing retrograde and Mercury in Leo, your career space is bound to change direction and priorities with this lunation, and the important messages regarding them are being clarified. Potentially, there could be conflicts and crises within the lunar month, yet the purpose of Venus in your 10th House is always to harmonize different points of view and show you the truest selves of everyone who deemed themselves worthy of your support.
Allow the softness of time (patience) to be the one helping you out with your pacing, and do not allow time (Saturn) to be the one who is blocking your path.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising
8th House | Intimate Rebirth
Sometimes the idea of rebirth is such a loaded word, perhaps because for some of us - dealing with certain endings has been difficult enough for us to accept, preventing us from even considering the next journey of a new beginning. The idea of rebirth forces us into believing that there is still life in death, and there is death in life - how everything is a cycle, perhaps.
The lunation is exactly a sacred space for rebirth for you. The lunation occurs in the 8th House of Grief, Rebirth, and Resources of Another. Perhaps for you, this lunation is a sacred reminder of how much you are needed in this world, and how much your thoughts and feelings matter to the people who find so much value in you.
With your chart ruler, Jupiter, residing in another astrological dark house - the 6th House of Labor and Illness, you are reckoning with your sense of importance with the work that you do for others. Your role in the lunation equation is to release yourself from any form of expectation of abundance but rather know your work holds so much value for others. This could be a wonderful time to tap into any new or existing collaborations to inform them of your sacred worth. To trust others is to trust the universe working its magic for you, rather than against you. You might feel guided to spend some time alone with this lunation, thinking about the parts of you that have died and how much the things that have died also hold a sacred and intimate treasure within them.
With Neptune in Pisces, you might be communicating with the dead ones for guidance - both the chosen and given ancestors to empower your next rebirth process. Endings have a memorable way to make space for new beginnings, a reminder to always choose life, because our stories have yet to end here.
Capricorn & Capricorn Rising
7th House | Intimate Arrival
The lunation occurs in the furthermost part of the chart - the 7th House of the Other - be it a personal or business relationship. How does it feel to have trust in another? To give them the support they need to create their realities with you playing an important role in those realities? If you have been single and searching, this could be an opportune time to set greater progress in partnership. If you are partnered, this could be a time to renew your commitment to each other for the relationship to flourish. For others, there could be important business or legal contracts to tend to that would transform your life direction. Regardless, know that you are not in a rush to solve whatever gifts and/or challenges life presents to you.
Saturn has been slowly threading waters in Pisces, and you have been slowly and intimately trusting the waves of your intuition and foresight. Trusting the softness and slowness of time is a difficult process sometimes, especially when others are hungry to rush the process for you. This is the time for you to tune into how it feels like to be taken care of by another person so deeply that you lose a bit of you sense of self.
The themes of love are transforming in your 8th House of Death & Rebirth. Perhaps there is a hidden desire resurfacing for you to feel authentically aligned with your sense of self. Your career space is also undergoing similar revision and transformation with this collaboration with another.
With Jupiter in Taurus, you are upgrading your skills to play and to be the teaching source of fecundity. I hope the lunation elevates your relationship with everything - especially the ones you felt most distant and unavailable to you throughout your life… I hope those things also arrive.
Aquarius & Aquarius Rising
6th House | Intimate Silence
The New Moon initiates you into establishing a supportive routine to support your process of intimacy with another. The 6th House of Labor, Illness, and Service is one of the astrological dark houses. It reminds us both of our power and our powerlessness in life. With the lunation taking place in the 6th House, it reminds you of your unapologetic needs when it comes to maintaining different partnerships in your life. If people at work have been draining your time and your energy, ask yourself whether you need more to feel replenished for your efforts.
With your chart ruler, Saturn in Pisces, trine by sign with the New Moon, there is a question of whether the unseen labor you are putting in would bear something fruitful. Perhaps it would be for some of you, for others, perhaps there is a need to reset your relationship with others who are extractive of your energy rather than having an equal give-and-take.
With Venus stationing retrograde in Leo soon, with Mercury co-present, there could be heartfelt communication from your loved ones that might change the direction of life. With Jupiter in Taurus in your 4th House, this is the time to allow the idea of home and privacy as something you truly value for yourself first before prioritizing others you love. Allow the spaces you love to go to in your house to teach you something deeper about yourself and your limitless worth.
The North Nodes shifting into Aries will increase your hunger to elevate your education and skills and the desire to connect better with your local environment, while the South Node in Libra will demand you to let go of certain ideas and perspectives which are no longer for you to carry about yourself. This lunation feels subtle, as it moves efficiently and quietly in the background - like new habits slowly forming and solidifying in silence.
Pisces & Pisces Rising
5th House | Intimate Playtime
For you, the process of play and care is something inherently intertwined. The New Moon occurs in the 5th House of Erotic, Play & Romance. I believe this lunation brings about your desire to teach others about how to play more with their creativity.
With chart ruler Jupiter in Taurus in the 3rd House of Skills, interacting with the lunation in the 5th House of Play - you are being asked to pave the way for a fertile future for others who would love you as their teacher or facilitator. Perhaps part of your magick is to allow others to unearth the potency of their own magic and creativity. On the other hand, this lunation could also remind you of your own creative breakthrough that you desire to make space for the future. Making space for your creativity in life has always been a central priority to tap deeper into your emotions and intuition.
With Mars in Virgo, you could be dealing with others who are eager to move forward efficiently, meanwhile, you would rather take your time trusting cosmic time. As Venus is stationing retrograde in your 6th House of Labor and Illness, it is always wise for you to take it slow and have mastery over your rhythms. Even if an inspiration comes, know that if such inspiration is important enough it would stay and it would come to visit again and again.
You are not at a loss when you wait and reassess your ways of serving the world - you are actually winning by waiting because there is always something better on the horizon. Especially since the fresh North Node in Aries is aligning with your 2nd House of Money & Resources - there will always be more to acquire and manifest through this transit. This lunation pulls focus towards how you play with your world, and how the intimate elements of the erotic make you feel alive and resourced.

Capricorn Full Moon Miniscopes
Capricorn Full
Moon Miniscopes
Nourishing Structures.
Forward written by Anthony Perrotta, horoscopes written by Aubrey Houdeshell.
The Full Moon is in Capricorn 11º on July 3rd at 7:38 AM ET. We now enter a Full Moon phase, where we begin to create foundations and structures from that New Moon. This is specifically true as the Moon becomes full to the brim in Capricorn. We are asked to confront our own personal barriers, walls, and fortresses.
Saturn is the leader of this Full Moon, where it redefines, restructures, and rebuilds all that has come into focus over the last few weeks. We know that path isn’t always easy, but through hard work comes reward –– every time. Saturn isn’t just about obstacles, but also the pinnacle. We have ascended the mountain and made it to the peak, but we have a different perspective on life from up here. So, to rest peacefully on top of that mountain, we must be willing to let some things go. Saturn sextiles Jupiter, making that summit easier to get to. At this Full Moon, we are invited to see how expansion is found outside of the boundaries set before us. This is a commitment to our growth, our fullness, and to those new perspectives.
Actually, this Full Moon comes with ease all the way around. The Sun and Moon both harmoniously link to Jupiter and Saturn. There is a general feeling of homeostasis, as these planets rejoice with one another. Jupiter will add some extra auspicious energy around this time – pointing to where we can feel assured and proud of ourselves. On top of this, the Moon/Saturn trine is quite stabilizing. Allowing us to effectively be in our emotions – claiming and naming every feeling that may arise.
Mercury has just come into alignment with the Sun, and our thoughts are not only meant to be shared – but also to bring full awareness to our desires. To enhance this energy, Venus and Mars are tightly conjunct. We may be asked to be more visible, witnessed, or seen. People are listening, so what are you saying? Mercury’s importance at this lunation teaches us the value of reciprocity and the power we find in our exchanges with those around us. We are told to remain flexible. But how can we find flexibility under a Capricorn lunation?
Perhaps rigidity isn’t permanent, as structures become more malleable than we once thought. We model and mold new pieces out of the clay of our minds from our own hands. Over time, it will harden, but just a little water can bring it back to a working state. This is the significance of the Cancer/Capricorn axis. Nothing is truly as immovable as we sometimes think. With a little nourishment, we can allow ourselves to let go of the “permanent” structures that don’t suit us anymore, making room for new, flexible structures in their place.
It is time to douse and rework the clay in our lives, so we can mold what we need out of what we have.
If you have any personal planets in your chart at 6º to 16º, you will feel the effects of this Full Moon the most. Especially those with strong Cardinal placements. So, let’s break this down by sign! Always read Sun, Moon, and Rising.

ARIES TO CANCER
Aries & Aries Rising
10th House | Pinnacle
This Full Moon brings some light to your 10th house of reputation, career, and legacy, Aries, turning your attention to whatever you feel is your calling in this life. Pluto has spent the past fifteen years transiting the highest point in your chart, bringing incredible change and transformation to the ways people know you and the work you find fulfilling. Now, as you wrap up this huge cycle in your life, the Full Moon asks you what's left to be shed in order to truly find fulfillment and satisfaction in this arena.
With the Sun hanging out down in your 4th house with Mercury, who is making a tense square to Chiron in your first house, questions surrounding your self-worth as it relates to your career are likely to surface, as well as the need for a greater work/life balance. You are extremely ambitious, it's true, but where else in your life do you have goals besides work? Remember that your worth isn't defined by the job you have or the money you make. You're more than enough just as you are.
Venus has settled into your 5th house of joy and self-expression, where she will hangout until mid-October, further emphasizing the theme of identity for you. Do you feel empowered by the version of yourself that you're choosing to share with the world? Venus asks you to reassess how you're expressing yourself and whether or not you're truly showing your unique qualities to shine. Uranus reaches out via a square from your 2nd house of resources and self-worth to further expand the value you ascribe to yourself. However, Jupiter also plays a harmonious role in this house, helping to reward you for finding greater self-esteem. Remember that being bold about who you are is your superpower.
Taurus & Taurus Rising
9th House | Horizons
The Full Moon in Capricorn is hanging out in your 9th house, Taurus, shining a spotlight on things like education, spirituality, and the big picture perspective. After a long period of reassessment and transformation thanks to Pluto’s extended time in this house, the Full Moon shows up to ask you what you believe in now, and how it aligns with the big picture of your life. There may be a need to shed limiting beliefs, or at least outdated ones, that no longer align with everything you desire to achieve now. This lunation reminds you that change is inevitable, and so is growth, and asks you to make more room in your life for both.
Alternatively, the Sun and Mercury reach out from your third house, simulating the mind and inspiring your need to communicate what you know and feel. It's possible that school or some new form of education is on the docket. If so, this would be an excellent time to get the ball rolling. If nothing else, you may find your desire to connect with those around you quite strong underneath this lunation.
Uranus has been moving through your first house for the past while now, shaking up your sense of self, and perhaps even bringing out a side of you that's vastly different than normal. Venus, your ruler, who is currently transiting your 4th house, reaches out to Uranus now, perhaps creating some push and pull between your desire to share yourself with the world and your desire for privacy. Let Venus soften the edges of Uranus and find a way to honor all versions of yourself and their varying needs.
Gemini & Gemini Rising
8th House | Shadows
The Full Moon illuminates your 8th house, Gemini, bringing light to the deep caverns of the most intimate areas of your life. The themes of the 8th house include sex, death, shared resources, and the cycles of transformation. The Sun highlights your own resources from the 2nd house, highlighting the ways in which your money is tied up with others, as well as the way you share resources in your partnerships. If you live with someone, for example, this is a quintessential theme of the 8th house. In that sense, you may receive some kind of reward from others, but you may also find yourself taking a look at whether or not the dynamics of sharing are still working for you. Remember that Full Moons act as points of release - perhaps there’s a dynamic or relationship that needs to change now.
Chiron makes a difficult aspect to the luminaries from your 11th house of your social circles, which may further serve to bring up some sticking points in your relationships. As the sign of the Twins you embody duality and the idea of the self vs the other more than any other sign in the zodiac. Just because you are understanding and can see everyone else’s point of view, doesn’t mean that others are showing you that same energy. Make a point to connect with those who give back as much as they take.
Your ruler, Mercury, plays a helpful role for you underneath this lunation as it, too, is wrapped up in the dynamic of Chiron. Sharing your feelings with those who truly value you and can help to reflect your worth back to you is important now. Jupiter and Uranus reach out from your 12th house to help you reveal or work through the parts of yourself you normally keep hidden.
Cancer & cancer Rising
7th House | Duality
This lunation falls into your 7th house of committed partnerships, Cancer, highlighting the relationship axis in a big way. Thanks to Pluto transiting this house for the past fifteen years, you're no stranger to relationships being an important focus in your life. Over the past decade and a half Pluto has unearthed anything and everything you've needed to address in order to find truly fulfilling connections and healthy relationships. Now the Full Moon in Capricorn comes through to illuminate whatever final lessons or patterns need to be fully integrated - or what still needs to be shed - in order to have the kinds of relationships you truly desire. With the Sun currently highlighting your 1st house, finding balance in your connections is super important.
Uranus echoes this sentiment from your 11th house of your social circles, where it's been bringing significant change for the past few years. Undoubtedly, your relationships have undergone massive change, and there's a need to reassess boundaries and your definition of a healthy relationship here. With Venus creating tension from your 2nd house, self-worth is a huge factor here. Remember that you, too, are deserving of nurture and care from others.
Chiron in Aries also creates a tough aspect to the Sun and Moon from your 10th house of reputation and legacy, bringing forward a pain point of vulnerability surrounding how others perceive you. This, too, is something that's been highlighted in your life for the past while, and further emphasizes Venus' desire to boost your self-esteem and feel good about yourself. Lean into the connections you share with others who give just as much as you do. This is your moment to receive.
LEO TO SCORPIO
Leo & Leo Rising
6th House | Nourishment
The Full Moon pays a visit to your 6th house, Leo, shining light on your daily routines, rituals, and physical health. This has been an area of great focus in your life for the past fifteen years as Pluto has moved through this area of your chart bringing significant change. Now, as you move through the final moments of this journey, the Full Moon in Capricorn shows up to highlight any structures that still need to be implemented, as well as any daily habits that still hold you back from living your life the way you really want to.
Across the way, Venus is transiting your 1st house, giving you a boost of beauty and magnetism, while also asking you to confront any self-esteem issues that may be lurking underneath the surface. With Uranus creating a tense aspect from your 10th house of legacy, there's a real need to look at the ways you're playing small. Don't be afraid to do what Leo does best: shine.
Your ruler, the Sun, is hanging out alongside Mercury in your 12th house, highlighting your intuition, dreams, and most private pieces of yourself. There's a strong need to nurture both your physical body, and your emotional one. Pour into yourself underneath this Full Moon so that you can better offer your gifts to the rest of us.
Virgo & Virgo Rising
5th House | Expression
This lunation is highlighting your 5th house of creativity, self-expression, and fun my dear Virgo! As serious of a creature as you may be, the Full Moon in Capricorn illuminates the need for you to let loose and enjoy yourself right now. The 5th house asks us to step into the present moment and find self-fulfillment and satisfaction. What would truly make you feel good right now? Create more of that. Alternatively, what BLOCKS you from experiencing joy? Get rid of that.
Uranus, who has been transiting your 9th house for about four years, asks the same questions. You've been undergoing a huge shift in your perspective and part of that shift is allowing yourself to welcome adventure and fun and to loosen up a little bit. With the Sun and Mercury hanging out in your 11th house of friendship, this lunation is one to get social with your favorite people.
Venus reaches out to Uranus from your 12th house where she may struggle to be seen or felt. You'll have to work extra hard to unearth the Leonine creativity and flair and allow this part of yourself to be seen more by others. This is your invitation to put down the inner critic and give the special parts of you a chance to shine.
Libra & Libra Rising
4th House | Preservation
The Full Moon in Capricorn pays a visit to your 4th house, Libra, illuminating things like family, ancestors, roots, and your foundations. You've spent the past fifteen years on a journey with Pluto here, unraveling all kinds of tough family dynamics. Now, the Full Moon comes in to highlight any loose ends that still need to be addressed and, ultimately, released, so that you can move forward in a happier, more balanced way. Perhaps there are some boundaries that need to be fortified, or maybe there's just a strong need for rest underneath this lunation, as the Moon transiting the 4th house often calls for.
Chiron plays an important role from your 7th house this go around, as it reaches out to both the Sun, highlighting your 10th house of reputation, and the Moon. You may find yourself feeling overexposed or tender when it comes to relationships in general. Validation may feel difficult to find. Do your best to stand strong in your own self-worth and reach out to your very dearest ones who you can confide in.
Meanwhile, Venus is hanging out in your 11th house of your social circles, reinforcing the need to look at which connections of yours are still fulfilling. You may not feel as social as you normally do underneath this lunation, and that's okay. The call here is truly to focus on the relationships you know are good ones. Cultivate your inner circle of trust.
Scorpio & Scorpio Rising
3rd House | Integration
Underneath this Full Moon your 3rd house is lit up, bringing a focus to communication, learning, and the environment around you. With the Sun and Mercury highlighting your 9th house as well, there’s a strong need to look at the beliefs you hold about yourself. What stories have you been told about yourself that you’ve internalized along the way? Which of these stories are true, and which are you being called to shed now? Remember that others often feel threatened by your power, Scorpio, don’t let anybody else define you except you.
Uranus and Venus come forward underneath this lunation creating tension on the business partnership front. Venus is settled into your 10th house of career until mid-October, and Uranus has been transiting your 7th house of partnerships for the past four-ish years. There may be some kind of issue to resolve here, as Venus asks you to confront whether or not you’re being appreciated for all of the gifts you possess and bring into the work you do. This tension may also manifest as a push and pull between your career and your intimate partnerships. Don’t be afraid to assert your boundaries in either or both places.
Chiron also reaches out from your 6th house, further pushing that pain point at the job. Again, feelings of worthiness may come forward. Perhaps it’s time to assess whether or not you’re truly happy with work. In the meantime, know that your worth exists whether or not other people seem to see it.

The Full Moon illuminates your 2nd house of resources and self-worth, Sagittarius, reminding you of all you have and all you're capable of. This house has been a huge theme in your life for the past fifteen years, with Pluto stirring up all kinds of change here. This lunation illuminates whatever blocks you may still be working through that keep you blind to your own capabilities, and asks for you to do what is necessary to let them go once and for all. Self-esteem can be a fickle thing, and you may need to address how your sense of worth is tied up in the money you make.
By this time Venus has settled in for the long haul from your 9th house, asking you what you truly believe in, especially when it comes to relationships. With a tense aspect coming from your 6th house of your everyday life coming from Uranus, there's some kind of push and pull between the way you're living your life in the day to day, and the way you'd ideally LIKE to be living your life. Do your actions match up with these ideals? If not, there's a call to make sure you're walking the walk and not just talking the talk.
Meanwhile, Chiron reaches out from your 5th house of joy and creativity, asking about the ways you're expressing yourself these days. You may find yourself feeling overexposed and uncharacteristically vulnerable. Be kind to yourself and remember that you are inherently worthy. Regardless of others. Regardless of money. Regardless of anything.
Capricorn & Capricorn Rising
1st House | Motivation
This Full Moon falls into your 1st house, illuminating your identity and sense of self, Capricorn. For the past fifteen years Pluto has also been moving through your first house, bringing incredible transformation to who you are and how you choose to share yourself with the world. As you are now in the final moments of this transit, this Full Moon acts as a punctuation mark on that journey. Which parts of yourself have you outgrown that you're ready to release once and for all? This is your invitation to step more fully into who you are now; to take up more space in your life and your relationships.
Mercury and the Sun are also illuminating your 7th house of committed partnerships. With a tense aspect from Chiron down in your 4th house, feelings of self-worth, especially surrounding your most intimate connections, may surface. If you're struggling to feel good about yourself, now is the time to lean into the relationships with those you know DO value you, and support every version of who you are, including the one you're becoming. Share your thoughts and feelings.
The luminaries are also receiving support from Jupiter at this time, who is currently transiting your 5th house of creativity and self-expression. This house is truly about self-satisfaction and joy. Utilize this expansive energy to bring levity through allowing yourself to have some fun! There are gifts for you to reap when you allow yourself to lighten up and have some fun. Children may be a wonderful mirror for you in this way.
Aquarius & Aquarius Rising
12th House | Restoration
The Full Moon falls into your 12th house, Aquarius, illuminating the caverns of your subconscious that normally stay in the dark. As the only house in the birth chart that never sees the light of day from the Sun, the things we keep buried in the 12th house can feel difficult to engage with or understand, but this lunation offers you a rare gift of shining its light here, asking you to acknowledge the parts of yourself that are normally kept hidden. This is a good time for you to lean into your intuition - something that may often be neglected in lieu of objectivity - to better understand these pieces of your life.
Venus is leaning deeper into her extended stay in your 7th house of committed relationships, now in her pre-retrograde shadow period. Underneath this lunation she forms a tense square to Uranus in Taurus, who has been transiting the lowest point of your chart in the 4th house for almost four years. There may be unexpected events that arise underneath this Moon surrounding family and/or any of your closest connections. However, with Mercury making a supportive sextile to Uranus, there are solutions to be found through conversation.
Keep in mind that Venus will be transiting your 7th house until mid-October. Between that and the Sun and Moon squaring Chiron in Aries, questions surrounding self-worth may feel especially pointed at this time. With the Full Moon in your 12th, perhaps there are certain things you've felt for a long time that you feel pushed to speak up about now.
Pisces & Pisces Rising
11th House | Community
This lunation is shining bright in your 11th house of your social circles, highlighting different relationships of all kinds for you, Pisces. As we approach the end of Pluto's decade and a half long transit here, the Full Moon asks for some kind of release. What have you learned about your various relationships over the past fifteen years? Who is truly there for you? Are there any relationships or certain groups of people that you know aren't serving you anymore? As difficult as it may be for you, as someone who approaches everyone with understanding, it may be time to let some of those connections go. Or, at the very least, perhaps there are stronger boundaries that need to be implemented.
Venus echoes this sentiment from your 6th house, as she asks about your sense of self-worth and whether or not you're truly appreciated by the people you choose to surround yourself with in your everyday life. You may feel this coming up at your job in particular at this time, as Venus asks you to assess how much of your sense of self-worth is tied up in those dynamics. Uranus also plays an important role underneath this Full Moon as it squares Venus, asking whether or not you're speaking your truth to others.
Jupiter, your ruler, gets a nice boost from the Sun and Moon at this time, however. Reinforcing the fact that when you're able to share your knowledge, you will be rewarded. Lean into the connections you know are right! Spend time hanging out with friends and asking for the support and reassurance you truly need right now.
